Description

The present invention relates to a profile bar for a sales table, a sales table with such a profile bar and a corresponding use of a profile bar.

From the prior art, sales tables are already known which are composed of several metal tubes and grid elements.

For example, from the EP 1 511 411 B1 a table for self-service shops is known which has a base frame, four tubular feet and two side frames which are arranged in parallel and each have a first and a second wall and a floor which is arranged above the base frame and is delimited by the walls. Each side frame is equipped with two tubular posts that support the walls and are connected to the feet of the base frame with the help of connecting means so that the opposing cut surfaces of the feet and the posts are either on a common plane or at a distance from one another Are arranged level.

From the DE 20 2006 007 062 U1 a modular multifunctional table is known. The universal workbench can be expanded as required thanks to its modular structure and can be used as a workbench, workbench or workbench.

From the DE 199 10 772 B4 a profile element and a corresponding fastening means on the profile element are known. Corresponding profile elements are also commercially available, for example, as so-called Bosch profiles or item profiles.

From the EP 0 818 591 B1 a mounting element for profile bars or profile tubes / profile elements is also known.

From the DE 25 09 834 A1 a profile bar for the construction of frames is also known.

It is the object of the present invention to develop a profile bar for a sales table, a sales table and a corresponding use of the type mentioned in an advantageous manner, in particular to the effect that a profile bar and a sales table are more simply constructed and a stable and inexpensive way of providing sales tables is made possible.

This object is achieved according to the invention by a profile bar for a sales table with the features of claim 1. According to this, it is provided that a profile bar for a sales table with a substantially rectangular, in particular square cross-section, with at least one first guide and fastening groove and with at least one second guide - and fastening groove is provided, wherein the guide and fastening grooves are arranged axially longitudinally at two opposite corners and two abutting sides.

The invention is based on the basic idea that an asymmetrical arrangement of guide and fastening grooves can better take into account the fact that the profile bars of a sales table are usually used as corner bars, i.e. as supporting legs in the corners of the sales table. By arranging the first guide and fastening groove and the second guide and fastening groove across the corner, that is to say at corners that are on the one hand opposite, but in the sides that meet, exactly this is achieved, namely an asymmetrical arrangement of the first and second guide and corner fastening groove. A 90 ° arrangement of the walls to be fastened in these guide and / or fastening grooves is hereby simplified.

According to the invention it is provided that the guide and fastening grooves have an essentially L-shaped cross section. The L-shaped cross-section enables simple fastening inserts to be fastened there by clamping. This enables a simple and at the same time secure attachment of further elements of the sales table, such as side walls, be made possible.

According to the invention it is provided that a longitudinal guide and fastening groove is arranged in a side in which a guide and fastening groove is arranged. In the longitudinal guide and fastening grooves, for example, side walls that are not arranged at a corner can be arranged should, for example, when the profile bar is to be used to attach wall elements arranged in an alignment.

According to the invention it is also provided that no longitudinal guide and fastening groove is arranged on the other side in which a guide and fastening groove is arranged. This provides more space for a longitudinal guide and fastening groove or for other elements. In particular, it is possible in this context to arrange the guide and fastening grooves only at a corner, i.e. to provide only two guide and fastening grooves.

Because for a 90 ° arrangement of wall elements on the profile bar, only two guide and fastening grooves are required.

In addition, it can be provided that a longitudinal guide and fastening groove is arranged on another side in which no guide and fastening groove is arranged.

It is also conceivable that at least one longitudinal guide and fastening groove has an essentially T-shaped cross section. This T-shaped cross section makes it possible to enable guidance and fixing with appropriate insert elements.

In particular, it is conceivable to use corresponding fixing elements according to the tongue and groove principle.

According to the invention it is provided that the two sides in which no guide and Fastening grooves are arranged, enclose a corner in which an external corner profile is formed. The outer corner profile can be designed in such a way that it forms a section of the profile rod that forms an outer corner. The outer corner profile is provided in particular to be able to form the outer corner of the sales table accordingly in the assembled state of a sales counter.

In addition, the present invention relates to a sales table with at least one profile bar as described above. In this context, the profile bar has the above features. In particular, the profile bar can be used as one of the feet, i.e. one of the vertical bars of the sales table.

In particular, four table feet can be provided, with at least one of these profiles being used as each table foot.

Suitable materials for this are aluminum, steel and / or plastic.

Appropriate caps can be used both on the upper and lower end of the profile bar. It is conceivable, for example, to provide a plastic cap as a corresponding sliding element for moving the sales table on a floor in the bottom area of the profile which is used as a table base for the sales table. In the upper area, in the upper end, a corresponding end cap can be provided which rounds the corresponding edges.

In principle, it is also conceivable that corresponding rollers of a profile rod are arranged and fastened in the end facing the floor. As a result, the table can be moved, which is advantageous, for example, when equipping the sales table or when changing positions. The rollers can be provided with a parking brake. However, it is also conceivable that a central parking brake is provided.

The brake that holds the table in position can also be retrofitted.

A wire mesh shelf can be built into the four vertical profile bars of a sales table. The wire mesh level can have a wire mesh floor and several wire mesh walls. The wire mesh level can be attached to the table in a changeable and height-adjustable manner. The guide and / or fastening grooves can be used for height adjustment.

In addition to wire mesh elements, other materials such as wire, sheet metal, wood, acrylic, glass, nets, fabrics or the like can also be used as wall elements.

It is also conceivable that transparent or also opaque elements are used here.

