Definitions
- the present invention relates to a set for toilet maintenance cleaning with a bar-shaped cleaning agent and a device for receiving the bar-shaped cleaning agent.
- EP 0 933 306 A1 sets for the maintenance cleaning of toilets consisting of detergent and toilet basket are known. Such sets often contain several pieces of detergent in order to refill the toilet basket.
- the toilet basket comprises two bowl halves with openings between which the cleaning agent can be taken up and a bracket with which the basket can be attached to the edge of the toilet bowl.
- a certain amount of water is supplied to the basket through the passage openings, which leads to a part of the cleaning agent in the basket dissolving and flowing through the passage openings in the basket into the toilet bowl.
- the US 2011/0 138 526 A1 teaches a multi-part gel basket that can be attached using a bracket below the edge of the toilet.
- the opening of the basket faces the edge of the toilet bowl.
- the water jet is directed into the gel basket in order to remove the cleaning agent.
- the cleaning agent is in a removable gel basket, which is pushed into the housing, which is located on the holder.
- a toilet basket for holding solid or gel-like preparations having several inlet openings and several outlet openings for the flushing water, is in the DE 10 2008 037 723 A1 disclosed.
- the toilet bowls are environmentally friendly and refillable, refilling is perceived by the consumer as extremely unsanitary, since the consumer has to reach into the toilet bowl to remove the toilet bowl. Afterwards, the possibly dirty toilet basket has to be added in many cases opened by hand to fill it with the new detergent.
- Devices for the application of sticky detergent in the toilet bowl are for example from the DE 10 2012 109 397 A1 , of the EP 2 520 727 A2 or the EP 2 473 421 B1 known.
- the DE 78 18 795 U1 discloses a toilet bowl, on the inner wall of which a magnetic holder is glued. A magnet that carries a deodorant stone sticks to the magnet holder.
- the cleaning agents are provided with a pattern or a figure or are designed in multiple colors, as shown, for example, in the Community designs 748975.
- Such rim blocks are often offered in transparent toilet baskets to present the visually appealing rim block.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a set for the maintenance cleaning of a toilet, which enables the consumer a hygienic and simple refilling, which is visually appealing, easy to manufacture and environmentally friendly and prevents the detergent from becoming dirty.
- the set comprises at least one bar-shaped cleaning agent, a device for receiving at least one bar-shaped cleaning agent, an adhesive and an applicator for introducing a bar-shaped cleaning agent into the device.
- the device which can be attached to the edge of a toilet bowl, comprises at least one bowl for receiving at least one piece-shaped cleaning agent. Each bowl has only one opening, which, when fastened to the edge of the toilet bowl, points towards the interior of the toilet bowl.
- the cleaning agent is introduced into the bowl with the applicator, so that the consumer does not come into direct contact with the toilet bowl or the bowl.
- the cleaning agent is attached to the bowl with the adhesive, so that the opening and closing required for the toilet basket with the manual operation required for it can be dispensed with.
- the only opening of the bowl with the cleaning agent fastened in it points towards the inside of the toilet bowl, otherwise the bowl is closed, that is to say by the closed bottom of the bowl, which is in the direction of the Edges of the toilet bowl and through the also closed bowl wall, which in the bowl also points up and down, no water can penetrate or drain.
- the opening of the shell is thus oriented essentially vertically. Because the water flows down the vertically aligned surface of the detergent, the detergent in the bowl is gradually rinsed off. After the shell is otherwise closed, none can Water penetrate into the bottom of the bowl and do not spill the product.
- the side of the receiving device on which the bowl is open and points towards the inside of the toilet bowl is the visible side, so that the cleaning agent in the bowl can be presented in a clearly visible and appealing manner.
- the cleaning agent fastened in the bowl does not fall out of the bowl even if the bowl has an opening that extends vertically in the suspended state, not even when rinsing.
- the cleaning agent is glued to the inside of the tray bottom with its side pointing in the direction of the tray base.
- a roof element is arranged above the shell, which serves to protect the opening of the shell from the water surge.
- the roof element located above the bowl after hanging in the toilet bowl protrudes slightly towards the inside of the bowl from the inward-facing edge of the bowl wall, so that it covers the edge of the bowl wall and thus the opening of the bowl with the detergent to prevent swirling and shields turbulent flows of the rinsing water falling from above.
