Claims (9)

  1. Elektrowerkzeug (1) mit einem Drehfunktionselement (2) einer Rollenart, insbesondere einer Art mit Oberflächenerneuerungsfunktion, das eine langgestreckte Welle (12) mit einem Drehantrieb, die mit zwei diametral gegenüberliegenden Längsnuten (13A, 13B) zum Montieren auf ablösbare Weise mindestens einer Rolle ausgerüstet ist, und mindestens eine Rolle (2) mit einer Funktionsoberfläche (20) aufweist, die eine Nabe (3) aufweist, die einen hohlen Mittelteil (31, 32), der den Montageteil der Rolle ausmacht, auf der Welle des Werkzeugs aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der hohle Mittelteil (31, 32) der Nabe der Rolle zwei Längsrippen (30A, 30B) eines Zusammenwirkens durch gegenseitiges Eingreifen aufweist, die diametral gegenüberliegend sind, die sich in Längsrichtung zu dem hohlen Mittelteil (31, 32) der Nabe erstrecken und durch direkte Berührung in die Längsnuten (13A, 13B) der Welle des Werkzeugs eingreifen.
  2. Elektrowerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (30A, 30B) sich entlang des gesamten hohlen Teils erstrecken, während sie relativ zu den Kanten (35) der Nabe zurückgesetzt sind.
  3. Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (30A, 30B) in den Körper der Nabe eingebunden sind, indem sie nach einem Herstellen der Rolle eine einstückige Anordnung ausbilden.
  4. Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mittelteil (31) der Nabe mit den Rippen (30A, 30B) und der Rest des Körpers der Nabe eine einstückige Anordnung aus Kunststoffmaterial ausbilden, insbesondere durch Gießen hergestellt.
  5. Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nabe (3) der Rolle einen Umfangsteil (33) aufweist, der den Mittelteil (32) umgibt und mit diesem fest verbunden ist, wobei der Umfangsteil (33) aus Metall ist, wohingegen der Mittelteil (32) aus Kunststoffmaterial, bevorzugt durch Gießen hergestellt, und mit dem Umfangteil aus Metall verklebt ist.
  6. Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nabe (3) der Rolle in ihrer Dicke Aussparungen (34) aufweist.
  7. Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rolle (2) eine äußere Funktionsoberfläche (20) vorweist, die eine aktive Reiboberfläche ausbildet, insbesondere für eine Oberflächenerneuerung wie zum Beispiel auf Basis von Kunst- und/oder Metallfasern oder Schleifpapier.
  8. Elektrowerkzeug nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es Verriegelungsmittel (4) aufweist, die das Halten der Rolle in Position sicherstellen, insbesondere seitliche Klemmmittel (40, 41) wie zum Beispiel durch Verschrauben, die an dem freien Ende der Welle (12A) eingerichtet sind, sobald die mindestens eine Rolle auf der Welle in Position ist.
  9. Verwendung einer Rolle (2) mit Funktionsoberfläche (20), die auf einem Elektrowerkzeug (1) ablösbar angebracht ist, nach Anspruch 1, die mit einer langgestreckten Welle (12) mit Drehantrieb ausgerüstet ist, die mit zwei diametral gegenüberliegenden Längsnuten (13A, 13B) ausgerüstet ist, wobei die Rolle eine Nabe (3) aufweist, die einen hohlen Mittelteil (31, 32), der den Montageteil der Rolle ausmacht, auf der Welle des Werkzeugs aufweist, und die Rolle mit männlichen Mitteln des Zusammenwirkens durch gegenseitiges Eingreifen (30A, 30B) vermarktet wird, die zwei Längsrippen (30A, 30B) des Zusammenwirkens durch gegenseitiges Eingreifen ausbilden, die diametral gegenüberliegend sind und sich in Längsrichtung zu dem hohlen Mittelteil (31, 32) erstrecken, wobei die Rolle angepasst ist, um auf der Welle des Werkzeugs montiert zu werden, damit die zwei Längsrippen (30A, 30B) durch direkte Berührung in die zwei Längsnuten (13A, 13B) der Welle des Werkzeugs eingreifen.
