Claims (13)

  1. Schubladenauszuganordnung mit:
    einem Rahmen (10) mit einem Paar von Verbindungsabschnitten (11) und einem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12), die mit den beiden Verbindungsabschnitten (11) verbunden sind;
    einer Schublade (20), die mit dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) gleitend in Eingriff steht und zwischen diesen angeordnet ist, wobei die Schublade (20) eine Aufnahme (22) definiert und ein Verriegelungselement (21) aufweist, das an einer Unterseite davon und außerhalb der Aufnahme (22) angeordnet ist; und
    einem ersten elastischen Element (30) mit einem ersten Ende, das an einem unter dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) befestigt ist, durch das Verriegelungselement (21) eingeführt und durch dieses gehalten wird, und mit einem zweiten Ende, das an dem anderen unter dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) befestigt ist,
    wobei die Schublade (20) in eine geschlossene Position und in eine offene Position bewegbar ist und unter Spannung des ersten elastischen Elements (30) steht, und
    wobei die Spannung des ersten elastischen Elements (30) zunimmt, wenn sich die Schublade (20) von der geschlossenen Position zur offenen Position bewegt, und
    wobei die Schublade (20) durch eine Positionierungsvorrichtung (40) gehalten wird, und
    wobei die Positionierungsvorrichtung (40) mindestens ein Anschlagelement (42, 43) aufweist, das am Rahmen (10) befestigt ist, um eine Bewegung der Schublade (20) zu verhindern, und einen Aktuator (41), der mit der Schublade (20) schwenkbar verbunden ist und betrieblich für eine Positionierung schwenkbar ist, um mit dem mindestens einen Anschlagelement selektiv in Eingriff zu kommen, wodurch die Bewegung der Schublade (20) gestoppt wird, und
    wobei das mindestens eine Anschlagelement mindestens ein zweites Anschlagelement (43) aufweist, das an einem unter dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) befestigt ist, wobei die Schublade (20) in der offenen Position gehalten wird und verhindert wird, dass sie geschlossen wird, wenn der Aktuator (41) mit dem mindestens einen zweiten Stoppelement (43) in Eingriff steht, und wobei die Schublade (20) geschlossen werden kann, wenn der Aktuator (41) von dem mindestens einen zweiten Stoppelement (43) außer Eingriff gebracht wird.
  2. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das erste elastische Element (30) ein elastisches Seil ist.
  3. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, ferner mit zwei Befestigungselementen (31), die dazu eingerichtet sind, das erste und das zweite Ende des ersten elastischen Elements (30) aufzunehmen und mit dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) lösbar verbunden zu werden, und wobei, wenn das erste elastische Element (30) durch die beiden Befestigungselemente (31) lösbar mit dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) verbunden ist, eines der beiden Befestigungselemente (31) das erste Ende des ersten elastischen Elements (30) aufnimmt und lösbar mit einem unter dem Paar von Führungselementen (12) verbunden ist, und das andere der beiden Befestigungselemente (31) das zweite Ende des ersten elastischen Elements (30) aufnimmt und lösbar mit dem anderen unter dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) verbunden ist.
  4. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Aktuator (41) einen vorderen Endabschnitt (411), einen hinteren Endabschnitt (412) gegenüber dem vorderen Endabschnitt (411) und einen Mittenabschnitt (413) zwischen dem vorderen und dem hinteren Endabschnitt (411, 412) aufweist, und wobei der Mittenabschnitt (413) des Aktuators (41) schwenkbar mit der Schublade (20) verbunden ist.
  5. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der vordere Endabschnitt (411) des Aktuators (41) einen Steuereingang bereitstellt, so dass der Aktuator (41) vom Steuereingang betrieblich schwenkbar ist, wobei der hintere Endabschnitt (412) des Aktuators (41) selektiv mit dem mindestens einen Anschlagelement in Eingriff bringbar ist, und wobei der hintere Endabschnitt (412) des Aktuators (41) mit dem mindestens einen Anschlagelement in Eingriff kommt, wenn das mindestens eine Anschlagelement die Bewegung der Schublade (20) stoppt.
  6. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Positionierungseinrichtung (40) mindestens ein zweites elastisches Element (44) aufweist, das einer auf den vorderen Endabschnitt (411) des Aktuators (41) ausgeübten Kraft entgegenwirkt, und wobei das mindestens eine zweite elastische Element (44) ein erstes Ende aufweist, das am Aktuator (41) befestigt ist, und ein zweites Ende, das an der Schublade (20) befestigt ist.
  7. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach Anspruch 6, wobei das mindestens eine zweite elastische Element (44) eine Torsionsfeder ist.
  8. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei das mindestens eine Anschlagelement mindestens ein erstes Anschlagelement (42) aufweist, das an einem unter dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) befestigt ist, wobei die Schublade (20) in der geschlossenen Position gehalten wird und verhindert wird, dass sie geöffnet werden kann, wenn der Aktuator (41) mit dem mindestens einen ersten Anschlagelement (42) in Eingriff steht, und wobei die Schublade (20) geöffnet werden kann, wenn der Aktuator (41) von dem mindestens einen ersten Anschlagelement (42) außer Eingriff steht.
  9. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Aktuator (41) mit einer ersten Fläche (421) des mindestens einen ersten Anschlagelements (42) in Eingriff steht, wenn die Schublade (20) in der geschlossenen Position gehalten wird, und wobei das mindestens eine erste Anschlagelement (42) ein kleines vorderes Ende und ein großes hinteres Ende hat und eine zweite Fläche (422) aufweist, die mit der ersten Fläche (421) zusammenhängend und bezüglich der ersten Fläche in einem Winkel von weniger als 90 Grad abgewinkelt ist.
  10. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Aktuator (41) mit einer ersten Fläche (431) des mindestens einen zweiten Anschlagelements (43) in Eingriff steht, wenn die Schublade (20) in der offenen Position gehalten wird, und wobei das mindestens eine zweite Anschlagelement (43) ein großes vorderes Ende und ein kleines hinteres Ende hat und eine zweite Fläche (432) aufweist, die mit der ersten Fläche (421) zusammenhängend und bezüglich der ersten Fläche (421) in einem Winkel von weniger als 90 Grad abgewinkelt ist.
  11. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei sich die Schublade (20) in eine Neigungsrichtung zwischen ihrer offenen und ihrer geschlossenen Position bewegt, wobei das Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) bezüglich des Paars von damit verbundenen Verbindungsabschnitten (11) geneigt ist, wobei eingeschlossene Winkel zwischen dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) und dem Paar von damit verbundenen Verbindungsabschnitten (11) kleiner sind als 90 Grad, und wobei jeder unter dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) ein hinteres Ende (121) und ein vorderes Ende (122) aufweist, das niedriger angeordnet ist als das hintere Ende (121).
  12. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die hinteren Enden (121) des Paars von Führungsabschnitten (12) lösbar mit dem Paar von Verbindungsabschnitten (11) verbindbar sind, und wobei die hinteren Enden (121) des Paars von Führungsabschnitten (12) jeweils lösbar mit dem Paar von Verbindungsabschnitten (11) verbunden sind, wenn das Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) lösbar mit dem Paar von Verbindungsabschnitten (11) verbunden ist.
  13. Schubladenauszuganordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, wobei der Aktuator (41) die Form eines Rahmens hat und ein Durchgangsloch definiert, durch das hindurch das erste elastische Element (30) durch das Verriegelungselement (21) gehalten werden kann, das auf einer von gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Aktuators (41) angeordnet ist, und an dem Paar von Führungsabschnitten (12) befestigt ist, die auf der anderen der gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Aktuators (41) angeordnet sind.
