Abstract
Ein besonders rationell herstellbares Hörgerät (1) umfasst ein Gehäuse (2), das in einen Gehörgang einer das Hörgerät tragenden Person einsetzbar ist, sowie einen lösbar an dem Gehäuse (2) befestigten flexiblen Halteschirm (9) zur Halterung des Gehäuses (2) in dem Gehörgang. Das Gehäuse (2) umfasst eine einteilige Gehäuseschale (15), in der eine einen Hörer (6) umfassende Baueinheit (25) aufgenommen ist. Die Gehäuseschale (15) weist eine erste frontseitige Öffnung (20), die mit einer Frontplatte (16) verschlossen ist, sowie eine der ersten Öffnung (20) im Wesentlichen gegenüberliegende zweite rückseitige Öffnung (21) auf. Aus der rückseitigen Öffnung (21) ragt die Baueinheit (25) mit einem Haltestutzen (27) heraus, wobei sie durch einen außenseitig auf den Haltestutzen (27) aufgesetzten Sicherungsring (30) an der Gehäuseschale (15) fixiert ist. Description

HdO) wird ein Gehäuse mit Komponenten wie einer Batterie und der Signalverarbeitungseinheit hinter dem Ohr getragen. Je nach Ausgestaltung kann der Receiver entweder direkt im Gehörgang des Trägers angeordnet sein (sogenannte Ex-Hörer-Hörgeräte oder Receiver-in-the-Canal (RIC)-Hörgeräte). Alternativ ist der Receiver innerhalb des Gehäuses selbst angeordnet und ein flexibler, auch als Tube bezeichneter Schallschlauch leitet die akustischen Ausgabesignale des Receivers vom Gehäuse zum Gehörgang (Schlauch-Hörgeräte). Bei ITE-Hörgeräten (In-the-Ear, auch IDO bzw. In-dem-Ohr) wird ein Gehäuse, welches sämtliche funktionale Komponenten einschließlich des Mikrofons und des Receivers enthält, zumindest teilweise im Gehörgang getragen.
