The inside of the box body 10 is used for placing a card 50, the card 50 can be a credit card and other cards and articles with similar sizes. In the embodiment, various cards 50 with ISO7810 size can be placed inside the box body 10.
  • With reference to Fig. 2, the box body 10 comprises a U-shaped support 11, an upper panel 12 and a lower panel 13, and the upper panel 12 and the lower panel 13 are respectively fixed to a top end and a bottom end of the U-shaped support 11 through a copper nail. The upper panel 12 and the lower panel 13 respectively correspond to the U-shaped support 11. The card passage is formed between an opening end 15 of the U-shaped support 11, and the upper panel 12 and the lower panel 13. A left side of a closed end 16 of the U-shaped support 11 is provided with a transverse notch 17, and the transverse mortise 14 is formed between the transverse notch 17 and the upper panel 12. The upper panel 12 and the lower panel 13 are components with the same structure and are both made of metal.
  • With reference to Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the transverse mortise 14 is provided with a pushing handle 20, and the pushing handle 20 can move along the transverse mortise 14. The pushing handle 20 comprises a shifting piece 21 and a pushing piece 22 formed on one side of the shifting piece 21, and the pushing piece 22 extends inside the box body 10 through the transverse mortise 14 and is provided with a tooth portion 23. One side end of the pushing piece 22 is provided with a connecting portion 24, the connecting portion 24 is located inside the box body 10 and forms a limiting slot 25 with the shifting piece 21, and the limiting slot 25 can limit a distance that the pushing handle 20 moves along the transverse mortise 14.
  • An inner end 19 inside the box body 10 is provided with a supporting plate 18, an inside wall of the box body 10 opposite to the connecting portion 24 is provided with a positioning plate 26, and a bottom end of the positioning plate 26 is abutted against the supporting plate 18. In the embodiment, an end portion inside the box body 10 which is opposite to the card passage is defined as an inner end 19 inside the box body 10. A positioning space 27 is formed between the positioning plate 26 and the inner end 19 inside the box body 10, and the connecting portion 24 is partially accommodated in the positioning space 27. When the pushing handle 20 is pushed to move along the transverse mortise 14, the positioning space 27 plays a positioning role on the connecting portion 24, ensuring that the pushing handle 20 is in a horizontal state in movement and is convenient to move.
  • The positioning space 27 contains a spring 28, one end of the spring 28 is fixed to the inside wall of the corresponding box body 10, and the other end of the spring 28 is fixedly sleeved to the connecting portion 24. The spring 28 is a compression spring. When the pushing handle 20 is pushed to move rightwards along the transverse mortise 14, the spring 28 may be compressed, which may generate a reaction force on the pushing piece 22, thus increasing a pushing force for pushing the pushing handle 20. When no pushing force is applied to the pushing handle 20, the spring 28 is reset, which can drive the pushing handle 20 to automatically move leftwards along the transverse mortise 14 without pushing the pushing handle 20 to move leftwards along the transverse mortise 14.
  • The supporting plate 18 is rotatably connected to a card shifter 30. The card shifter 30 comprises a body portion 31, and a rotating portion 32 and a moving portion 33 formed at two side ends of the body portion 31, and the body portion 31, the rotating portion 32 and the moving portion 33 are integrally formed to facilitate manufacturing. The supporting plate 18 is provided with a pivot 34, the rotating portion 32 has a through hole 35 through which the pivot 34 passes, and the rotating portion 32 is rotatably connected to the supporting plate 18 through the pivot 35. The rotating portion 32 is a quadrant structure, and a tooth 36 meshed with the tooth portion 23 of the pushing piece 22 is formed on a radial outside of the quadrant structure. When the pushing handle 20 is pushed to move rightwards, according to the gear transmission principle, the pushing handle 20 can push the rotating portion 32 to rotate through a meshing action of the tooth portion 23 of the pushing piece 22 and the tooth 36 of the rotating portion 32, the rotation of the rotating portion 32 can enable the moving portion 33 to rotate, and under the action of the limiting slot 25 of the pushing handle 20, the moving portion 33 can rotate by a certain angle, as shown in Fig. 6.
  • A height of the moving portion 33 is equivalent to a height of the inside of the box body 10, a distance between the moving portion 33 and the card passage is equivalent to a length of the card 50 inside the box body 10, and it is preferable that the distance between the moving portion 33 and the card passage is larger than the length of the card 50 inside the box body 10, so as to facilitate the rotation of the moving portion 33. A side end of the moving portion 33 is formed with a plurality of steps 37 uniformly arranged in a stepped manner and corresponding to the card 50 inside the box body 10, a height of the step 37 corresponds to a thickness of a card 50, so that a width of the moving portion 33 decreases step by step from bottom to top, when the card shifter 30 rotates, a side portion of each step 37 is abutted against a transverse side end of one card 50 inside the box body 10 one by one, so as to push out the card 50 from the card passage, and the cards 50 pushed out are stacked in a stepped manner, as shown in Fig. 7.
