Description

  • La présente invention se rapporte au domaine des dispositifs de raccordement et/ou de liaison électrique; l'invention concerne plus particulièrement un dispositif de raccordement électrique de type « serre fil » ou de type pied de protection pour le raccordement à la terre.
  • Il est connu de raccorder électriquement deux fils conducteurs en fixant chaque fil séparément sur une même pièce de raccordement réalisée dans un matériau conducteur, chaque fil étant serré contre ladite pièce de raccordement par une portion de serre-fil, ou cage de serrage, positionnée à chaque extrémité de la pièce de raccordement. Il est également connu de raccorder un fil conducteur en le fixant par une extrémité sur une première pièce de raccordement, ou serre fil, réalisée dans un matériau conducteur, ce serre fil étant maintenu au contact d'une deuxième pièce de raccordement à la terre, ou pied de protection, également réalisée dans la masse d'un matériau conducteur.
  • La ou les pièces de raccordement conductrices sont habituellement réalisées en cuivre, du fait de l'excellente conductivité de ce matériau. Mais ce matériau est lourd et onéreux. EP 2 983 245 A1 divulgue un dispositif de raccordement électrique à la terre selon le préambule de la revendication 1.
  • DE 10 2014 012489 A1 divulgue une pièce de connexion pour câbles en aluminium protégé par une couche protectrice,
  • L'invention a donc pour but de proposer une solution simple à tout ou partie de ces problèmes.
  • A cet effet, la présente invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement électrique à la terre pour un serre-fil, le dispositif comprenant une pièce de raccordement à la terre, et une pièce d'appui , la pièce de raccordement à la terre étant prise en tenaille entre le serre-fil et la pièce d'appui et maintenue au contact du serre-fil, la pièce de raccordement à la terre étant réalisée en un matériau amagnétique, avec une couche d'un matériau protecteur déposée sur la surface de la pièce de raccordement à la terre.
  • Selon un aspect de l'invention, le matériau amagnétique est un alliage d'aluminium.
  • Selon un aspect de l'invention, le matériau protecteur est de l'étain, ou du zinc, ou de l'argent ou de l'or.
  • Selon un aspect de l'invention, une couche d'un matériau de liaison est déposée sur la surface de la pièce de raccordement à la terre, entre le matériau amagnétique et la couche de matériau protecteur.
  • Selon un aspect de l'invention, le matériau de liaison est du cuivre.
  • Pour sa bonne compréhension, l'invention est décrite en référence aux dessins ci-annexés représentant, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme de réalisation d'un dispositif selon l'invention.

  • Nous allons décrire concerne un premier dispositif de raccordement électrique 1, que nous appellerons également serre-fil, et dont un mode de réalisation est représenté en figure 2.
  • Selon le mode de réalisation décrit ici, le serre-fil comprend une pièce de raccordement 12 en forme de cylindre ou de parallélépipède creux, délimitant une cavité ouverte ou non, et traversante ou non, adaptée à la réception d'extrémités de fils conducteurs de différentes formes et/ou dimensions, en particulier de différents diamètres ou longueurs. Chacune des extrémités de cette pièce est munie d'un moyen de fixation configuré pour fixer l'extrémité d'un fil conducteur au contact de la pièce de raccordement. Selon un mode de réalisation, le moyen de fixation comprend un étrier 2, 3, l'étrier étant rapporté et maintenu contre l'une des extrémités de la pièce de raccordement 12, de sorte que l'extrémité du fil conducteur est prise en tenaille et maintenue serrée entre l'étrier 2, 3 et la surface de la pièce de raccordement 12.
  • La pièce de raccordement 12 est réalisée dans un matériau conducteur qui assure ainsi la continuité électrique entre les fils conducteurs dont les extrémités respectives sont fixées à chaque extrémité de la pièce de raccordement 12.
