Definitions
- the present invention relates to the technical field of lighting device, more specifically, to a modular combined lamp.
- the lighting product assembled is mainly based on a design of a constant current power supply. If there are a large number of connected lamps, since a large voltage drop is generated, a problem that the lamp close to the power supply is bright but the lamp away from the power supply is dim will be caused.
- a modular combined lamp utilizes modular design, has a structure that is rotatable, and has good flexibility.
- the modular combined lamp can be applied to different actual application places, meets various requirements of the actual application places, and uses a design of a constant voltage power supply to ensure that a voltage of each module is constant, avoiding a problem of uneven illuminating brightness of the lamp.
- the modular combined lamp can be applied to office lighting, store supermarket lighting, hotel lighting, and etc., and has a high applicability.
- a modular combined lamp comprising a base, a light source and a power supply, the modular combined lamp further comprises at least one lighting module; each lighting module comprises a main body and the light source, a head connecting portion and a tail connecting portion being provided at both ends of the main body, respectively; the base is provided with a first connecting surface and the head connecting portion is provided with a second connecting surface, the first connecting surface and the second connecting surface being detachably electrically connected in a complementary manner; and the tail connecting portion is provided with a third connecting surface, the third connecting surface being configured to correspond to the first connecting surface and be complementary to the second connecting surface.
- the foregoing “complementary” refers to a male-female fit, a snap fit, an electrical connection fit, etc.
- the first connecting surface is complementary to the second connecting surface and the third connecting surface is complementary to the second connecting surface, such that the first connecting surface is detachably electrically connected with the second connecting surface of one lighting module in a complementary manner, the third connecting surface of the one lighting module is detachably electrically connected with a second connecting surface of another lighting module in a complementary manner, and so on.
- the lighting module when the modular combined lamp is completed in assembly and energized, a current successively flows through the base, the head connecting portion of the lighting module, the light source, and the tail connecting portion (and a head connecting portion, a light source, a tail connecting portion of a next lighting module).
- the lighting module When the first connecting surface of the base and the second connecting surface of the lighting module are in a disassembled state, the lighting module is not energized, and therefore does not emit light; when the first connecting surface of the base and the second connecting surface of the lighting module are in an electrically connected state, the lighting module is energized and emits light.
- the another lighting module When the third connecting surface of one lighting module, the second connecting surface of which is in the electrically connected state with the first connecting surface, is in the disassembled state with the second connecting surface of the another lighting module, the another lighting module is not energized, and therefore does not emit light; when the third connecting surface of the one lighting module is in the electrically connected state with the second connecting surface of the another lighting module, the another lighting module is energized and emits light. In other words, as long as the previous lighting module is energized and emits light, the another lighting module combined with previous lighting module by electrically connecting the third connecting surface and the second connecting surface is also energized and emits light.
- the number of the lighting modules can be increased or decreased according to an actual situation, thereby lengthening or shortening a length of the modular combined lamp, and the connection order of the lighting modules can be arbitrarily adjusted according to needs of an actual application, so that the modular combined lamp can meat various requirements of different actual application places.
- the power supply is a constant voltage power supply
- the constant voltage power supply is electrically connected with the base.
- the constant voltage power supply is also called a voltage-stabilized power supply, which requires a fixed output voltage value that does not change with external working conditions such as load and input voltage.
- the voltage output by the power supply is constant, and the power supply voltage does not change when the current flowing through the load changes.
- the voltage output by the constant voltage power supply does not change with the number of the lighting modules.
- the use of the constant voltage power supply avoids a voltage drop, thereby avoiding a problem that the lighting module close to the power supply is bright but the lighting module away from the power supply is dim.
- the first connecting surface and the third connecting surface are each provided with an annular sheet metal
- the second connecting surface is provided with a metal pin; when the first connecting surface is engaged with the second connecting surface, the metal pin and the annular sheet metal are located opposite each other and contact with each other.