  • The principle of pushing out and putting in the card 50 is that: the pushing handle 20 is pushed to move rightwards along the transverse mortise 14, the spring 28 is compressed, according to the gear transmission principle, the rotating portion 32 rotates with the pivot 34 as a center under the pushing force of the pushing handle 20 through the meshing action of the tooth portion 23 of the pushing piece 22 and the tooth 36 of the rotating portion 32, thus driving the moving portion 33 to rotate by a certain angle, during the rotation process, a side portion of the step 37 located at a lowermost layer of the moving portion 33 will firstly abut against the transverse side end of the card 50 at a lowermost layer and push out the card 50 from the card passage, then the side portion of the step 37 sequentially abuts against the transverse side end of the corresponding card 50 step by step and pushes out the corresponding card 50 from the card passage, after the card 50 is pushed out, the pushing force of the pushing handle 20 is released, the spring 28 is reset, the pushing handle 20 can be driven to automatically move leftwards along the transverse mortise 14, and according to the gear transmission principle, the rotating portion 32 rotates and returns back with the pivot 34 as the center under the pushing force of the pushing handle 20 through the meshing action of the tooth portion 23 of the pushing piece 22 and the tooth 36 of the rotating portion 32, so that the moving portion 33 rotates and returns back. The cards 50 are stacked in a stepped manner after being pushed out, and the types of the cards 50 are clear at a glance, so that one or more of the cards 50 can be taken out, the other cards 50 may not need to be taken out, and when the cards 50 are used up, the cards 50 may be returned to the original position. On the one hand, the design is convenient to identify the card 50 and take out the card 50, on the other hand, a friction between the card 50 and the two inside walls of the box body 10 can be reduced, so that the service life of the box body 10 can be prolonged, and meanwhile, the card 50 can be well protected, and the card 50 is not easy to have cracking, damage, bending, deformation and other conditions. When the card 50 is put in, the card 50 only needs to be pushed into the inner end 19 inside the box body 10. The side portion of each step 37 has an arc surface 38 abutting against the transverse side end of the corresponding card 50, as shown in Fig. 6, so that the transverse side end of the card 50 will not be damaged in the process of pushing out the card 50 from the card passage.
  • With reference to Fig. 8 and Fig. 9, two inside walls of the box body 10 close to the card passage are oppositely provided with a groove 40, an elastic piece 41 is arranged in the groove 40, the elastic piece 41 is used for abutting against the transverse side end of the card 50 to clamp the card 50, so as to prevent the card 50 from falling out of the card passage. Under the elastic action of the elastic piece 41 itself, a side end of a tooth-shaped structure 46 and an end portion of an arc-shaped portion 43 abut against the transverse side end of the cards 50 with different tolerance ranges, so that the cards 50 with different tolerance ranges can be effectively clamped firmly, and the cards 50 cannot fall out of the card passage after being used for many times. The tooth-shaped structure 46 and the arc-shaped portion 43 can independently play the role of clamping the card, even if the tooth-shaped structure 46 (or the arc-shaped portion 43) is damaged, the arc-shaped portion 43 (or the tooth-shaped structure 46) can independently and firmly clamp the card 50, thus providing double protection and preventing the card 50 from falling out of the card passage. Whether one or more cards are inserted, the card can be effectively clamped to prevent the card from falling out of the card passage.
  • The elastic piece 41 comprises a positioning portion 42 and the arc-shaped portion 43 formed at one end of the positioning portion 42. The positioning portion 42 and the arc-shaped portion 43 are integrally formed to facilitate manufacturing. A bottom portion of the groove 40 is provided with a positioning block 44, as shown in Fig. 2, and the positioning portion 42 has a positioning hole 45 matched with the positioning block 44, so as to fix the positioning portion 42 in the groove 40. The other end of the positioning portion 42 facing away from the arc-shaped portion 43 is provided with a convex block 47, and an inner wall of the groove 40 has a concave opening 48 corresponding to the convex block 47, as shown in Fig. 2, and the convex block 47 is engaged with the concave opening 48 to further fix the positioning portion 42. One side of the positioning portion 42 facing inside the box body 10 is provided with a tooth-shaped structure 46, the tooth-shaped structure 46 partially protrudes from the inside wall of the corresponding box body 10, and the arc-shaped portion 43 partially extends inside the box body. When the card 50 is placed inside the box body 10 or the card 50 is pushed out, as shown in Fig. 10 and Fig. 11, under the elastic action of the elastic piece 41 itself, the side end of the tooth-shaped structure 46 and the end portion of the arc-shaped portion 43 abut against the transverse side end of the card, thus firmly clamping the card 50 and preventing the card 50 from falling out of the card passage.
  • According to the invention, the pushing handle 20 is arranged at one end of the box body 10, and the box body 10 may not be stuck in the trouser pocket, thus facilitating the putting in and taking out of the box body 10; according to the gear transmission principle, the card shifter 30 can be pushed to rotate without pushing the pushing handle 20 with a great force through the tooth portion 23 arranged on the pushing handle 20 and the tooth 36 meshed with the tooth portion 23 arranged on the card shifter 30, so that the card 50 is smoothly pushed out from the card passage; the card 50 is convenient to be taken out and put in, and the card is not easy to have cracking, damage, bending, deformation, and other conditions; the elastic piece 41 arranged can clamp the card 50, so that the card 50 cannot fall out of the card passage; under the elastic action of the elastic piece 41 itself, the side end of the tooth-shaped structure 46 and the end portion of the arc-shaped portion 43 abut against the transverse side end of the cards 50 with different tolerance ranges, so that the cards 50 with different tolerance ranges can be effectively and firmly clamped, and the cards 50 cannot fall out of the card passage after being used for many times. Whether one or more cards are inserted, the card can be effectively clamped to prevent the card from falling out of the card passage.
