Claims (10)

  1. Procédé d'installation d'un ensemble de lucarne (101) comprenant une joue de lucarne (105), une section supérieure (133) et une section inférieure (131), dans un toit en pente, le toit en pente comprenant une sous-toiture (203), des chevrons (215) et/ou des voliges (213), la section supérieure (133) et la section inférieure (131) étant prévues pour être adjacentes à la joue de lucarne (105) et au toit en pente, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - monter un cadre de base (205), comprenant un organe inférieur (255), un premier et un deuxième organe latéral (251a, 251b) et un organe supérieur (253), sur les chevrons (215) et/ou les voliges (213),
    - découper un trou dans la sous-toiture (203), en créant ainsi des volets (231a, 231b, 233, 235) dans la sous-toiture (203), s'étendant le long des organes inférieur (255), supérieur (253) et latéraux (251a, 251b) du cadre de base (205),
    - caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend en outre l'étape consistant à attacher les volets (231a, 231b, 233, 235) de la sous-toiture (203) aux organes de cadre de base en repliant les volets (231a, 231b, 233, 235) de telle sorte qu'ils s'étendent vers le haut sensiblement perpendiculairement au toit en pente le long d'un côté intérieur (256) des organes de cadre de base, ledit côté intérieur faisant face à l'ouverture entourée par le cadre de base.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre le fait de placer un matériau d'isolation ayant une valeur lambda inférieure à 0,1 W/mk, de préférence inférieure à 0,04 W/mk, en dessous des organes latéraux (251a, 251b) et entre les voliges (213) pour supporter le cadre de base (205).
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la joue de lucarne (105) comprend une structure de cadre triangulaire (241) couverte par un élément de panneau (244) tourné vers l'extérieur, le procédé comprenant le fait de munir l'élément de panneau (244) tourné vers l'extérieur d'une membrane extérieure sous toiture (537) .
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la section inférieure (131) et/ou la section supérieure (133) comprend/comprennent plus d'une fenêtre, le procédé comprenant en outre le fait de placer un matériau d'isolation ayant une valeur lambda inférieure à 0,1 W/mk, de préférence inférieure à 0,04 W/mk, entre chacune des fenêtres.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant le fait de munir la joue de lucarne (105) d'un recouvrement de protection contre les intempéries, le recouvrement de protection contre les intempéries étant divisé en deux ou plus de deux éléments de recouvrement (751, 752, 753, 754) ayant au moins quatre côtés, un ou deux côtés parmi deux côtés opposés de chacun des éléments de recouvrement étant pourvu(s) d'au moins une languette (755) et/ou d'au moins une rainure (756) et étant prévu(s) pour s'étendre perpendiculairement au toit en pente, les éléments de recouvrement (751, 752, 753, 754) étant positionnés, dans sa position montée, en poussant les éléments de recouvrement (751, 752, 753, 754) vers le bas dans une direction perpendiculaire au toit de telle sorte qu'une languette (755) sur un élément de recouvrement soit prévue pour coulisser dans une rainure (756) d'un élément de recouvrement adjacent.
  6. Toit en pente comprenant un ensemble de lucarne (101) comprenant une joue de lucarne (105), une section supérieure (133) et une section inférieure (131), la section supérieure (133) et la section inférieure (131) étant prévues pour être adjacentes à la joue de lucarne (105) et au toit en pente, et le toit en pente comprenant une sous-toiture (203), des chevrons (215) et/ou des voliges (213) et l'ensemble de lucarne (101) comprenant un organe supérieur (253), un organe inférieur (255) un premier et un deuxième organe latéral (251a, 251b) constituant un cadre de base (205), caractérisé en ce que la sous-toiture (203) comprend des volets (231a, 231b, 233, 235) attachés aux organes de cadre de base de telle sorte qu'ils s'étendent vers le haut sensiblement perpendiculairement au toit en pente le long du côté intérieur (256) des organes de cadre de base, ledit côté intérieur faisant face à l'ouverture entourée par le cadre de base.
  7. Toit en pente selon la revendication 6, comprenant en outre un matériau d'isolation ayant une valeur lambda inférieure à 0,1 W/mk, de préférence inférieure à 0,04 W/mk, en dessous des organes latéraux (251a, 251b) et entre les voliges (213) pour supporter le cadre de base (205).
  8. Toit en pente selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, dans lequel la joue de lucarne (105) comprend une structure de cadre triangulaire (241) couverte par un élément de panneau (244) tourné vers l'extérieur, une membrane sous toiture (537) étant prévue sur l'élément de panneau (244) tourné vers l'extérieur.
  9. Toit en pente selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, dans lequel la section inférieure (131) et/ou la section supérieure (133) comprend/comprennent plus d'une fenêtre, un matériau d'isolation ayant une valeur lambda inférieure à 0,1 W/mk, de préférence inférieure à 0,04 W/mk, étant placé entre chacune des fenêtres.
  10. Toit en pente selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, dans lequel la joue de lucarne (105) comprend en outre un recouvrement de protection contre les intempéries, le recouvrement de protection contre les intempéries étant divisé en deux ou plus de deux éléments de recouvrement (751, 752, 753, 754) ayant au moins quatre côtés, un ou deux côtés parmi deux côtés opposés de chacun des éléments de recouvrement (751, 752, 753, 754) étant pourvu(s) d'au moins une languette (755) et/ou d'au moins une rainure (756) et les deux côtés opposés étant prévus pour s'étendre perpendiculairement au toit en pente, une languette (755) sur un élément de recouvrement étant prévue pour s'engager dans une rainure (756) d'un élément de recouvrement adjacent.
