As described above, in the case that a region is served by the first wireless communication system and the second wireless communication system simultaneously, similarly, the acquiring unit 101 may further be configured to periodically update the first user feature and the second user feature.

Similarly, in the case of being periodically updated, the accuracy of the density information is determined by the updating period.
  • the acquiring unit 101 can accurately acquire the user feature, so that the determining unit 102 to be described later can realize dynamic division of wireless transmission resources temporally.
  • the determining unit 102 determines, based on the user feature acquired by the acquiring unit 101, the division of resources in the wireless transmission resource pool to be used by the particular user equipment.
  • the wireless transmission resource pool is a set of wireless transmission resources to be allocated to the particular user equipment. The set may be divided into several parts which can be respectively used by multiple particular user equipment simultaneously.
  • the wireless transmission resource pool may be divided in a spectrum dimension, for example, divided into multiple basic resource units in the spectrum dimension in accordance with a division granularity.
  • Each of the particular user equipment may communicate using one of the basic resource units.
  • each of the particular user equipment may use the basic resource units in a random way.
  • the determining unit 102 may divide the resources in the wireless transmission resource pool with a fine division granularity, to meet requirements of particular user equipment as many as possible for the wireless transmission resources.
  • the determining unit 102 may divide the resources in the wireless transmission resource pool with a coarse division granularity, so that each of the particular user equipment can transmit using more transmission resources.
  • the division of wireless transmission resources may be adjusted based on the number of particular user equipment using the wireless transmission resources, thereby achieving high resource utilization efficiency while ensuring communication quality, and effectively reducing time cost of selecting resources by the particular user equipment.
  • the determining unit 102 determines the division of resources in the wireless transmission resource pool based on the user feature in the region and a message admission rate.
  • the message admission rate is a ratio of the number of basic resource units to the number of messages that arrive simultaneously (i.e., the number of particular user equipment that use the wireless transmission resources simultaneously). Since the wireless transmission resource pool is divided based on two factors including the user feature and the message admission rate, a certain access success rate of the user equipment can be ensured while ensuring resource utilization efficiency, the delay of information interaction can be further reduced, the delay of selecting available transmission resources and correctly receiving information by target users can be reduced, and the signaling overhead of the information interaction can be reduced.
  • the division granularity is set so that the larger the density of the particular user equipment in the region is, and the higher the message admission rate is, the finer the division granularity is.
  • the finer the division granularity is, the larger the number of basic resource units is, so that the wireless transmission resources can be used by more particular user equipment simultaneously.
  • the division granularity may be set in such a way that the number of the basic resource units is minimized under a condition that the communication quality of the particular user equipment and the message admission rate are maintained at predetermined levels.
  • the communication quality may be represented by, for example, a signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR). Due to the above two constraints, the setting of the division granularity eventually becomes an optimization problem, which may be implemented by various optimization algorithms including but not limited to linear programming, game theory, graph theory, and the like.
  • the division granularity is set in this manner, the division of the wireless transmission resource pool can be reasonably implemented based on features of the communication system, and the delay of using the wireless transmission resources by the particular user equipment can be significantly reduced while maintaining high radio resource utilization rate and ensuring the communication quality of the particular user equipment.
  • division granularities may be set in one to one correspondence with configuration schemes of the basic resource units in the wireless transmission resource pool.
  • the correspondence between a division granularity and start and end positions of each of the basic resource units in the spectrum dimension at the division granularity is agreed in advance between the apparatus 100 and the particular user equipment.
  • the agreement in advance may be written into, for example, factory settings of the user equipment, or may be implemented by automatic setting when the user equipment is powered on, or by signaling between the apparatus 100 and the particular user equipment. In this way, when the particular user equipment knows the division granularity, the specific configuration of each of the basic resource units can be known.
  • the determining unit 102 When the distribution of particular user equipment in a region changes, the determining unit 102 needs to recalculate the division of resources, so as to maintain the accuracy. Therefore, the determining unit 102 may be configured to periodically calculate the division of resources, and/or calculate the division of resources when a change of the acquired distribution exceeds a predetermined range. For example, the density of the user equipment may be divided into multiple levels. The division of resources may be recalculated when the density changes from a level to another level, and/or the division of resources may be recalculated at a predetermined time interval. As described above, the division of resources may be performed in accordance with the division granularity of the wireless transmission resource pool in the spectrum dimension. In this way, the frequency of resource reallocation and system reconfiguration can be reduced.
  • the basic resource units may also be not uniformly divided according to actual application scenarios.
  • the division of resources determined by the determining unit 102 may also be different. For example, when the particular user equipment moves from other parts to the part C, the division of resources may change. Therefore, the division of resources in the wireless transmission resource pool has spatial dynamic properties in addition to temporal dynamic properties. As described above, in the case that a region is divided into multiple sub-regions, the determining unit 102 may further determine, based on a user feature in each of the sub-regions, the division of wireless transmission resources to be used by particular user equipment in the sub-region.
  • the apparatus 100 may further include a transceiving unit 103.

In this case, the particular user equipment do not need to know the information on the division.
