Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Lautsprechersystem mit einer Membran, wobei die Membran(1) aus einer ebenen Platte aus einem hartgeschäumtem Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus einer etwa 3 mm starken ebenen Platte aus hartgeschäumtem PVC besteht und das Gehäuse aus extrudiertem Polypropylen aufgebaut ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Lautsprechersystem.
  • Lautsprechersysteme oder nach einer weiteren üblichen Bezeichnung Schallwandler werden zur Umwandlung elektrischer Energie in Schallwellen eingesetzt. Dazu werden meist Membranen in mechanische Schwingungen versetzt.
  • Verwendet werden Lautsprecher unter anderem in Lautsprecherboxen, Radios, Fernsehgeräten, Funkempfängern, Handsprechfunkgeräten, Messempfängern, Mobiltelefonen und MP3-Player.
  • Vor allem bei mobilen Geräten, die auch im Freien eingesetzt werden, ist eine robuste Ausführungsform erforderlich, die gegenüber Umwelteinflüssen wie insbesondere Feuchtigkeit widerstandsfähig ist.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Lautsprechersystemen vor allem bei mobilen Geräten zu erweitern.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst mit einem Lautsprechersystem gemäß Anspruch 1.
  • Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand von in den Figuren dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigen beispielhaft:
    • Fig. 1 ein erfindungsgemäßes Lautsprechersystem in drei unterschiedlichen Ansichten, von oben, seitlich und von unten.
    • Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt durch ein erfindungsgemäßes Lautsprechersystem.
  • Wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich weist ein beispielhaftes Lautsprechersystem eine ovale Grundform auf. Die Oberseite wird im Wesentlichen von der Membran 1 gebildet, die aus einer etwa 3 mm starken ebenen Platte aus hartgeschäumtem PVC (FOREX) besteht.
  • Durch die ebene Ausführung der Membran kann sich bei Einsatz des Lautsprechersystems in Wasser keine stehende Wassersäule auf dieser bilden und der Klang wird durch Wasser nicht negativ beinträchtig.
  • Der Einsatz von hartgeschäumtem PVC (FOREX), oder Materialien mit ähnlichen Eigenschaften, beispielsweise auf Basis von thermoplastischem Polyurethan oder extrudiertem Polypropylen ermöglicht eine extrem harte und leichte Bauweise der Membran, womit muss diese nicht mehr zusätzlich durch einen Grill oder eine andere Abdeckung geschützt werden muss.
  • Dies ermöglicht es, dass die Membran auch durch Design, Druck, Bilder Logos und Motive veredelt wird und somit zur wesentlichen Gestaltung des äußerlichen Designs herangezogen werden kann.
  • Durch frei schwebend montierte Treiber hinter der Membran 1 wird es ermöglicht, dass der Benutzer mit der Membran in Berührung kommt und somit den Schalldruck auch spüren kann und Musik somit spürbar und nicht nur hörbar wird.
  • Mittels Gummisicke 2 ist die Membran 1 mit dem Gehäuse 3 verbunden. Dieses ist in vorteilhafter Weise aus extrudiertem Polypropylen hergestellt, wodurch es hohe Festigkeit bei geringem Gewicht aufweist. Die Elastizität des Materials ermöglicht es, Bedienelemente in Form von Drucktastern 4,5 in das Gehäuse 3 zu integrieren, wie sie bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel auf der Unterseite des Lautsprechersystemes vorgesehen sind.
  • Auch die Membran 1 wird durch an der Geräteinnenseite eingelassene Drucktasten und Magnetschalter zur Bedienfläche.
  • Sie kann weiterhin als Projektionsfläche für Videos verwendet werden.
  • Eine besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Lautsprechersystems erhält man dann, wenn durch in der Membran integrierte Magnetschalter ein Kopplungsvorgang mit weiteren Lautsprechersystemen ausgelöst werden kann.