- the metal pin of the second connecting surface moves along the annual sheet metal of the first connecting surface and remains in contact with the annular sheet metal.
- each of the lighting modules can also be rotated and adjusted at will, which is convenient to use and has a good flexibility, so it can be applied to different places according to an actual situation to meet different usage requirements.
- the metal pin is telescopic.
- the telescopic metal pin is configured to allow tolerance in shape structures between the base and the lighting module, and among the lighting modules. If the metal pin is not telescopic, when the first connecting surface of the base is engaged with the second connecting surface of the lighting module and the third connecting surface of one lighting module is engaged with the second connecting surface of another lighting module, a length of the metal pin protruding from the second connecting surface must be the same as a distance between the first connecting surface of the base and the second connecting surface of the lighting module, and a distance between the third connecting surface of the one lighting module and the second connecting surface of the another lighting module.
- the first connecting surface of the base can be perfectly connected with the second connecting surface of the lighting module
- the third connecting surface of the one lighting module can be perfectly connected with the second connecting surface of the another lighting module to make the lighting module emit light. If the length is greater than the distance, the metal pin is in contact with the annular sheet metal such that the engagement between the first connecting surface of the base and the second connecting surface of the lighting module, and the engagement between the third connecting surface of the one lighting module and the second connecting surface of the another lighting module is poor; if the length is less than the distance, the metal pin cannot be in contact with the annular sheet metal, making the lighting module unable to emit light.
- the metal pin is telescopic
- the first connecting surface of the base when the first connecting surface of the base is engaged with the second connecting surface of the lighting module and the third connecting surface of one lighting module is engaged with the second connecting surface of another lighting module, there may be a certain distance between the first connecting surface of the base and the second connecting surface of the lighting module, and between the third connecting surface of the one lighting module and the second connecting surface of the another lighting module.
- the lighting module can emit light. Thereby, requirement for the precision of manufacturing can be lowered, the manufacturing cost can be saved, and also a situation that the lighting module cannot emit light due to poor contact between the metal pin and the ordinary sheet metal can be avoided.
- the first connecting surface and the third connecting surface are each provided with two annular sheet metals
- the second connecting surface is provided with two metal pins.
- the two metal pins refer to positive and negative electrodes, respectively.
- the annular sheet metal and the metal pin may have a one-to-one correspondence, when the first connecting surface of the base is engaged with the second connecting surface of the lighting module and rotated with respect to each other, or when the third connecting surface of one lighting module is engaged with the second connecting surface of another lighting module and rotated with respect to each other, the metal pins may each move along a corresponding annular sheet metal.
- at least two metal pins can also move along the same annular sheet metal.
- the second connecting surface may be provided with three or four metal pins.
- Three metal pins refer to be segmentally controlled, positive pole, negative pole + negative pole; and four metal pins refer to positive pole + negative pole and two signal lines, which can thus be controlled by a computer or a mobile app.
- the first connecting surface and the third connecting surface are each provided with a convex column
- the second connecting surface is provided with a concave recess matching with the convex column.
- the modular combined lamp energizes and emits light
- this arrangement is more conducive to the rotation and adjustment of each of the lighting modules and keeps the lighting module emitting light. It is easy to use and has a good flexibility, so it can be applied to different places according to an actual situation, to meet different usage requirements.
- the convex column and the concave recess may also be replaced by a snap structure or the like, and those skilled in the art may set according to actual situation.
- the base and the head connecting portion of the lighting module may also be fixed by a screw.
- the tail connecting portion of the one lighting module and the head connecting portion of the next lighting module may also be fixed by a screw.
- the second connecting surface and the third connecting surface are located on a same horizontal plane, the head connecting portion and the tail connecting portion being disposed on both sides of the horizontal plane respectively, the second connecting surface defining a tail connecting region in a direction opposite to the head connecting portion, the third connecting surface defining a head connecting region in a direction opposite to the tail connecting portion, the tail connecting region matching with the tail connecting portion, and the head connecting region matching with the head connecting portion.