- a guide element is preferably provided below the roof element and protrudes from the edge of the roof element in the direction of the bowl edge, so that the water flowing down from the roof element in the direction of the toilet bowl edge at least partially hits the guide element.
- the guiding element serves to ensure that the water runs essentially laminar along the surface of the cleaning agent. The dissolving process should take place in that the water runs essentially laminarly along a certain distance along the surface of the cleaning agent and not in that the water in a turbulent flow also mechanically dissolves a part by hitting the surface of an agent.
- the cleaning agent in the bowl has surfactants, the water flowing along the surface of the agent is spread and thus essentially wets the entire surface of the cleaning agent.
- the device can have a plurality of shells which are arranged next to one another and can be rigidly connected to one another, for example by means of webs.
- the device can comprise two, three, four, five or more or even just a single shell.
- All shells can have a common roof element and / or a common guide element or else separate roof elements and / or guide elements that extend above the shells.
- the shell can be shaped differently, for example cylindrical, rectangular, with a flat or a rounded bottom.
- the shell walls can run perpendicular to the bottom of the shell or at an obtuse angle.
- Other, in particular asymmetrical shapes are also possible, as long as it is ensured that the rinsing water flows over the surface of the cleaning agent in the bowl.
- the shell is preferably pot-shaped, i.e. in the form of a round cylinder with a flat bottom.
- the shape of the lump detergent follows the shape of the bowl, i.e. the outer shape of the cleaning agent corresponds to the inner shape of the bowl, the inner diameter of the bowl should preferably be about 0.4 mm to 4.0 mm larger than the outer diameter of the cleaning agent, so that a gap between the wall of the bowl and the cleaning agent from 0.2 mm to 2 mm, preferably from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm and particularly preferably from 1 mm.
- Such an embodiment is advantageous because after the initial rinsing, the cleaning agent swells up due to the moisture and is pressed against the edge of the bowl. This closes the gap between the edge of the bowl and the cleaning agent and seals the bowl. This means that almost no rinse water can reach the bottom of the bowl reach and dissolve or rinse off the adhesive there. This also prevents sumping, and the detergent is also attached to the bowl by pressing.
- the adhesive is protected against external influences. This helps to ensure that the stickiness of the adhesive remains over several fillings when a suitable adhesive is selected.
- adhesive means any agent which is suitable for permanently adhering the detergent to the shell.
- the viscosity of the adhesive should be at least 15 Pas, measured with a Haake viscometer, plate / plate system, plate diameter 10 mm, with a shear rate of 2.62 s -1 and 20 ° C.
- An adhesion promoter can be used as an adhesive as long as it has the required viscosity.
- an adhesion promoter is too thin, it can be thickened with a filler.
- the adhesive is hydrophobic.
- the adhesive may comprise a hydrophobic coupling agent selected from the group of the hydrogenated polystyrene derivatives, the olefin homopolymers and the copolymers of two or more olefins, it being possible for the olefin homopolymers and copolymers to also be partially hydrogenated.
- the adhesion promoter is generally thickened with filler (s), the fillers preferably being hydrophobic fillers, in particular alkylated or silylated fillers.
- filler preferably being hydrophobic fillers, in particular alkylated or silylated fillers.
- hydrophilic substances for example surfactants (powder surfactants), can also be used as fillers, as in US Pat EP 2 275 524 B1 , the content of which is hereby incorporated into this application. These agents are so sticky that they can be used to fasten piece-like agents in the toilet bowl.
- Hydrophobic adhesives retain their adhesiveness over several Fillings and can hardly be rinsed off. They can thus be glued into the bottom of the shell. The cleaning agents can then be glued to the adhesive in the shell. If the cleaning agent is used up, which is generally the case after 150 to 250 rinses, a new cleaning agent can be glued to the same adhesive.
- the adhesive is preferably applied in the factory to the inner bottom of the shell. The consumer can then stick a piece of detergent onto it if necessary.
- the adhesive can also be added to the set in a tube, for example, in order to apply it yourself and only apply it to the inner bottom of the bowl when required.
- hydrophobic adhesive When using the hydrophobic adhesive, it is generally possible to adhere at least two, preferably four, piece-shaped cleaning agents in succession to the same adhesive without having to replace the adhesive.
- the adhesive is colored. As soon as the detergent has been used up and a new detergent tablet can be inserted into the bowl, the color of the adhesive indicates to the consumer that a new detergent has to be glued on.
