Claims (15)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung (210) zum Halten eines Rads (17) einer Turbomaschine (10) mit Haltevorrichtungen (830, 830'), wobei die Turbomaschine zwei stationäre Verankerungspunkte (800) umfasst und das Rad eine Schwalbenschwanznut (201) umfasst, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:einen Schwalbenschwanzabschnitt (320), der zum Einführen in die Schwalbenschwanznut des Rads ausgelegt ist;einen Montageabschnitt (330), der angrenzend an den Schwalbenschwanzabschnitt angeordnet oder einstückig mit diesem ausgebildet ist;eine erste Kupplung (340), die an einem hinteren Ende des Montageabschnitts angebracht ist; undeine zweite Kupplung (940), die an einem vorderen Ende des Montageabschnitts angebracht ist;wobei die erste und die zweite Kupplung jeweils zum Sichern der Befestigungsvorrichtung an einem der stationären Verankerungspunkte über die Haltevorrichtungen konfiguriert sind.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schwalbenschwanzabschnitt ein schwalbenschwanzförmiges oder tannenbaumartiges Profil aufweist, das dazu ausgelegt ist, mit entsprechenden Kerben oder Aussparungen in der Schwalbenschwanznut des Rads ineinanderzugreifen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung ferner ein hinteres Ende und ein vorderes Ende umfasst, wobei mindestens eines von dem hinteren Ende und dem vorderen Ende ein Gewindeloch (483) aufweist, das zum Sichern eines Verbindungselements (342) ausgelegt ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, ferner umfassend das Verbindungselement und eine Unterlegscheibe, die durch das Gewindeloch gesichert ist, und einen Anschlag (350), der sich an einem Ende gegenüber dem Gewindeloch befindet, wobei die Unterlegscheibe und der Anschlag dazu ausgelegt sind, den Schwalbenschwanzabschnitt an der Schwalbenschwanznut zu verriegeln.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei mindestens eines von dem hinteren Ende oder dem vorderen Ende Folgendes aufweist:
einen T-förmigen Anschlag oder einen rechteckförmigen Anschlag. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schwalbenschwanzabschnitt eines der Folgenden aufweist:ein gerades Profil, das zur Verwendung mit einer geraden Schwalbenschwanznut ausgelegt ist, oderein abgewinkeltes Profil, das zur Verwendung mit einer abgewinkelten Schwalbenschwanznut ausgelegt ist, oderein gekrümmtes Profil, das zur Verwendung mit einer gekrümmten Schwalbenschwanznut ausgelegt ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Montageabschnitt ferner Folgendes umfasst:
mindestens ein Gewindeloch (481, 482), das zum Anbringen der Kupplung an dem Montageabschnitt ausgelegt ist, und wobei ein Verbindungselement die eine der ersten und zweiten Kupplung über das mindestens eine Gewindeloch an dem Montageabschnitt sichert. - Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:
eine Kupplung (1230), die an der Oberseite des Montageabschnitts angebracht ist. - Turbomaschine, umfassend:ein Rad;einen stationären Verankerungspunkt;wobei das Rad eine Schwalbenschwanznut umfasst; unddie Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
- Turbomaschine nach Anspruch 9, wobei der stationäre Verankerungspunkt ferner Folgendes umfasst:
mindestens eine Senkbohrungsanordnung (810) mit einer daran angebrachten Kupplung (812), wobei die mindestens eine Senkbohrungsanordnung dazu ausgelegt ist, an einer stationären Struktur (820) gesichert zu werden. - Turbomaschine nach Anspruch 10, wobei die stationäre Struktur mindestens eines von Folgendem ist:
ein Mantel, ein Flansch oder ein Gehäuse der Turbomaschine. - Verfahren zum Halten eines Rads (17) einer Turbomaschine (10), wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst: Einsetzen einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (210) in eine Schwalbenschwanznut (201) in dem Rad, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:einen Schwalbenschwanzabschnitt (320), der zum Einführen in die Schwalbenschwanznut ausgelegt ist;einen Montageabschnitt (330), der angrenzend an den Schwalbenschwanzabschnitt angeordnet oder einstückig mit diesem ausgebildet ist, wobei der Montageabschnitt dazu ausgelegt ist, mit mindestens einer Kupplung verbunden zu werden;Anbringen einer ersten Kupplung (340) an einem hinteren Ende des Montageabschnitts undAnbringen einer zweiten Kupplung (940) an einem vorderen Ende des Montageabschnitts;Anbringen mindestens einer Senkbohrungsanordnung (810) an einer stationären Struktur (820);Verbinden einer Haltevorrichtung mit der mindestens einen der ersten und zweiten Kupplung und der mindestens einen Senkbohrungsanordnung undSichern der Befestigungsvorrichtung an einem stationären Verankerungspunkt (800) über die Haltevorrichtung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei die stationäre Struktur mindestens eines von Folgendem umfasst:
einen Mantel, einen Flansch oder ein Gehäuse der Turbomaschine. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, wobei der Schritt des Einführens einer Befestigungsvorrichtung ferner Folgendes umfasst:Platzieren einer Unterlegscheibe oder eines Anschlags über einem Verbindungselement (342);Einführen des Verbindungselement in ein Gewindeloch (483) in dem Schwalbenschwanzabschnitt, wobei die Unterlegscheibe oder der Anschlag dazu ausgelegt ist, sich über eine axiale Fläche der Schwalbenschwanznut zu erstrecken; undAnbringen der mindestens einen Kupplung an dem Montageabschnitt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei der Verbindungsschritt ferner Folgendes umfasst:
Anbringen eines Mitnehmers mit einem Band, einer Kette (830) oder einem Kabel sowohl an der mindestens einen Kupplung als auch an der mindestens einen Senkbohrungsanordnung und Festziehen des Mitnehmers, um das Rad zu halten.