  • Afin d'alléger et de diminuer le coût de cette pièce de raccordement 12, et afin d'éviter ou de limiter la formation de courants de Foucault dans le cas d'applications de fortes puissance, un autre matériau amagnétique que le cuivre est utilisé pour fabriquer la pièce de raccordement 12, de préférence un alliage d'aluminium.
  • Afin de protéger le matériau amagnétique contre l'oxydation, notamment due au couple galvanique entre l'aluminium de la pièce de raccordement et le cuivre des fils conducteurs qui seront branchés sur la pièce de raccordement 12, une couche d'un matériau protecteur est déposée sur tout ou partie de la surface de la pièce de raccordement 12. Le matériau protecteur peut être de l'étain, du zinc, de l'argent ou de l'or. De préférence, on utilisera l'étain comme matériau protecteur.
  • Afin de favoriser la fixation du matériau protecteur sur la surface du matériau amagnétique, une couche de cuivre est déposée sur la surface de la pièce de raccordement 12, entre le matériau amagnétique et la couche du matériau protecteur. L'épaisseur de cette couche de cuivre est comprise entre 1 µm et 6 µm. En l'absence d'oxygène, entre la couche de matériau protecteur et la surface du matériau amagnétique utilisé, notamment s'il s'agit d'un alliage d'aluminium, le couple galvanique naturel entre le cuivre et ce matériau restera sans effet oxydant.
  • La pièce de raccordement ou serre-fil 12 est logée à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe ou d'un boitier, en deux parties 6,7, comme cela est illustré aux figures 1, 3, et 6, le boitier étant réalisé en matériau isolant, et dans lequel sont ménagées deux ouvertures permettant l'accès respectivement aux deux extrémités du serre-fil 12 pour le passage et la fixation des extrémités des fils conducteurs à raccorder.
  • Nous allons maintenant décrire en référence à la figure 4 une deuxième pièce de raccordement électrique 10, destinée à raccorder à la terre les fils conducteurs dont les extrémités ont été raccordées au serre-fil 12 décrit précédemment. Cette pièce de raccordement à la terre 10 est fabriquée en matériau amagnétique, avec une couche d'un matériau protecteur déposée sur la surface de la pièce afin de la protéger contre l'oxydation, et de préférence, avec une couche de cuivre déposée entre le matériau amagnétique et la couche du matériau protecteur afin de favoriser la fixation du matériau protecteur. Le matériau protecteur peut être de l'étain, du zinc, de l'argent ou de l'or. De préférence, on utilisera l'étain comme matériau protecteur.
  • La portion supérieure de la surface de cette pièce de raccordement à la terre 10 est rapportée sur la surface inférieure du serre-fil 12 et maintenue fermement au contact de celle-ci par une vis 9 qui traverse de haut en bas le serre-fil 12; cette vis 9 traverse également la pièce de raccordement à la terre 10 avant de se visser, par son extrémité filetée, sur une pièce d'appui 16, munie d'un orifice taraudé qui coopère avec l'extrémité filetée de la vis 9, la pièce de raccordement à la terre 10 étant en appui sur la pièce d'appui 16 ; la pièce de raccordement à la terre se trouve ainsi prise en tenaille et maintenue serrée entre la pièce d'appui 16 et le serre-fil 12.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif de raccordement électrique à la terre pour un serre-fil (1), le dispositif comprenant une pièce de raccordement à la terre (10), et une pièce d'appui (16), la pièce de raccordement à la terre (10) étant prévue pour être prise en tenaille entre le serre-fil (1) et la pièce d'appui (16) et maintenue au contact du serre-fil (1), caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccordement à la terre (10) est réalisée en un matériau amagnétique, avec une couche d'un matériau protecteur déposée sur la surface de la pièce de raccordement à la terre (10), dans lequel une couche d'un matériau de liaison est déposée sur la surface de la pièce de raccordement à la terre (10), entre le matériau amagnétique et la couche de matériau protecteur
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le matériau amagnétique est un alliage d'aluminium.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le matériau protecteur est de l'étain, ou du zinc, ou de l'argent ou de l'or.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le matériau de liaison est du cuivre.