- the adhesive can also be rather hydrophilic and, for example, an adhesion promoter from the group of the polyalkylene derivatives which comprise polyalkylene chains with randomly distributed functional groups, or from the group of the copolymers from the group of the monoalkyl esters of poly / methyl vinyl ethers / carboxylic acid anhydrides, the olefin homopolymers and the copolymers of two or more olefins which are partially oxidized or further functionalized via graft molecules or from the group of polyalkyleneimines, also in alkoxylated form, of polyetheramines (alkoxylated amines) or of polyglycerol polyetheralkyl carboxylic acids.
- adhesion promoters can also be thickened with hydrophobic or hydrophilic fillers, in particular with Powder surfactants.
- Such adhesives are in the EP 2 250 245 B1 described, the content of which is hereby incorporated into this application.
- hydrophilic adhesive it is preferred not to apply it to the bottom of the shell, but to each detergent tablet, namely on the side pointing in the direction of the bottom of the shell, so that it can be glued to the bottom. Since the adhesive in this variant is at least partially hydrophilic, after the detergent tablet has been rinsed off, it is also detached from the bottom of the shell by the rinsing water. When refilling, a new detergent coated with adhesive must be glued into the bowl.
- cleaning agents that are self-adhesive can also be used. These do not require an additional adhesive, since they already contain the bonding agent and are therefore both cleaning agents and adhesives.
- the bar-shaped cleaning agent can contain fragrances, surfactants, acids, bases, antimicrobial agents, preservatives, complexing agents, polymers, dyes, builders, bleaches, corrosion inhibitors, rinse regulators and / or enzymes in a known manner; it can be extruded or melted.
- the applicator has a handle and a holding element which engages or engages around the cleaning agent at at least two points, the applicator should be detachable from the cleaning agent.
- the applicator is designed in the form of tweezers with a handle and two detachable gripper elements.
- the applicator consists of a hollow cylinder which contains at least one piece-shaped detergent tablet and the outside of which is the handle on which the consumer can grip the applicator.
- a plunger which can be moved in the hollow cylinder is actuated and pushes a single detergent tablet out of the hollow cylinder to the front when the outlet opening of the hollow cylinder is open.
- the cleaning agent can then, for example, against the The bottom of the tray is pressed with adhesive and thereby glued on.
- the edge of the bowl serves as a guide for the cleaning agent so that the consumer can stick it to the adhesive in the bowl.
- the consumer does not need to open the device, nor does it have to be removed from the toilet bowl.
- the device can thus be refilled hygienically several times.
- an applicator in the form of a hollow cylinder which at the same time enables adhesive to be applied to one side of the cleaning agent.
- Such applicators are in the DE 10 2012 109 397 A1 described, the content of which is hereby incorporated into this application.
- the device according to the invention is not only easy to produce by injection molding and of simple construction, but also enables the agent fastened in the shell to be easily rinsed off. In addition, it has a modern design and allows the view of an attractive colored, transparent, possibly "pop" means.
- the device according to the invention is preferably made of thermoplastically deformable materials which can be produced using thermal shaping processes, for example in the injection molding process. These include synthetic plastics such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyacrylate, etc., but also lignin-containing systems or other materials that can be made from biomaterials. If necessary, water-soluble materials such as PVA or modifications thereof can also be used. Small series can of course also be produced using known processes such as laser sintering or 3D printing.
- the devices are preferably white and particularly preferably transparent.
- All components of the set can be packed together in a clear packaging. It is of course possible for individual components to be fitted into one another, for example Detergents are already in the bowl or have already been gripped by the applicator. Detergents already provided with adhesive can also be stored in the applicator.
- the device 11 comprises four shells 12 which are used for Serve receiving a cleaning agent 13 and a bracket 14, which is used in a known manner for attachment to the edge of a toilet.
- the device 11 is shown without cleaning agent 13.
- the bracket 14 is in the Figures 1 to 6 shown in the basic position and after processing is able to enclose the rim of the toilet bowl on the outer circumference and to fix the device 11 securely within the toilet bowl.
- the bracket 14 is directly or indirectly rigidly connected to at least one shell 12.
- the bracket 14 can also be attached, for example, via the roof element 40.
- the shells 12, which in Figure 7 and 8th are shown enlarged, are cylindrical and have a pot shape, the flat shell bottom 22 and the shell walls 23 form a closed body, on the bottom 22 and on the walls 23 there are no inlet and outlet openings for the rinsing water.
