Claims (8)
- Outil de coupe circulaire (100) comprenant :un ensemble de connexion (10) comprenant une première extension (11) et une première tête de fixation (12) se connectant à une extrémité de la première extension (11), et la première tête de fixation (12) ayant un trou de verrouillage (121) défini sur la première tête de fixation (12) ;la première extension (11) ayant une cavité (111) formée d'un côté de la première extension (11), une première rainure (114) définie sur une première extrémité de la cavité (111), et une seconde rainure (112) définie sur une seconde extrémité de la cavité (111) ;dans lequel la cavité (111) reçoit un ensemble de protection (20), et l'ensemble de protection (20) comprend une seconde extension (21) et une seconde tête de fixation (22) se connectant à une extrémité de la seconde extension (21), dans lequel la seconde extension (21) présente une projection (212) et une section de déformation flexible (213) se connectant à la projection (212), la section de déformation flexible (213) se déforme, et la projection (212) est retenue dans la seconde rainure (112) de l'ensemble de connexion (10) ;une section allongée (211) est définie entre la section de déformation flexible (213) et la seconde tête de fixation (22) et est fixée dans la première rainure (114), la seconde tête de fixation (22) présente un premier orifice (221) correspondant au trou de verrouillage (121) de l'ensemble de connexion (10), un ensemble de fixation (50) est ainsi connecté en rotation à une lame de coupe (40) et est fixé dans le trou de verrouillage (121) de l'ensemble de connexion (10).
- Outil de coupe circulaire (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une poignée de préhension (30) reçoit la première extension (11) de l'ensemble de connexion (10) et la seconde extension (21) de l'ensemble de protection (20), et la poignée de préhension (30) comprend un trou de réception (31) conçu pour recevoir la première extension (11) de l'ensemble de connexion (10) et la seconde extension (21) de l'ensemble de protection (20).
- Outil de coupe circulaire (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la section de déformation flexible (213) est constituée par deux parties incurvées qui sont flexibles et sont forcées à se déformer.
- Outil de coupe circulaire (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel un diamètre du premier orifice (221) est supérieur à celui du trou de verrouillage (121).
- Outil de coupe circulaire (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la lame de coupe (40) comprend un trou de positionnement (41), et l'ensemble de fixation (50) comprend une rondelle (51), une tige (52), et un écrou (53), dans lequel la rondelle (51) présente un trou traversant (511) et un évidement (512) adjacent au trou traversant (511), la tige (52) présente une tige filetée (521) et une tête circulaire (522) se couplant à la tige filetée (521), la tige filetée (521) se vissant ainsi sur l'écrou (53) à travers le trou traversant (511), le trou de positionnement (41), le premier orifice (221), et le trou de verrouillage (121) ; la tête circulaire (522) présente une saillie (523) s'étendant vers l'extérieur depuis celle-ci et retenue dans l'évidement (512) de la rondelle (51).
- Outil de coupe circulaire (100) selon la revendication 1 comprenant en outre un bouton de sécurité (60) comprenant une partie de couplage pivotante (61) et une molette (62), et la première tête de fixation (12) de l'ensemble de connexion (10) ayant une partie de connexion (13) dans laquelle une colonne (14) et une encoche (15) sont agencées, dans lequel la colonne (14) est connectée en rotation à la partie de couplage pivotante (61) du bouton de sécurité (60), l'encoche (15) reçoit la molette (62), et la seconde tête de fixation (22) présente un second orifice (222) ; la molette (62) du bouton de sécurité (60) est poussée par une force externe pour venir en prise de manière mobile avec le, ou se retirer du, second orifice (222) ; lorsque la molette (62) du bouton de sécurité (60) est retirée du second orifice (222), l'ensemble de protection (20) peut être forcé par une force externe pour se déplacer, et la lame de coupe (40) peut être exposée hors de la seconde tête de fixation (22) ; lorsque la molette (62) du bouton de sécurité (60) est en prise avec le second orifice (222), l'ensemble de protection (20) n'est pas déplaçable par des forces externes de manière à venir en butée contre la lame de coupe (40).
- Outil de coupe circulaire (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la première extension (11) présente en outre deux tiges d'actionnement flexibles (113) agencées symétriquement des deux côtés de la première rainure (114) séparément.
- Outil de coupe circulaire (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la seconde tête de fixation (22) présente une nervure de contact (223) s'étendant vers l'extérieur depuis un côté périphérique du premier orifice (221) et se connectant en rotation à une ouverture de guidage (231) d'un disque rotatif (23), dans lequel un diamètre externe du disque rotatif (23) est supérieur à celui de la première tête de fixation (12).
