- Machine d'emballage (29) pour plier un emballage (21) autour d'un groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, la machine d'emballage (29) comprenant :une broche (32) prévue avec une cavité tubulaire (33) qui est conçue pour loger le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer ;un premier tambour d'emballage (30) qui est monté pour tourner autour d'un premier axe de rotation (31), supporte la broche (32) et déplace la broche (32) le long d'une première trajectoire d'emballage circulaire (P1) ;un premier dispositif d'alimentation (44) qui est conçu pour insérer le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer dans la cavité tubulaire (33) de la broche (32) ;un deuxième dispositif d'alimentation (48) qui est conçu pour amener l'emballage (21) à la broche (32) ;un premier dispositif de pliage (53) qui est agencé le long de la première trajectoire d'emballage (P1) et est conçu pour plier l'emballage (21) en forme de « U » autour de la broche (32) ;un premier transporteur d'emballage linéaire (57) qui est conçu pour retirer le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, conjointement avec l'emballage plié en « U » (21), de la broche (32) et est conçu pour déplacer le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, emballé dans l'emballage (21) plié en « U », le long d'une deuxième trajectoire d'emballage droite (P2) qui est parallèle au premier axe de rotation (31) ; etun deuxième dispositif de pliage (58), qui est agencé le long de la deuxième trajectoire d'emballage (P2) et est conçu, de chaque côté de l'emballage (21) plié en « U », pour plier deux ailes longitudinales (23, 24) l'une au-dessus de l'autre, afin de donner à l'emballage (21), une forme tubulaire ayant une extrémité ouverture unique ;la machine d'emballage (29) étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :un second transporteur d'emballage linéaire (61), qui reçoit le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, conjointement avec l'emballage tubulaire (21), depuis le premier transporteur d'emballage (57) et est conçu pour déplacer le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, emballé dans l'emballage tubulaire (21) le long d'une troisième trajectoire d'emballage droite (P3), qui est perpendiculaire à la deuxième trajectoire d'emballage droite (P2) ; etun troisième dispositif de pliage (63) qui est agencé le long de la troisième trajectoire d'emballage (P3) et est conçu pour plier deux ailes longitudinales (26, 27) de l'extrémité ouverte de l'emballage tubulaire (21) l'une sur l'autre.
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le premier dispositif de pliage (53) est également conçu pour plier, de chaque côté, une aile transversale (22) de chaque emballage (21) plié en « U ».
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le deuxième dispositif de pliage (58) est également conçu pour plier, de chaque côté, une aile transversale (22) de l'emballage (21) plié en « U ».
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans laquelle le deuxième dispositif de pliage (58) comprend également des éléments de pliage fixes, qui n'ont pas de pièces mobiles et sont agencés le long de la deuxième trajectoire d'emballage (P2).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le troisième dispositif de pliage (63) ne comprend que des éléments de pliage fixes, qui n'ont pas de pièces mobiles et sont agencés le long de la troisième trajectoire d'emballage (P3).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle le troisième dispositif de pliage (63) est également conçu pour plier une première aile transversale (25) de l'extrémité ouverte de l'emballage tubulaire (21).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant un quatrième dispositif de pliage (65) qui est agencé le long de la troisième trajectoire de pliage (P3) et est conçu pour plier une seconde aile transversale (25) de l'extrémité ouverte de l'emballage tubulaire (21).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle le quatrième dispositif de pliage (65) comprend un élément de pliage mobile (66) qui se déplace de manière cyclique parallèlement à la trajectoire d'emballage (P3) .