- the shell wall 23 ends in the direction of the interior 29 of the toilet bowl in a flat edge 26 which delimits an opening 24 into which the cleaning agent 13 is / can be filled.
- the shell 12 preferably has a diameter between 0.5 cm and 5 cm, particularly preferably between 2 cm and 4 cm and a height between 0.5 cm and 3 cm and preferably between 0.8 cm and 2.5 cm.
- the bowls 12 are rotationally symmetrical, the axis of rotation (cylinder axis) 30 of the bowls 12 extends when the device 11 with the bracket 14 is hung on the edge of a toilet bowl in a horizontal direction in the direction of the interior 29 of the toilet bowl and the opening 24 the shells 12 are perpendicular to the horizontal direction, ie the openings 24 of the shells 12 are aligned vertically.
- the bottoms 22 of all four shells 12 lie in this embodiment in a vertical surface, the edges 26 of the four shells 12 lie on a coplanar vertical surface.
- the walls 23 of the four shells 12 can touch, be connected to one another or else be spaced from each other.
- a horizontal web 34 runs between the shells 12, which connects the edges 26 of two adjacent shells 12. All four shells 12 are connected to one another via the webs 34.
- the widths of the webs 34 can be, for example, between 0.5 cm and 1.5 cm.
- the shells 12 are shown partially filled.
- the adhesive 15 is applied to the bottom 22 of the left shell 12 '.
- the amount and thickness of the adhesive 15 applied depends on the required adhesive effect.
- the second shell 12 "from the left now shows the cleaning agent 13, which is attached to the underlying and invisible adhesive 15 in the shell 12.
- the cleaning agent 13 essentially follows the shape of the bowl 12, but is somewhat smaller than the bowl 12, a gap 16 is formed between the bowl wall 23 and the cleaning agent 13, but this generally occurs when the cleaning agent 13 is rinsed with rinsing water by the swelling of the agent 13 is closed.
- the cleaning agent 13 is introduced into the shell 12, for example, using an applicator 60, which is described in detail below.
- the applicator comprises a handle and a holding element that can grip or grip the cleaning agent 13 at at least two points.
- the cleaning agent 13 is pressed with its side opposite the visible side onto the adhesive 15, which is located on the tray bottom 22, and the connection between the applicator 60 and the cleaning agent 13 is released.
- each bowl 12 there is a roof element 40 which projects in the direction of the interior 29 of the toilet bowl from the edge 26 of the bowl 12 by a distance 27 (cf. Figure 6 to 8 ).
- the part of the roof element 40 protruding from the edge 26 of the shell 12 forms the protrusion 27.
- the protrusion 27 of the roof element 40 becomes part of the rinsing water which strikes the roof element 40 from above (arrow A in Figure 8 ) Directed according to arrow B1 in the direction of the interior 29 of the toilet bowl and falls from the overhang 27 of the roof element 40 according to arrow B2 in the distance 27 to the opening of the shell 12 downwards.
- the surface of the cleaning agent 13 is not wetted by this water flow B2.
- the roof element 40 extends in the direction of the edge of the toilet bowl approximately to the level of the bowl bottom 22, so that the flushing water would actually run down from the roof element 40 in accordance with arrow C past the bowl bottom 22.
- the water flowing down on the back of the roof element 40 in accordance with arrow C is, however, at least partially collected by means of a guide element 45 which extends in the direction of the interior 29 of the toilet bowl and a part of the water flow in accordance with arrow D on the upward-facing side 44 of the bowl wall 23 directs.
- the water then flows downward like the curtain of water according to arrow E past the bowl opening 24.
- the guide elements 45 preferably point obliquely on both sides webs 46 above (cf. Fig. 2 , 4, 5 ), via which the walls 23 of the shells 12 or the guide elements 45 are connected to the roof element 40. These webs 46 also channel the water flow in the direction of the surface of the cleaning agent 13 according to arrow D in Figure 8 and prevent lateral drainage.
- the bracket 14 is preferably on both sides with the two middle roof elements 40 and the webs 46 extending below the roof elements 40 (cf. Figure 1 ) connected.
- FIG. 7 shown section along the line HH in Figure 1 shows that the roof element 40 is separated from the top 44 of the shell wall 23 by a slot 48 through which the flow of water according to arrow D in Figure 8 he follows.
- the size of the slots 48 affects the flow of water.
- the roof element 40 also has an aperture 42.
