Claims (14)

  1. A refillable fluid product dispenser comprising a dispensing head (T) comprising a dispensing member (D), such as a pump or a valve, a variable-volume reservoir (R) and a filling valve (7) connected to the reservoir (R),
    wherein the dispensing member (D) is provided with a dip tube (23) which passes through the reservoir, a sliding member (3) comprising a movable piston (35) sliding in sealed contact around the dip tube (23) so as to vary the volume of the reservoir (R), the sliding member (3) being movable between a depressed position in which the sliding member (3) is located in the vicinity of the dispensing member (D) and an extended position in which the sliding member (3) is at a distance from the dispensing member (D), the reservoir (R) defining a maximum volume in the depressed position and a minimum volume in the extended position, so that the volume of the reservoir (R) grows when the sliding member (3) is depressed around the dip tube (23) towards the dispensing member (D),
    characterized in that the dip tube (23) is provided with a fixed piston (45) which slides in sealed contact in a movable barrel (31) formed by the sliding member (3), the movable piston (35) sliding around the dip tube (23) between the dispensing member (D) and the fixed piston (45), the reservoir (R) being axially delimited between the movable piston (35) and the fixed piston (45) and radially between the dip tube (23) and the movable barrel (31).
  2. The dispenser according to claim 1, wherein the dip tube (23) is permanently secured to the dispensing member (D) and the filling valve (7) is permanently secured to the sliding member (3).
  3. The dispenser according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the filling valve (7) communicates with the reservoir (R) through an intermediate chamber (I) of variable volume inversely to that of the reservoir (R).
  4. The dispenser according to claim 3, wherein the intermediate chamber (I) communicates with the reservoir (R) through at least a fixed channel (43) which is secured to the dip tube (23).
  5. The dispenser according to claim 4, wherein a fixed sleeve (4) is engaged around the dip tube (23) so as to define therebetween said at least one fixed channel (43), this fixed sleeve (4) defining a free lower end forming a sealing lip (42) which is sealingly slidably engaged in a movable tubing (63) secured to the sliding member (3), thus defining the intermediate chamber (I), the fixed piston (45) being advantageously formed by the fixed sleeve (4).
  6. The dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the movable piston (35) is formed at one end of the movable barrel (31) and the filling valve (7) is mounted at the other end of the movable barrel (31).
  7. The dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the filling valve (7) comprises a valve support (6) engaged in the movable barrel (31) and forming a movable tubing (63) in which a sealing lip (42) is engaged, thus defining together an intermediate chamber (I) through which the filling valve (7) communicates with the reservoir (R) .
  8. The dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a case (1) secured to the dip tube (23) and wherein the sliding member (3) is movable by sealed sliding around the dip tube (23).
  9. The dispenser according to claim 8, wherein the case (1) defines an open lower end through which the sliding member (3) protrudes in the extended position, the sliding member (3) being advantageously provided with a marking (32) indicating the state of filling of the reservoir (R).
  10. The dispenser according to claim 9, wherein the case (1) is provided with a cover (8) which closes off the open lower end, this cover (8) forming advantageously a reading window (82) revealing a marking (32) indicating the state of filling of the reservoir (R) affixed to the sliding member (3) .
  11. The dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the sliding member (2) is elastically biased towards the extended position by a spring (5).
  12. The dispenser according to any one of the preceding claims, further comprising:
    - a sliding member (3) forming a movable barrel (31) and a movable piston (35),
    - a fixed sleeve (4) forming a fixed piston (45) and a sealing lip (42),
    - a filling valve (7) comprising a valve support (6) forming a movable tubing (63),
    wherein:
    - the movable piston (35) is sealingly slidably engaged around the dip tube (23),
    - the fixed sleeve (4) is fixedly engaged around the dip tube (23) by creating therebetween at least one fixed channel (43),
    the fixed piston (45) being sealingly slidably engaged in the movable barrel (31),
    - the valve support (6) is fixedly engaged in the movable barrel (31), with its movable tubing (63) engaged around the sealing lip (42).
  13. A method for mounting the dispenser of claim 12, wherein the sliding member (3), the fixed sleeve (4) and the valve support (7) are successively engaged one after the other in an axial manner without angular orientation.
  14. The method according to claim 13, wherein a spring (5) is engaged between the fixed sleeve (4) and the valve support (6).