    Diese Kopplung kann beispielsweise mittels Bluetooth oder Wifi erfolgen und mehrere Lautsprechersysteme können dann synchron dieselbe Musik abspielen.
  • Diese "Pick my Tune" Funktionaliät kann beispielsweise dadurch ausgelöst werden, dass zwei Lautsprechersysteme an ihrer Membranseite aneinander gefügt werden.
  • Es ist dabei kein Drücken von zusätzlichen Tasten erforderlich, eine kurze Berührung zwischen den Membranen (Übereinander Legen) ist ausreichend um die Magnetschalter auszulösen. Es reicht auch ein kurzfristiges übereinander Positionieren, d.h. es bleibt ein Luftspalt zwischen den Membranen und eine physische Berührung ist nicht notwendig um die Magnetschalter zu aktivieren.
  • Durch die Herstellung des Gehäuses 3 aus extrudiertem Polypropylen ist eine hohe Flexibilität bei der Formgestaltung des Gehäuses gegeben. Durch das geringe Gewicht des Materials kann das Gehäuse 3 auch als Schwimmkörper dienen. Seine Elastizität bewirkt, dass der durch die Membran 1 erzeugte innere Schalldruck über das Gehäuse 3 wiedergegeben wird und beim Einsatz auf einer Wasseroberfläche das Gehäuse Schallwellen auf das Wasser überträgt.
  • Wenn das Gehäuse 3 an andere Hohlkörper wie leere Schachteln oder Plastikbehältnisse durch Berührung angekoppelt wird, wird Schall auf diese übertragen und dadurch eine bessere Wiedergabe von tiefen Frequenzen bewirkt.
  • Wenn das Lautsprechersystem am Körper, im Nacken oder auf den Bauch des menschlichen Körpers platziert wird, kann die abgespielte Musik spürbar gemacht werden, womit beispielsweise Entspannungstechniken und Therapien unterstützt werden können.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch ein beispielhaftes Lautsprechersystem mit Membran 1, Gummisicke 2, Gehäuse 3 und einem Rahmen für die Ansteuerelektronik für den Lautsprecher die insbesondere einen Akkumulator samt Ladeschnittstelle, sowie Signalprozessoreinheit, Akustikwandler und Kommunikationseinheiten auf Basis von Bluetooth und WiFi mit einer Signalquelle aber auch mit anderen Lautsprechersystemen umfasst.
  • Die Kombination der erfindungsgemäßen Membran 1 aus einer ebenen Platte aus einem hartgeschäumtem Kunststoff mit einem Gehäuse aus extrudiertem Polypropylen ermöglicht besonders robuste, vielseitig einsetzbare Lautsprechersysteme mit au-ßergewöhnlichen Klangeigenschaften.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung mit Bedienelementen wird weiterhin auf einfache Weise die Kopplung mehrerer Lautsprechersysteme ermöglicht.
  • Zusätzlich zu den Bedienelementen können auch Anzeigeelemente wie LEDs in die Membran 1 oder das Gehäuse 3 integriert werden.
  • Die Ladeschnittstelle 7 kann drahtlos ausgeführt werden. Durch die Möglichkeit des induktiven Ladens wird eine einfache Handhabe des Ladevorgangs möglich.

Claims (6)

  1. Lautsprechersystem mit einer Membran, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran(1) aus einer ebenen Platte aus einem hartgeschäumtem Kunststoff besteht.
  2. Lautsprechersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Membran(1) aus einer etwa 3 mm starken ebenen Platte aus hartgeschäumtem PVC besteht.
  3. Lautsprechersystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Membran(1) Bedienelemente integriert sind.
  4. Lautsprechersystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch in der Membran (1) integrierte Magnetschalter ein Kopplungsvorgang mit weiteren Lautsprechersystemen ausgelöst werden kann.
  5. Lautsprechersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse(3) aus extrudiertem Polypropylen aufgebaut ist.
  6. Lautsprechersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Gehäuse (3) Drucktasten (4,5)integriert sind.