- the aperture 42 serves as an impact surface for the water flowing in the direction of arrow D and directs the water flow downwards.
- the diaphragm 42 does not have to be continuous and uniform, it can, for example, also be configured to be “sinusoidal” (that is to say per shell) or comb-like or different in the case of four shells 12, for example to rinse out the volume of the shells 12 more or less, depending according to how the shape of the bowl 12 is and its degree of filling, or to adapt the water flow to the mass to be rinsed, for example.
- a "division" of the water curtain can be achieved or a greater deflection inwards or outwards (angle 90 ° plus / minus 20 °).
- these features can also be combined.
- the shells 12 may also not be rotationally symmetrical, for example cuboid.
- the shells 12 can be arranged offset, some shells 12 can also be offset backwards or forwards, so that the shells 12 are not all in a vertical surface.
- the shells 12 need not all be the same, for example the device 11 can be a small shell 12 and then a large shell 12, then again comprise a small bowl 12 or a variation of the filling volume over the (also different) depth of the bowls 12.
- the bowls 12 can also have a different inclination to the main axis, that is to say they can be tilted differently with respect to the inside of the toilet 29, also also a height offset or have an offset forwards or backwards with respect to an imaginary main plane.
- the adjustment can be made by changing the aperture 42 on the roof element 40.
- the bottom surfaces 22 of the shells 12 are not flat, but are shaped in order to thereby design figures or lettering or the like.
- the webs 50 can terminate with the bowl edge 26 or protrude somewhat in the direction of the interior 29 of the toilet bowl (cf. 9 and 10 ), so that the projecting web 50, in particular if it runs horizontally, "collects” the water running down again. This can then run down through openings 51 provided in the projecting web 50 on the means 13b located below the web 50 in the lower half-space.
- a further shell 12 can also be provided in a shell 12, so that in a shell 12, for example, a means 13 in the form of a colored circle (corresponding to the inner shell 12) is surrounded by a differently colored ring (the outer shell 12).
- the shells 12 can also be completely emptied at different times.
- the preferred embodiment of the applicator 60 shown has a hollow cylinder 62 which contains a plurality of piece-shaped cleaning agents 13 and surrounds them.
- a stamp 61 is provided in the hollow cylinder 62 on the side opposite the dispensing opening 64 and is used to transport the piece-shaped cleaning agents 13 in the direction of the dispensing opening 64.
- the punch 61 is pushed in the cylinder 62 in the direction (Z direction) of the discharge opening 64 of the cylinder 62.
- the applicator 60 can be gripped on the outer surface of the hollow cylinder 62 and actuated on the stamp 61, so that the outer surface and the stamp 61 serve as a handle.
- two fingers 63 are provided on the dispensing opening 64 in order to partially close the dispensing opening 64 and to release a single cleaning agent 13 only when the stamp 61 is actuated.
- FIG. 12 A modification of the applicator 60 Figure 11 with a feed opening 66 for adhesive 15 is in Figure 12 shown.
- the applicator 60 has one or more channels 67 for feeding and one or more openings 66 for dispensing the adhesive 15 onto the cleaning agent 13. If the punch 61 is now actuated, the piece-shaped cleaning agents 13 are pushed in the direction of the dispensing opening 64 and the foremost cleaning agent 13 is provided with adhesive 15.

Although the toilet bowls are environmentally friendly and refillable, refilling is perceived by the consumer as extremely unsanitary, since the consumer has to reach into the toilet bowl to remove the toilet bowl. Afterwards, the possibly dirty toilet basket has to be added in many cases opened by hand to fill it with the new detergent.

The problem with conventional toilet baskets is that water and detergent that has already dissolved cannot completely drain out of the toilet basket and collects at the bottom of the basket. This means that the bar-shaped cleaning agent does not fall dry again after each rinsing process, but instead has its lower end in the liquid and sinks.
In recent years there has been a trend to design visually appealing cleaning agents. For example, for a more appealing design, the cleaning agents are provided with a pattern or a figure or are designed in multiple colors, as shown, for example, in the Community designs 748975. Such rim blocks are often offered in transparent toilet baskets to present the visually appealing rim block.
The object of the present invention is to provide a set for the maintenance cleaning of a toilet, which enables the consumer a hygienic and simple refilling, which is visually appealing, easy to manufacture and environmentally friendly and prevents the detergent from becoming dirty.
