Description
- L'invention concerne un « panneau publicitaire énergétique » (
Figure 1 - Le document
US2006/168852 divulgue un dispositif selon le préambule de la revendication 1. - Le système est constitué de :
- Panneau publicitaire rectangulaire de dimensions variables,
- Des palettes verticales liées en rotation et qui sont pivotantes par rapport au panneau,
- Deux moteurs électriques pour la rotation des palettes,
- Support verticale fixé sur la terre (en bas) et autour duquel tourne le panneau (côté haut),
- Deux paliers à roulements pour le guidage en rotation du panneau,
- Deux mécanismes de transformation de mouvement de basculement en un mouvement de rotation continue,
- Deux pompes basse pression (B-P),
- Un réservoir d'huile,
- Un moteur hydraulique,
- Un alternateur,
- Des lampes d'éclairage pour le panneau
- Un anémomètre (Girouette) pour la mesure de la vitesse de vent permettant ainsi aux palettes de s'ouvrir dans le cas d'une vitesse très grande.
- Batterie(s) de stockage de l'énergie électrique.
- Le système, sujet de cette invention, est composé essentiellement d'un panneau publicitaire de forme rectangulaire pivotant autour d'un axe situé sur son plan médian. (
Figure 2 ) - Le panneau est ainsi divisé en deux parties. Chaque partie comporte un nombre infini des palettes verticales qui sont liées et pivotant chacune autour de son axe. Les palettes de deux parties fonctionnent par alternance cela veut dire que si les palettes de la partie gauche s'ouvrent alors les palettes de la partie droite se ferment et inversement. La fermeture (rotation des palettes) et l'ouverture des palettes est assurée par deux moteurs, l'un pour la partie gauche et l'autre pour la partie droite, actionnés tous deux par des butés de fin de course.
- Le vent agit alors sur la partie dont les palettes sont fermés pour le faire tourner autour de son axe jusqu'à atteindre la butée de fin de course qui a été fixée à une position réglable. Chaque partie peut basculer jusqu'à atteindre un angle de ± 45°.
- Une fois la butée de fin de course est actionnée, elle-même donne l'ordre aux deux moteurs de fonctionner pour ouvrir les palettes qui ont été fermées et fermer celles qui ont été ouvertes. Le vent agit ainsi sur l'autre partie pour le faire tourner en sens inverse et ainsi de suite.
- Sur chaque palette est fixée (Collée) une partie d'une image publicitaire. Cette image sera complète et claire lorsque les palettes seront toutes fermées. (
Figures 2, 3 ,4, 5 ,6 et 7 ) A chaque extrémité haut et bas de ce panneau est fixé un mécanisme de transformation de mouvement qui est capable de transformer le mouvement de basculement de ± 45° à un mouvement de rotation continue de deux arbres tournant chacun par rapport à un palier (Figure 8 ). L'un des deux arbres est accouplé à un multiplicateur de vitesse et puis à une pompe hydraulique capable de transformer l'énergie mécanique en énergie hydraulique. Les deux pompes (côté haut et côté bas) aspirent l'huile d'un réservoir situé en bas du panneau (sur la terre) et le pousse vers un moteur hydraulique qui accouplé lui-même à un alternateur transformant ainsi l'énergie mécanique en énergie électrique (Figure 9 ). - Un anémomètre (Girouette) est placé au-dessus du panneau pour la mesure de la vitesse de vent permettant ainsi aux palettes de s'ouvrir dans le cas d'une vitesse très grande (
Figure 10 ). - Les avantages de ce panneau sont :
- Projeter deux publicités au même temps,
- Avoir une autonomie de fonctionnement,
- Tourner à un angle allant jusqu'à ± 45° participant ainsi d'attirer l'attention du passager,
- Produire de l'énergie électrique servant ainsi à son fonctionnement (pour les deux moteurs et pour l'éclairage du panneau si nécessaire) et d'en servir du reste.
Claims (8)
- Un panneau publicitaire énergétique, le panneau étant composée:- des palettes verticales liées en rotation et qui sont pivotantes par rapport au panneau caractérisé par- deux moteurs électriques pour la rotation des palettes;- un support verticale fixé sur la terre, et autour duquel tourne le panneau;- deux paliers à roulements pour le guidage en rotation du panneau;le panneau etant pivotable par rapport à un axe vertical situe sur son plan médian, et le panneau étant devise en deux parties comportant chacune des palettes verticales, sur lesquelles est fixée une partie de l'image publicitaire, et qui sont liées en rotation et pivotable par rapport au panneau a l'aide de deux moteurs électriques; et le vent agissant alors sur la partie dont les palettes sont fermés pour faire tourner le panneau autour de son axe.
- Le panneau publicitaire énergétique selon la revendication 1, le panneau étant composée de:- Panneau publicitaire rectangulaire de dimensions variables,- Deux mécanismes de transformation de mouvement de basculement en un mouvement de rotation continue,- Deux pompes,- Un réservoir d'huile,- Un moteur hydraulique,- Un alternateur,- Des lampes d'éclairage pour le panneau,- Un anémomètre pour la mesure de la vitesse de vent permettant ainsi aux palettes de s'ouvrir dans le cas d'une vitesse très grande,- Batterie(s) de stockage de l'énergie électrique.
- Le panneau publicitaire énergétique selon les revendications 1 - 2, la rotation des palettes assurable par un système hydraulique commandé par des électrovannes qui sont actionnées par les butées de fin de course.
- Le panneau publicitaire énergétique selon les revendications 1 - 3, le panneau comportant deux images publicitaires chacune sur une desdites parties où l'image publicitaire ne sera complète que si toutes les palettes sont toutes fermées.
- Le panneau publicitaire énergétique selon les revendications 1 - 4, l'axe du panneau est lié à deux mécanismes de transformation d'un mouvement de basculement allant jusqu'à ± 45° à un mouvement de rotation continue et où à l'extrémité de chaque mécanisme est accouplé un multiplicateur de vitesse et puis une pompe hydraulique, de préférence basse pression.
- Le panneau publicitaire énergétique selon la revendication 5, où les deux pompes aspirent l'huile d'un réservoir, de préférence place sur la terre près du mât et le refoulent sous pression vers un seul moteur hydraulique, qui à son tour transforme cette énergie hydraulique à une énergie mécanique sous forme d'un mouvement de rotation, ce mouvement étant ensuite transmis à un alternateur pour produire de l'énergie électrique.
- Le panneau publicitaire énergétique selon la revendication 6, où une partie de cette énergie électrique utilisable pour assurer une autonomie du panneau, de préférence pour faire fonctionner les deux moteurs servant à la rotation des palettes et pour l'éclairage du panneau en cas de besoin et le reste de cette énergie stockable dans des batteries de stockage.
- Le panneau publicitaire énergétique selon les revendications 1 - 7 comportant un anémomètre pour la mesure de la vitesse de vent permettant ainsi aux palettes de s'ouvrir dans le cas d'une vitesse très grande.
