Claims (16)

  1. Modulare Metallregaleinheit (1) zur Warenpräsentation, mit mindestens zwei sich in einer im Wesentlichen vertikalen Richtung erstreckenden Ständern (2), einem oder mehreren Regalböden (4) und mindestens einer zwischen den beiden Ständern zu befestigenden Rückenplatte (3, 3a), wobei die Ständer jeweils mit einem oder mehreren Schlitzen versehen sind (10) und wobei die Rückenplatte mit mindestens einem Flügel versehen ist (9), der aus jeder ihrer den Ständern zugewandten Seiten (8) herausragt und dazu bestimmt ist, in einen entsprechenden Schlitz eines entsprechenden Ständers eingesetzt zu werden, wobei die Rückenplatte eine Nutzausdehnung (Ef), mit Ausnahme der Ausdehnung der Flügel, in einer Quererstreckung (T) aufweist, die im Wesentlichen gleich dem Innenabstand (Di) zwischen den beiden Ständern ist, zwischen denen sie eingesetzt ist, und wobei jeder der Flügel einen linearen Abschnitt (9') umfasst, der sich in der Querrichtung (T) erstreckt und im Wesentlichen koplanar zu einer die Rückenplatte selbst enthaltenden Ebene ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Flügel einen gefalteten Abschnitt (9") umfasst, der einen Winkel (α) mit dem linearen Abschnitt bildet, wobei der Flügel an einer mittleren Stelle gefaltet ist, um eine Art verbreitertes V zu bilden.
  2. Regaleinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schlitze einen verbreiterten Abschnitt (12') für das Einsetzen des jeweiligen Flügels und mindestens eine Verengung (12") aufweisen, in der der lineare Abschnitt des Flügels bis zu seiner Setzung gleiten kann, infolge einer vertikalen Verschiebung der Rückenplatte, wenn alle Flügel in die entsprechenden Schlitze eingesetzt sind.
  3. Regaleinheit (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Rückenplatte mindestens einen oberen Versteifungsfalz und/oder mindestens einen unteren Versteifungsfalz (11, 11', 11a, 11b) aufweist, wobei jede Rückenplatte (3) einen oberen L-förmigen Versteifungsfalz (11) und einen unteren L-förmigen Versteifungsfalz (11') aufweist, die aus dem hinteren Teil der Rückenplatte hervorstehen und derart bemessen sind, dass der untere Versteifungsfalz einer Rückwand mit dem oberen Versteifungsfalz der darunter liegenden Rückenplatte verbunden ist, so dass die unteren und oberen Versteifungsfalze ineinander gesteckt werden, um somit den Zusammenhalt des Rückenplattenpaares zu erhöhen, oder jede Rückenplatte (3a) wenigstens einen oberen Versteifungsfalz (11a) im Bereich ihres oberen Abschnitts und wenigstens einen unteren Versteifungsfalz (11b) im Bereich wenigstens eines ihrer unteren Abschnitte aufweisen kann.
  4. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei jeder Schlitz zwei sich ausgehend von dem verbreiterten Abschnitt (12') parallel zueinander erstreckende Verengungen (12") aufweist, um die Montage der Rückenplatte in zwei verschiedenen Positionen oder die Montage von zwei zentralen Rückenplatten in derselben Regaleinheit zu ermöglichen, wobei die beiden Rückenplatten eine unterschiedliche Farbe haben können, je nachdem, von welcher Seite man auf das Regal schaut.
  5. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei die Ausdehnung jedes Flügels (Ia) in Querrichtung zwischen 3 und 10 mm beträgt.
  6. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Endabschnitt jedes Flügels ein abgerundetes Profil aufweist, um das Einführen des Flügels in den Schlitz des Ständers zu erleichtern.
  7. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Winkel (α) zwischen dem linearen Abschnitt und dem gefalteten Abschnitt jedes Flügels größer als 90° ist, um die Ausdehnung des Flügels in der Richtung orthogonal zu der Querrichtung, entlang der sich die Rückenplatte erstreckt, zu reduzieren.