This problem is solved by a set for toilet maintenance cleaning with the features of claim 1. The set comprises at least one bar-shaped cleaning agent, a device for receiving at least one bar-shaped cleaning agent, an adhesive and an applicator for introducing a bar-shaped cleaning agent into the device. The device, which can be attached to the edge of a toilet bowl, comprises at least one bowl for receiving at least one piece-shaped cleaning agent. Each bowl has only one opening, which, when fastened to the edge of the toilet bowl, points towards the interior of the toilet bowl.
In the case of the set according to the invention, the cleaning agent is introduced into the bowl with the applicator, so that the consumer does not come into direct contact with the toilet bowl or the bowl.
The cleaning agent is attached to the bowl with the adhesive, so that the opening and closing required for the toilet basket with the manual operation required for it can be dispensed with.
If the device is attached to the edge of the toilet bowl with a bracket, the only opening of the bowl with the cleaning agent fastened in it points towards the inside of the toilet bowl, otherwise the bowl is closed, that is to say by the closed bottom of the bowl, which is in the direction of the Edges of the toilet bowl and through the also closed bowl wall, which in the bowl also points up and down, no water can penetrate or drain. The opening of the shell is thus oriented essentially vertically. Because the water flows down the vertically aligned surface of the detergent, the detergent in the bowl is gradually rinsed off. After the shell is otherwise closed, none can Water penetrate into the bottom of the bowl and do not spill the product.
The side of the receiving device on which the bowl is open and points towards the inside of the toilet bowl is the visible side, so that the cleaning agent in the bowl can be presented in a clearly visible and appealing manner.
It is essential that the cleaning agent fastened in the bowl does not fall out of the bowl even if the bowl has an opening that extends vertically in the suspended state, not even when rinsing. For this purpose, the cleaning agent is glued to the inside of the tray bottom with its side pointing in the direction of the tray base.
In a preferred variant, a roof element is arranged above the shell, which serves to protect the opening of the shell from the water surge.
The roof element located above the bowl after hanging in the toilet bowl protrudes slightly towards the inside of the bowl from the inward-facing edge of the bowl wall, so that it covers the edge of the bowl wall and thus the opening of the bowl with the detergent to prevent swirling and shields turbulent flows of the rinsing water falling from above.
A guide element is preferably provided below the roof element and protrudes from the edge of the roof element in the direction of the bowl edge, so that the water flowing down from the roof element in the direction of the toilet bowl edge at least partially hits the guide element. The guiding element serves to ensure that the water runs essentially laminar along the surface of the cleaning agent. The dissolving process should take place in that the water runs essentially laminarly along a certain distance along the surface of the cleaning agent and not in that the water in a turbulent flow also mechanically dissolves a part by hitting the surface of an agent.
Due to the fact that the cleaning agent in the bowl has surfactants, the water flowing along the surface of the agent is spread and thus essentially wets the entire surface of the cleaning agent.
The device can have a plurality of shells which are arranged next to one another and can be rigidly connected to one another, for example by means of webs. Of course, the device can comprise two, three, four, five or more or even just a single shell.
All shells can have a common roof element and / or a common guide element or else separate roof elements and / or guide elements that extend above the shells.
The shell can be shaped differently, for example cylindrical, rectangular, with a flat or a rounded bottom. The shell walls can run perpendicular to the bottom of the shell or at an obtuse angle. Other, in particular asymmetrical shapes are also possible, as long as it is ensured that the rinsing water flows over the surface of the cleaning agent in the bowl. The shell is preferably pot-shaped, i.e. in the form of a round cylinder with a flat bottom.
Preferably the shape of the lump detergent follows the shape of the bowl, i.e. the outer shape of the cleaning agent corresponds to the inner shape of the bowl, the inner diameter of the bowl should preferably be about 0.4 mm to 4.0 mm larger than the outer diameter of the cleaning agent, so that a gap between the wall of the bowl and the cleaning agent from 0.2 mm to 2 mm, preferably from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm and particularly preferably from 1 mm.
Such an embodiment is advantageous because after the initial rinsing, the cleaning agent swells up due to the moisture and is pressed against the edge of the bowl.
Thus, as long as the gap between the shell wall and the agent is closed, the adhesive is protected against external influences. This helps to ensure that the stickiness of the adhesive remains over several fillings when a suitable adhesive is selected.