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 et comprenant un premier dispositif de transfert (60) qui transfère le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, emballé dans l'emballage tubulaire (21), du premier transporteur d'emballage (57) au second transporteur d'emballage (61) le long d'une première direction de transfert (Dl) qui est parallèle à la fois à la deuxième trajectoire d'emballage (P2) et à la troisième trajectoire d'emballage (P3).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, et comprenant un deuxième tambour d'emballage (68), qui est monté afin de tourner autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation (69) parallèle au premier axe de rotation (31), supporte une première poche (70) conçue pour loger le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer emballé dans l'emballage (21), et déplace la première poche (70) le long d'une quatrième trajectoire d'emballage circulaire (P4) ; et
un second dispositif de transfert (67) qui transfère le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, emballé dans l'emballage (21), du second transporteur d'emballage (61) au deuxième tambour d'emballage (68) le long d'une deuxième direction de transfert (D2), qui est perpendiculaire à la fois à la troisième trajectoire d'emballage (P3) et au deuxième axe de rotation (69). - Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 10 et comprenant un troisième dispositif d'alimentation (73) qui est agencé le long de la quatrième trajectoire d'emballage (P4) en aval du second dispositif de transfert (67) et est conçu pour amener un collier (17) à la première poche (70).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans laquelle le premier tambour d'emballage (30) est parallèle à et en quinconce, à savoir non coplanaire, par rapport au deuxième tambour d'emballage (68).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 10, 11 ou 12, et comprenant :un troisième tambour d'emballage (79) qui est monté afin de tourner autour d'un troisième axe de rotation (80) parallèle au deuxième axe de rotation (69), supporte une deuxième poche (81) conçue pour loger le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer emballé dans l'emballage (21), et déplace la deuxième poche (81) le long d'une cinquième trajectoire d'emballage circulaire (P5) ; etun troisième dispositif de transfert (72, 82) qui transfère le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, emballé dans l'emballage (21), du deuxième tambour d'emballage (68) au troisième tambour d'emballage (79) le long d'une troisième direction de transfert (D3) qui est perpendiculaire à la fois au deuxième axe de rotation (69) et au troisième axe de rotation (80).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 13 et comprenant un quatrième dispositif d'alimentation (84) qui est agencé le long de la cinquième trajectoire d'emballage (P5) en aval du troisième dispositif de transfert (72, 82) et est conçu pour amener une découpe (28) à la deuxième poche (81).
- Machine d'emballage (29) selon la revendication 13 ou 14 et comprenant :un quatrième tambour d'emballage (106) qui est monté afin de tourner autour d'un quatrième axe de rotation (107) parallèle au troisième axe de rotation (80), supporte une troisième poche (108) conçue pour loger le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer emballé dans l'emballage (21), et déplace la troisième poche (108) le long d'une sixième trajectoire d'emballage circulaire (P7) ;un quatrième dispositif de transfert (83, 110) qui transfère le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, emballé dans l'emballage (21), du troisième tambour d'emballage (79) au quatrième tambour d'emballage (106) le long d'une quatrième direction de transfert, qui est perpendiculaire à la fois au troisième axe de rotation (80) et au quatrième axe de rotation (107) ; etun cinquième dispositif de pliage (109) qui est agencé le long de la sixième trajectoire d'emballage (P7) et est conçu pour plier une découpe (28) autour du groupe (14) d'articles à fumer emballé dans l'emballage (21).
- Procédé d'emballage pour plier un emballage (21) autour d'un groupe (14) d'articles à fumer ; le procédé d'emballage comprenant les étapes consistant à :déplacer, le long d'une première trajectoire d'emballage circulaire (P1) et au moyen d'un premier tambour d'emballage (30) qui est monté afin de tourner autour d'un premier axe de rotation (31), une broche (32) qui est prévue avec une cavité tubulaire (33) conçue pour loger le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer ;insérer, au moyen d'un premier dispositif d'alimentation (44), le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer dans la cavité tubulaire (33) de la broche (32) ;amener, au moyen d'un deuxième dispositif d'alimentation (48), l'emballage (21) à la broche (32) ;plier en une forme de « U », au moyen d'un premier dispositif de pliage (53) agencé le long de la première trajectoire d'emballage (P1), l'emballage (21) autour de la broche (32) ;retirer de la broche (32), au moyen d'un premier transporteur d'emballage linéaire (57), le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer conjointement avec l'emballage (21) plié en « U » ;déplacer, au moyen du premier transporteur d'emballage (57), le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, emballé dans l'emballage (21) plié en « U », le long d'une deuxième trajectoire d'emballage droite (P2), qui est parallèle au premier axe de rotation (31) ; etplier, au moyen d'un deuxième dispositif de pliage (58) agencé le long de la deuxième trajectoire d'emballage (P2) et de chaque côté de l'emballage (21) plié en « U », deux ailes longitudinales (23, 24) l'une sur l'autre, afin de donner, à l'emballage (21), une forme tubulaire ayant une seule extrémité ouverte ;le procédé d'emballage étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes supplémentaires consistant à :transférer le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, conjointement avec l'emballage tubulaire (21), du premier transporteur d'emballage (57) à un deuxième transporteur d'emballage linéaire (61) ;déplacer, au moyen du deuxième transporteur d'emballage (61), le groupe (14) d'articles à fumer, emballé dans l'emballage tubulaire (21), le long d'une troisième trajectoire d'emballage droite (P3), qui est perpendiculaire à la deuxième trajectoire d'emballage droite (P2) ; etplier, au moyen d'un troisième dispositif de pliage (63) agencé le long de la trajectoire d'emballage (P3), deux ailes longitudinales (26, 27) de l'extrémité ouverte de l'emballage tubulaire (21) l'une sur l'autre.