- the modular combined lamp can be arbitrarily assembled by a plurality of lighting modules according to requirements, and a formed chain structure can be extended to a required length according to actual needs, so the modular combined lamp can be applied to different places according to an actual situation to meet various requirements.
- At least two first connecting surfaces are dispersedly formed on the base.
- the two first connecting surfaces when two first connecting surfaces are dispersedly formed on the base, the two first connecting surfaces may be engaged with the second connecting surface of the lighting module respectively, and thereby the lighting modules of the modular combined lamp may extend in two directions;
- the three first connecting surfaces when three first connecting surfaces are dispersedly formed on the base, the three first connecting surfaces may be engaged with the second connecting surface of the lighting module respectively, and thereby the lighting modules of the modular combined lamp may extend in three directions;
- the four first connecting surfaces when four first connecting surfaces are dispersedly formed on the base, the four first connecting surfaces may be engaged with the second connecting surface of the lighting module respectively, and thereby the lighting modules of the modular combined lamp may extend in four directions, and so on.
- the lighting modules of the modular combined lamp can be extended in multiple directions, and the modular combined lamp assembled has a more diverse overall structure, which greatly improves the applicability of the modular combined lamp, and can be suitable for different actual application places.
- the first connecting surface of the base is not limited to being detachably electrically connected with and engaged with a single second connecting surface of the lighting module, or two, three or four second connecting surfaces of the lighting modules, the first connecting surface of the base can also be detachably electrically connected with and engaged with any number of the second connecting surface of the lighting module according to an actual situation, which cannot and need not be exhaustive herein.
- the lighting module is selected from one or more of a grille light, a honeycomb light, a flat light, a spotlight, and a downlight.
- a grille light a honeycomb light

- other various types of lights can be manufactured as the lighting module of the present invention.
- the lighting module can also be selected from other types of lights according to actual requirements, which cannot and need not to be exhaustive herein.
- the modular combined lamp further comprises a terminal module, the terminal module being provided with a fourth connecting surface, the fourth connecting surface being configured to correspond to the second connecting surface and be complementary to the first connecting surface or the third connecting surface. Since the last lighting module will have an excessive tail connecting portion, for the sake of aesthetics, the fourth connecting surface of the terminal module can be used to engage with the third connecting surface of the last lighting module, so that the terminal module occupies the head connecting region of the last lighting module. With such arrangement, the modular combined lamp assembled will not have the excessive tail connecting portion to affect the aesthetics.

- those skilled in the art can also use other regulating mechanisms to connect the light source and the main body, so that application places of the modular combined lamp are more diverse, and the illuminating position of the light source can be adjusted immediately according to actual requirements to meet various needs of the application places.
- the main body is set to have a concave shape toward its middle portion, so that when the tail connecting portion of one lighting module matches with and is rotated with respect to the head connecting portion of a next lighting module, a rotation angle of the head connecting portion of the next lighting module is limited, and thus an rotating angle of the lighting module is limited, which protects the lighting modules from collisions with each other, thereby increasing a service life of the modular combined lamp.
- the present invention has following beneficial effects: through the modular combined design, the base of the present invention is engaged with the lighting module, the lighting module is engaged with another lighting module, and so on, so that the number of lighting modules can be increased or decreased according to an actual situation, thereby lengthening or shortening a length of the modular combined lamp, and the connection order of the lighting modules can be arbitrarily adjusted according to needs of an actual application; the use of a constant voltage power supply avoids a voltage drop, thereby avoiding a problem that the lighting module close to the power supply is bright but the lighting module away from the power supply is dim; in the process that the modular combined lamp energizes and emits light, each of the lighting modules can also be rotated and adjusted at will, which is convenient to use and has a good flexibility; the design of the telescopic metal pin lowers the requirement for the precision of manufacturing, saves the manufacturing cost at the same time, and also can avoid a situation that the lighting module cannot emit light due to poor contact between the metal pin and the ordinary sheet metal; the tail