  8. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei im unteren Teil der Rückenplatte mindestens eine Öffnung, vorzugsweise zwei Öffnungen in der Nähe der Seiten der Rückenplatte selbst, ausgebildet und so bemessen sind, dass sie das Einführen einer Hand ermöglichen, um die für die Biegung der Rückenplatte erforderliche Zugspannung auf die Rückenplatte auszuüben, damit die Rückenplatte zwischen/von zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Ständern eingesetzt/ausgebaut werden kann.
  9. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend mindestens ein Abdeckelement (16) zum Verschließen des oberen Teils der Rückenplatte, wobei mindestens eine Ausnehmung (17) in der oberen Kante jeden Ständers ausgebildet ist und wobei jedes Abdeckelement eine oder mehrere Laschen (18) aufweist, die zum Einsetzen in eine der Ausnehmungen (17) eines entsprechenden Ständers vorgesehen sind.
  10. Regaleinheit (1) nach Anspruch 9, umfassend mindestens eine in den oberen Endabschnitt jedes Ständers einzusetzende Kappe (19), um die Oberseite des Ständers selbst zu verschließen, und wobei die Kappe vorzugsweise mindestens einen Ansatz (20) umfasst, der zum Blockieren einer oder mehrerer Laschen (18) geeignet ist, um ein mögliches Anheben des Abdeckelements zu verhindern.
  11. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 10, wobei die Ausnehmungen (17) und Ansätze (20) an gegenüberliegenden Stellen des Ständers bzw. der Kappe vorgesehen sind, um die Laschen von zwei benachbarten Abdeckelementen (16) aufnehmen und halten zu können.
  12. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend eine mit dem unteren Teil jedes Ständers kombinierte Basis (21), um den Ständer in seiner vertikalen Position zu halten, wobei die Basis ein Verhakungssystem (22) zu ihrer Befestigung an dem Ständer selbst und einen Basisabschnitt (23) umfasst, der sich horizontal erstreckt und dazu bestimmt ist, mit oder ohne Zwischenschaltung der Stützfüße (21') auf dem Boden zu ruhen, wobei das Verhakungssystem (22) ein Zentralelement (24) mit einem oberen Haken (25) und zwei Seitenelemente (26) mit jeweils einem entsprechenden unteren Haken (27) umfasst.
  13. Regaleinheit (1) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Basis zwei Halbschalen (23') umfasst, die jeweils mit einem Endabschnitt (28) versehen sind, der eine ähnliche Form wie die unteren Haken (27) der Seitenelemente aufweist, wobei der Endabschnitt für die Befestigung an den unteren Haken vorgesehen ist.
  14. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, wobei im Bereich des unteren Teils jedes Ständers ein Loch (29), zur Aufnahme der unteren Haken (27) und des Endabschnitts (28), und ein zentraler Schlitz (30), zur Aufnahme des oberen Hakens (25), vorgesehen sind, um die Basis am Ständer einzuhaken.
  15. Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Basisabschnitt (23) der Basis (21) eine im Bereich jeder der beiden Halbschalen (23') erhaltene Durchgangsöffnung (31) zum Einführen und/oder Durchführen von Anschlusskabeln und Steckern aufweist.
  16. Verfahren zur Montage einer Regaleinheit (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen einer Rückenplatte (3, 3a) an einem Paar von Ständern (2), die einen Innenabstand (Di) zueinander haben;
    - Einführen der Flügel (9) einer ersten Seite der Rückenplatte in die Schlitze (10) eines ersten der beiden Ständer;
    - leichtes Biegen der Rückenplatte und Ziehen derselben, so dass sich jeder Flügel der zweiten Seite der Rückplatte verformt, im Sinne einer gleichzeitigen Verringerung des Winkels (α) zwischen dem linearen Abschnitt (9') und dem gefalteten Abschnitt (9") jedes Flügels, bis zum Einsetzen jedes der Flügel in die Schlitze (10) der zweiten Seite;
    - Wiederholen der vorhergehenden Schritte, falls erforderlich, für jede in die Regaleinheit einzusetzende Rückplatte.
