Claims (12)

  1. Kapsel (1) zum Zubereiten von aufgebrühten oder lösbaren Getränken, umfassend:
    - eine Schale (2), welche dazu geeignet ist, ein inneres Volumen (V) für das Enthalten wenigstens einer Substanz zu definieren, welche aufzubrühen oder aufzulösen ist, wobei die Schale oberhalb durch eine Abdeckung (6) geschlossen ist, wobei die Schale mit einem Boden (3), welcher mit einer Öffnung (31) für das Ausströmen des aufgebrühten Getränks bereitgestellt ist, und einer Basis (33) bereitgestellt ist, welche mit Aussparungen (310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360) bereitgestellt ist, welche frei von Schneide- oder Punktierungs-Elementen sind;
    - eine Scheibe (5), welche innerhalb der Schale (2) platziert ist und dazu geeignet ist, die Kapsel (1) unterhalb abzudichten, welche permanent an den Aussparungen (320, 330, 340, 360) der Basis (33) befestigt ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (5) aus wenigstens zwei bestimmten Abschnitten (51, 52) besteht, welche in einer wenigstens teilweise lösbaren Weise miteinander verbunden sind,
    und dadurch, dass die Öffnung der Kapsel (1) für das Ausströmen des aufgebrühten Getränks als ein Ergebnis der Deformation der Scheibe (5) durch den Druck, welcher durch das Fluid innerhalb der Kapsel (1), der Deformation, welche eine Trennung zwischen diesen Abschnitten (51, 52), welche die Scheibe (5) bilden, bestimmt, der Trennung auftritt, welche einen Durchgang (P) für das Ausströmen der aufgebrühten Flüssigkeit öffnet.
  2. Kapsel (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Deformation der Scheibe (5) wenigstens im Einklang mit einem Abteil (351, 352), welches in der Basis (33) der Kapsel (1) bereitgestellt ist, wenigstens eine Falte (54) bestimmt, welche dazu geeignet ist, einen Durchgang (P) zwischen den Abschnitten (51, 52), welche die Scheibe (5) bilden, für das Ausströmen des aufgebrühten Getränks zu definieren.
  3. Kapsel (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Abschnitte (51, 52), welche die Scheibe (5) bilden, miteinander in einem Bereich einer Überlappung (53) mittels eines schwachen Lacks (89) verbunden sind, welcher dazu geeignet ist, nachzugeben, wobei das wenigstens teilweise Lösen zwischen den Abschnitten (51, 52), welche die Scheibe (5) bilden, erlaubt wird.
  4. Kapsel (1) nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Bereich einer Überlappung (53) der Abschnitte (51, 52), welche die Scheibe (5) bilden, im Einklang mit einem Abteil (351, 352), welches in der Basis (33) in einer derartigen Weise hergestellt ist, dass die Scheibe (5) an dem Bereich einer Überlappung (53) deformiert wird, platziert ist.
  5. Kapsel (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Abteil (352) eine ringförmige Nut ist, welche in der Basis (33) zwischen einem äußeren Rand (360) und einem Labyrinth (30) realisiert ist, dazu geeignet, ohne sie zu behindern, die Deformation der Scheibe (5) aufzunehmen, wenn der Druck, welcher durch das Fluid innerhalb der Kapsel (1) ausgeübt wird, ein bestimmtes Öffnung-Grenzniveau erreicht.
  6. Kapsel (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Abteil (351) eine Ausnehmung ist, welche zwischen einem Paar benachbarter Aussparungen (350) definiert ist, dazu geeignet, ohne sie zu behindern, die Deformation der Scheibe (5) aufzunehmen, wenn der Druck, welcher durch das Fluid innerhalb der Kapsel (1) ausgeübt wird, ein bestimmtes Öffnung-Grenzniveau erreicht.
  7. Kapsel (1) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Scheibe (5), ohne befestigt zu sein, an den Aussparungen (350) gehaltert ist, dazu geeignet, die Scheibe (5) in einer Deformation-Phase in einer derartigen Weise angehoben zu halten, um einen freien Pfad für das Ausströmen des aufgebrühten Getränks zu der Außenseite der Kapsel (1) bereitzustellen.
  8. Kapsel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Scheibe (5) aus einem äußeren Abschnitt (51) in der Form eines Rings, welcher einen inneren Abschnitt (52) in einer Scheibenform umgibt, gebildet ist, und wobei der innere Rand des Rings, welcher den äußeren Abschnitt (51) realisiert, an dem äußeren Rand der Scheibe, welche den inneren Abschnitt (52) realisiert, überlagert ist.
  9. Kapsel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Scheibe (5) an der Basis (33) durch einen Lack (88) permanent befestigt ist, welcher dazu geeignet ist, das Lösen oder das Trennen der Dichtungsscheibe (5) von den Aussparungen (320, 330, 340, 360) zu verhindern.
  10. Kapsel (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Aussparungen, an welchen die Scheibe (5) befestigt ist, wenigstens ein äußerer Rand (360) und ein Labyrinth-Abschnitt (30) sind.
  11. Verfahren eines Zubereitens eines aufgebrühten Getränks aus einer Kapsel (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein unter Druck versetztes Fluid eingesetzt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn der Druck, welcher durch das Fluid innerhalb einer geschlossenen Kammer (12), welche durch die Schale (2) zwischen der Abdeckung (6) und der Scheibe (5) definiert ist, ein bestimmtes Grenzniveau erreicht, das Öffnen der Kapsel (1), um das Ausströmen des aufgebrühten Getränks zu erlauben, durch eine Deformation der Scheibe (5) durch den Druck, eine Deformation, welche eine Trennung, wenigstens teilweise, der Abschnitte (51, 52), welche die Scheibe (5) bilden, in einer derartigen Weise bestimmt, dass der Dichtungseffekt reduziert wird, welcher zuvor durch die Scheibe (5) selbst bereitgestellt worden ist, erhalten wird.
  12.
