Claims (8)

  1. Emballage pour produit cosmétique (1) définissant un axe principal (1a) et comprenant :
    - un corps (2) définissant au moins une ouverture (20) et centré par rapport audit axe principal (1a),
    - un produit cosmétique (3) du type en poudre solide compacte et disposé à l'intérieur dudit corps (2),
    - un mécanisme d'avancement (4) apte à faire émerger ledit produit cosmétique (3) au moins partiellement de ladite ouverture (20),
    - des moyens de retenue (5) aptes à retenir ledit produit cosmétique (3) au moins en correspondance de ladite ouverture (20) et comprenant au moins une protubérance (50) disposée à l'intérieur dudit corps (2),
    - ladite protubérance (50) s'étendant à l'intérieur dudit corps (2) parallèle audit axe principal (1a) et radialement vers ledit axe principal (1a) de manière à converger sur un plan perpendiculaire audit axe principal (1a),
    - et caractérisé en ce que
    - ledit corps (2) comprend une première partie (21) et une deuxième partie (22) reliées de façon transitoire l'une à l'autre et centrées par rapport audit axe principal (1a), et ledit mécanisme d'avancement (4) est relié auxdites parties (21, 22) de manière à pousser ledit produit cosmétique (3) vers ladite ouverture (20) lorsque lesdites parties (21, 22) sont mutuellement déplacées le long dudit axe principal (1a),
    - ladite deuxième partie (22) est disposée adjacente à ladite ouverture (20), elle comprend ledit produit cosmétique (3) et est apte à pénétrer au moins partiellement dans ladite première partie (21) lorsque lesdites parties (21,22) sont mutuellement déplacées le long dudit axe principal (1a), et ledit mécanisme d'avancement (4) comprend au moins un piston (40) centré par rapport audit axe principal (1a), relié à ladite première partie (21) et apte à pousser ledit produit cosmétique (3) vers ladite ouverture (20).
  2. Emballage (1) selon la revendication 1, où ladite protubérance (50) converge le long dudit axe principal (1a) de manière à former une pointe apte à gratter localement ledit produit cosmétique (3).
  3. Emballage (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, où ladite protubérance (50) s'étend convergente par rapport audit axe principal (1a) aussi le long dudit axe principal (1a) vers ladite ouverture (20).
  4. Emballage (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, où lesdits moyens de retenue (5) comprennent une pluralité desdites protubérances (50).
  5. Emballage (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, où ledit mécanisme d'avancement (4) comprend un corps intermédiaire (41) centré par rapport audit axe principal (1a), relié à et solidaire de ladite première partie (21) et relié de façon transitoire à ladite deuxième partie (22), ladite deuxième partie (22) étant pivotante autour dudit axe principal (1a) et pouvant être translatée le long dudit axe principal (1a) lorsque elle est pivotée par rapport audit corps intermédiaire (41), et ledit piston (40) étant seulement capable de pivoter par rapport audit corps intermédiaire (41) et relié à ladite deuxième partie (22) au moyen d'au moins un élément de butée en contre-forme par rapport à ladite protubérance (50) de manière à pivoter de façon solidaire avec ladite deuxième partie (22).
  6. Emballage (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit mécanisme d'avancement (4) comprend un mécanisme de frottement unidirectionnel (42) apte à permettre la rotation mutuelle desdites parties (21, 22) uniquement dans une seule direction.
  7. Emballage (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, où ledit corps intermédiaire (41) et ladite deuxième partie (22) sont deux cylindres creux concentriques comprenant chacun un fil qui est en contre-forme par rapport audit autre fil de manière à permettre à ladite deuxième partie (22) de translater le long dudit axe principal (1a), lorsque ledit corps intermédiaire (41) et ladite deuxième partie (22) sont mutuellement pivotés autour dudit axe principal (1a), par rapport à ladite première partie (21) solidaire dudit corps intermédiaire (41).
  8. Procédé (1) pour la production d'un emballage de produit cosmétique selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - placer ledit produit cosmétique (3) à l'intérieur de ladite deuxième partie (22) à travers un orifice opposé à ladite ouverture (20),
    - assembler ledit corps (2) en reliant de façon transitoire ladite deuxième partie (22) et ladite première partie (21),
    - une étape de retenue ultérieure dans laquelle lesdites parties (21, 22) sont mutuellement déplacées de manière à pousser ledit produit cosmétique (3) vers ladite ouverture (20), et ledit produit cosmétique (3) est gratté par lesdits moyens de retenue (5) au moins lorsqu'il passe à travers ladite ouverture (20).
