Claims (15)
- Applicateur (100, 200) de matière, comprenant :un corps (102, 202) d'aérographe susceptible d'être accouplé à un réservoir (104, 204) de matière et définissant un premier passage (148, 242) destiné à acheminer un gaz sous pression ;une tête de pulvérisation (116, 216) susceptible d'être accouplée au corps (102, 202) d'aérographe, la tête de pulvérisation comprenant une partie buse (120, 220) en communication fluidique avec un tube (122, 222) à matière configuré pour s'étendre jusque dans le réservoir (104, 204) de matière lorsque le corps (102, 202) d'aérographe est accouplé au réservoir (104, 204) de matière, la partie buse (120, 220) définissant une lumière (142, 236) configurée pour être en communication fluidique avec le premier passage (148, 242) lorsque la tête de pulvérisation est accouplée au corps (102, 202) d'aérographe, la partie buse (120, 220) comportant en outre un tube d'éjection (136, 238) en communication fluidique avec le tube (122, 222) à matière et situé de manière à ce que, lorsque le corps (102, 202) d'aérographe est accouplé au réservoir (104, 204) de matière, un écoulement de gaz sous pression provenant du premier passage (148, 242) traversant la lumière aspire une matière contenue dans le réservoir de matière à travers le tube (122, 222) à matière jusque dans le tube d'éjection (136, 238), et depuis le tube d'éjection jusque dans un écoulement de gaz sous pression sortant de la lumière de la partie buse (120, 220) ;la tête de pulvérisation étant détachable du corps (102, 202) d'aérographe en tirant la tête de pulvérisation dans une direction suivant un axe longitudinal du tube (122, 222) à matière pour permettre d'emporter la tête de pulvérisation séparée du corps (102, 202) d'aérographe.
- Applicateur de matière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une sortie (138) du tube d'éjection (136, 238) est située adjacente à une sortie (140) de la lumière de la partie buse (120, 220) et forme un angle avec celle-ci, et/ou dans lequel la sortie du tube d'éjection est perpendiculaire à la sortie de la lumière de la partie buse (120).
- Applicateur de matière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le tube d'éjection (238) est coaxial avec la lumière de la partie buse (220).
- Applicateur de matière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le tube (122, 222) à matière est formé d'un seul tenant avec la tête de pulvérisation de manière à ce que le tube (122, 222) à matière soit emporté avec la tête de pulvérisation lorsque la tête de pulvérisation est détachée du corps (102, 202) d'aérographe.
- Applicateur de matière selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps (102, 202) d'aérographe définit une ouverture (124, 224) pour recevoir le tube (122, 222) à matière de la tête de pulvérisation.
- Applicateur de matière selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, dans lequel la partie buse (120, 220) de la tête de pulvérisation comprend une partie socle (126, 226) et une partie tête (132, 232), la lumière de la partie buse (120, 220) étant définie par la partie tête.
- Applicateur de matière selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le tube d'éjection (136, 238) est adjacent à une sortie (140) de la lumière et déporté par rapport à la sortie de la lumière dans une direction d'écoulement de gaz sous pression sortant de la lumière.
- Applicateur de matière selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le tube d'éjection (238) est au moins partiellement situé à l'intérieur de la lumière de la partie buse (220) et un diamètre de la lumière diminue dans une direction allant vers une sortie de la lumière.
- Applicateur de matière selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la partie socle comprend au moins une partie patte (128, 228).
- Applicateur de matière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la tête de pulvérisation comprend un mécanisme d'accouplement pour fixer solidement en place la tête de pulvérisation au corps (102, 202) d'aérographe lorsque la tête de pulvérisation est accouplée au corps (102, 202) d'aérographe, et dans lequel le mécanisme d'accouplement comprend une protubérance (172, 268) définie sur la tête de pulvérisation et configurée pour être reçue dans un renfoncement correspondant (174, 270) défini dans le corps (102, 202) d'aérographe.
- Applicateur de matière selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un deuxième passage (154, 250) entre le premier passage (148, 242) et la lumière de la partie buse (120, 220) de la tête de pulvérisation.
- Applicateur de matière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le corps (102, 202) d'aérographe comprend en outre un port d'entrée (150) en communication fluidique avec le premier passage (148, 242), le port d'entrée étant raccordable à une source (160) de gaz sous pression, et dans lequel le corps (102, 202) d'aérographe comprend en outre une partie détente (114, 214).
- Procédé, comprenant :l'accouplement d'une tête de pulvérisation (116, 216) à un corps (102, 202) d'aérographe, le corps d'aérographe étant accouplé à un réservoir (104, 204) de matière et définissant un premier passage (148, 242) destiné à acheminer un gaz sous pression, la tête de pulvérisation comprenant une partie buse (120, 220) définissant une lumière (142, 236) configurée pour être en communication fluidique avec le premier passage (148, 242) lorsque la tête de pulvérisation est accouplée au corps (102, 202) d'aérographe, la partie buse comportant en outre un tube d'éjection (136, 238) en communication fluidique avec un tube (122, 222) à matière s'étendant jusque dans le réservoir (104, 204) de matière, le tube d'éjection (136, 238) étant situé de manière à ce qu'un écoulement de gaz sous pression provenant du premier passage (148, 242) traversant la lumière aspire une matière (106, 206) contenue dans le réservoir de matière à travers le tube (122, 222) à matière jusque dans le tube d'éjection, et depuis le tube d'éjection jusque dans un écoulement de gaz sous pression sortant de la lumière de la partie buse (120, 220), la tête de pulvérisation étant détachable du corps (102, 202) d'aérographe en tirant la tête de pulvérisation dans une direction suivant un axe longitudinal du tube (122, 222) à matière pour permettre d'emporter la tête de pulvérisation séparée du corps (102, 202) d'aérographe ; etl'actionnement d'une partie détente (114, 214) du corps (102, 202) d'aérographe de manière à faire s'écouler du gaz sous pression depuis le premier passage (148, 242) jusque dans la lumière de la partie buse (120, 220) et à introduire de la matière provenant du réservoir (104, 204) de matière depuis le tube d'éjection (136, 238) jusque dans un écoulement de gaz sous pression sortant de la lumière de la partie buse et dirigé vers l'extérieur de la partie buse (120, 220).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le tube (122, 222) à matière est formé d'un seul tenant avec la tête de pulvérisation, et l'accouplement de la tête de pulvérisation au corps (102, 202) d'aérographe comprend en outre l'insertion du tube (122, 222) à matière dans le réservoir (104, 204) de matière par une ouverture (124, 224) définie dans le corps d'aérographe, et le positionnement de la partie buse (120, 220) sur une partie de montage (118, 218) du corps d'aérographe de manière à mettre en communication fluidique entre eux la lumière de la partie buse (120, 220) et le premier passage (148, 242).
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, comprenant en outre le désaccouplement de la tête de pulvérisation par rapport au corps (102, 202) d'aérographe en tirant la tête de pulvérisation dans la direction suivant l'axe longitudinal du tube (122, 222) à matière de manière à emporter la tête de pulvérisation du corps d'aérographe sans détacher le corps d'aérographe du réservoir (104, 204) de matière.