In the context of the present invention, adhesive means any agent which is suitable for permanently adhering the detergent to the shell. The viscosity of the adhesive should be at least 15 Pas, measured with a Haake viscometer, plate / plate system, plate diameter 10 mm, with a shear rate of 2.62 s -1 and 20 ° C.
An adhesion promoter can be used as an adhesive as long as it has the required viscosity.
If an adhesion promoter is too thin, it can be thickened with a filler.
In a preferred variant, the adhesive is hydrophobic. For example, the adhesive may comprise a hydrophobic coupling agent selected from the group of the hydrogenated polystyrene derivatives, the olefin homopolymers and the copolymers of two or more olefins, it being possible for the olefin homopolymers and copolymers to also be partially hydrogenated.
Hydrophobic adhesives retain their adhesiveness over several Fillings and can hardly be rinsed off. They can thus be glued into the bottom of the shell. The cleaning agents can then be glued to the adhesive in the shell. If the cleaning agent is used up, which is generally the case after 150 to 250 rinses, a new cleaning agent can be glued to the same adhesive.
In this variant, the adhesive is preferably applied in the factory to the inner bottom of the shell. The consumer can then stick a piece of detergent onto it if necessary.
Of course, the adhesive can also be added to the set in a tube, for example, in order to apply it yourself and only apply it to the inner bottom of the bowl when required.
When using the hydrophobic adhesive, it is generally possible to adhere at least two, preferably four, piece-shaped cleaning agents in succession to the same adhesive without having to replace the adhesive.
In one variant, the adhesive is colored. As soon as the detergent has been used up and a new detergent tablet can be inserted into the bowl, the color of the adhesive indicates to the consumer that a new detergent has to be glued on.
In the case of the hydrophilic adhesive, it is preferred not to apply it to the bottom of the shell, but to each detergent tablet, namely on the side pointing in the direction of the bottom of the shell, so that it can be glued to the bottom. Since the adhesive in this variant is at least partially hydrophilic, after the detergent tablet has been rinsed off, it is also detached from the bottom of the shell by the rinsing water. When refilling, a new detergent coated with adhesive must be glued into the bowl.
Alternatively, cleaning agents that are self-adhesive can also be used. These do not require an additional adhesive, since they already contain the bonding agent and are therefore both cleaning agents and adhesives.
The bar-shaped cleaning agent can contain fragrances, surfactants, acids, bases, antimicrobial agents, preservatives, complexing agents, polymers, dyes, builders, bleaches, corrosion inhibitors, rinse regulators and / or enzymes in a known manner; it can be extruded or melted.
The applicator has a handle and a holding element which engages or engages around the cleaning agent at at least two points, the applicator should be detachable from the cleaning agent. In the simplest case, the applicator is designed in the form of tweezers with a handle and two detachable gripper elements.
In a preferred variant, the applicator consists of a hollow cylinder which contains at least one piece-shaped detergent tablet and the outside of which is the handle on which the consumer can grip the applicator. To fill the bowl, a plunger which can be moved in the hollow cylinder is actuated and pushes a single detergent tablet out of the hollow cylinder to the front when the outlet opening of the hollow cylinder is open. The cleaning agent can then, for example, against the The bottom of the tray is pressed with adhesive and thereby glued on.
The edge of the bowl serves as a guide for the cleaning agent so that the consumer can stick it to the adhesive in the bowl.
The consumer does not need to open the device, nor does it have to be removed from the toilet bowl. The device can thus be refilled hygienically several times.
"poppiges" Mittel. The device according to the invention is not only easy to produce by injection molding and of simple construction, but also enables the agent fastened in the shell to be easily rinsed off. In addition, it has a modern design and allows the view of an attractive colored, transparent, possibly "pop" means.
The device according to the invention is preferably made of thermoplastically deformable materials which can be produced using thermal shaping processes, for example in the injection molding process. The devices are preferably white and particularly preferably transparent.
All components of the set can be packed together in a clear packaging. It is of course possible for individual components to be fitted into one another, for example Detergents are already in the bowl or have already been gripped by the applicator. Detergents already provided with adhesive can also be stored in the applicator.

In
The
The
In this illustrated embodiment, the
Since the
The
The
Some of the water that has hit the
Characterized in that a part of the water, which is turbulent from above on the

The
In addition to the embodiment described above, however, the
In a further variant, the bottom surfaces 22 of the
Depending on the cleaning agent (s) 13 used in the

The
In order to prevent the