It is also conceivable that magnetic foils for special offers can be attached to the wire or the side walls on the side walls, provided that these side walls are correspondingly metallic elements. It is also conceivable that foldable side elements are provided, preferably also on a longer side wall.

The sales table itself can also be designed to be suitable for a forklift truck, i.e., for example, the wire shelf or corresponding cross struts are designed in such a way that a lifting truck is retracted here and lifting by means of a lifting truck is accordingly enabled.

For example, a possible table size of 800mm x 1200mm is possible.

In principle, however, it is also conceivable that the profile bar can be used as a foot for a shelf.

Furthermore, it is also possible that the profile bar is used accordingly for sales tables. Accordingly, the present invention also relates to the use of a profile bar for a sales table, as described above.

Fig. 1 shows a plan view of the cross section of a profile rod 10 according to the invention.

The profile rod 10 has an essentially rectangular, here square cross-section. The exposed corners 12 and 14 are each provided with a rounding 13 and 15.

The outer, exposed corner 14 has an outer corner profile 16.

The outer corner profile 16 includes a trapezoidal cavity 18 and has two profile-free side surfaces 20 and 22 which form an outwardly directed corner profile.

The outer corner profile 16 is formed at the joint of the two (outer) sides 24 and 26 of the profile rod 10, in which no guide and / or fastening grooves are arranged.

Guide and fastening grooves 28 and 30, which are arranged at the corners, are only arranged in the sides 32 and 34, which adjoin the sides 24 and 26, respectively.

The end piece 50 is provided with corresponding latching lugs 52 which engage in corresponding profile recesses in the profile rod 10 and can thereby be held in the end region of the profile rod 10 in a form-fitting manner.

A plurality of latching lugs 52 are arranged in such a way that they engage in the trapezoidal cavity 18 of the outer corner profile 16 in the assembled state, i.e. when they are inserted into the profile bar 10 and can or can lay against the inner walls of the trapezoidal cavity 18.

In order to enable a corresponding expansion of the locking lugs 52, a screw bolt 54 can be screwed into a screw-in bore 56 in the end cap 50.

Due to the spreading of the locking lugs 52, the end piece 50 is held in a clamping manner in the profile rod. In this state, the locking lugs 52 are pressed against the inner walls of the trapezoidal cavity 18 by the screwed-in screw bolt 54 and expanded so that the end piece 50 is held in a clamping manner in the profile rod.

By loosening or unscrewing the screw bolt 54, the clamping can be released and the end cap 50 can be easily pulled out of the profile rod 10 again and removed.

The end cap 50 also has a sliding surface 58.

The sliding surface 58 rises with a corresponding shoulder 59 from a surface 60 of the end cap 50.

The extension 59 can have beveled side walls.

The extension 59 with the sliding surface 58 can be designed as an insert piece 61 so that it can be removed and releasably inserted into a corresponding receptacle in the end cap 50. The end cap 50 can be formed from plastic, for example.

The end cap 50 can allow sliding with the sliding surface 58 to facilitate the positioning of a sales counter or shelf.

The shape of the insert 61 as a polygon, e.g. as a trapezoid, enables a clear positioning of several sales tables on top of one another. For example, the lower sales table with an end cap can be used without the insert piece, so that the receptacle in the end cap is exposed. The corresponding end piece of the second sales table to be stacked then engages in this receptacle. This enables several sales tables to be stacked well on top of one another. The positioning on top of one another and the interlocking of the end caps 50 can be facilitated by angled lugs 59.

The latching lugs 52 and also generally an inserted end cap 50 serve to prevent the side elements from being lifted out, such as the side walls 42, 44 (see also FIG Fig. 2 ).

The locking lugs 52, which are arranged adjacent to the bore 56, can expand in the profile rod 10 by screwing in the screw 54. As a result, the end cap 50 is locked in the profile rod. After the screw 54 has been unscrewed, the end cap 50 can be removed again and can also be reused.

With locking lugs 52, which engage in the grooves 28 and 30, a damping effect can be exerted on inserted and guided side elements, such as glass walls.

Fig. 4 shows a sales table 100 according to the present invention, in which four profile bars 10 are provided as vertical feet.

By means of corresponding fastening inserts, which are inserted in the guide and fastening grooves 28, 30 or the longitudinal guide and fastening grooves 36, 38, 40 are guided and fastened, corresponding wire mesh walls 114 and a wire mesh floor 112 and a rear wall 110, also designed as a wire mesh wall, are attached.

The profile rod 10 is provided with the end cap 50, as in FIG Fig. 2 shown.

The front wire mesh wall is designed in two parts and is divided into a first foldable area 116 and a lower area 118 which is rigidly mounted.

The foldable area 116 is rotatably guided and supported in an oval pipe section 120.

The upper section of the foldable area 116 is guided in a longitudinal guide 122, which is designed as a U-profile.

Claims (6)

1. Profile rod (10) for a sales counter (100, 100'), having an essentially rectangular, in particular square, cross section, having at least a first corner guidance and fastening groove (28) and having at least a second corner guidance and fastening groove (30), wherein the corner guidance and fastening grooves (28, 30) are arranged axially, lengthwise, on two opposite corners and two abutting sides (32, 34), wherein the two corner guidance and fastening grooves (28, 30) have an essentially L-shaped cross section, and in that the two sides (24, 26) in which there are no corner guidance and fastening grooves (28, 30) enclose a corner (14), in which an outer-corner profile (16) is formed, wherein, in one side (34) in which a corner guidance and fastening groove (30) is arranged, a longitudinal-guidance and fastening groove (40) is arranged,
