If the first parameter needs to be greater than the second parameter to approach the predetermined magnitude of the difference between the first and second parameters, then the controller may provide a signal to the air flow control mechanism to adjust the amount of air going through the air channel or to the valve to adjust the amount of fuel going through the fuel channel which increases the first parameter or decreases the second parameter.

Claims (7)

  1. Brennersteuersystem, umfassend:
    einen ersten Sensor (225) mit einem ersten Anschluss, der mit einer Luftversorgung verbunden werden kann, einem zweiten Anschluss und einem Signalanschluss;
    einen zweiten Sensor (226) mit einem ersten Anschluss, der mit der Luftversorgung verbunden werden kann, einem zweiten Anschluss und einem Signalanschluss;
    einen dritten Sensor (227) mit einem ersten Anschluss, der mit der Luftversorgung verbunden werden kann, einem zweiten Anschluss und einem Signalanschluss;
    einen ersten Kopplungspunkt mit einem ersten Anschluss, der mit dem zweiten Anschluss des dritten Sensors verbunden ist, einem zweiten Anschluss, der mit einer Kraftstoffquelle verbunden werden kann, und einem dritten Anschluss;
    einen zweiten Kopplungspunkt mit einem ersten Anschluss, der mit dem zweiten Anschluss des zweiten Sensors verbunden ist, einem zweiten Anschluss, der mit einer Kraftstoffquelle verbunden werden kann, und einem dritten Anschluss;
    einen dritten Kopplungspunkt mit einem ersten Anschluss, der mit dem zweiten Anschluss des ersten Sensors verbunden ist, einem zweiten Anschluss, der mit dem dritten Anschluss des zweiten Kopplungspunkts verbunden ist, und einem dritten Anschluss;
    einen vierten Kopplungspunkt mit einem ersten Anschluss, der mit dem dritten Anschluss des dritten Kopplungspunkts verbunden ist, einem zweiten Anschluss, der mit dem dritten Anschluss des ersten Kopplungspunkts verbunden ist, und einem dritten Anschluss, der mit einer Brennkammer (69) verbunden werden kann;
    einen Prozessor (252) mit einem ersten Anschluss, der mit dem Signalanschluss des ersten Sensors verbunden ist, einem zweiten Anschluss, der mit dem Signalanschluss des zweiten Sensors verbunden ist, einem dritten Anschluss, der mit dem Signalanschluss des dritten Sensors verbunden ist, und mit einem vierten Anschluss, der mit einem Steueranschluss für die Kraftstoffquelle verbunden ist;
    den Steueranschluss für die Kraftstoffquelle, der eine erste variable Begrenzungsvorrichtung (235) mit einem ersten Anschluss zum Anschließen an eine Kraftstoffversorgung, einem zweiten Anschluss zum Anschließen an den zweiten Anschluss des ersten Kopplungspunkts und einem dritten Anschluss umfasst;
    eine zweite variable Begrenzungsvorrichtung (236) mit einem ersten Anschluss zum Anschließen an den dritten Anschluss der ersten variablen Begrenzungsvorrichtung und einem zweiten Anschluss zum Anschließen an den zweiten Anschluss des zweiten Kopplungspunktes; und wobei das System konfiguriert ist, um die zweite variable Begrenzungsvorrichtung (236) zwischen einer geöffneten Position und einer geschlossenen Position einzustellen, die einen ausgegebenen Messwert des zweiten Sensors einstellt; und wobei der zweite Sensor einen Messwert ausgibt, der mit Messwerten vom ersten Sensor redundant sein soll, wenn die zweite variable Begrenzungsvorrichtung geschlossen ist, und der zweite Sensor einen Messwert ausgibt, der mit Messwerten vom dritten Sensor redundant sein soll, wenn die zweite variable Begrenzungsvorrichtung geöffnet ist.
  2. System nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:
    ein Stellglied, das mit der ersten variablen Begrenzungsvorrichtung (235) verbunden ist, und dessen Steueranschluss mit dem dritten Anschluss des Prozessors verbunden ist; und
    wobei ein Signal an den Steueranschluss des Stellglieds eine Begrenzung der ersten variablen Begrenzungsvorrichtung auf einen Kraftstoffstrom durch die erste variable Begrenzungsvorrichtung variieren kann.
  3. System nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:
    ein Stellglied, das mit der zweiten variablen Begrenzungsvorrichtung (236) verbunden ist, und dessen Steueranschluss mit dem dritten Anschluss des Prozessors verbunden ist; und
    wobei ein Signal an den Steueranschluss des Stellglieds eine Begrenzung der zweiten variablen Begrenzungsvorrichtung auf einen Kraftstoffstrom durch die zweite variable Begrenzungsvorrichtung variieren kann.
  4. System nach Anspruch 1, wobei:
    der Prozessor konfiguriert ist, um ein Luft/Kraftstoff-Verhältnis basierend auf Messwerten vom ersten Sensor und vom dritten Sensor zu regeln; oder
    der Prozessor konfiguriert ist, um einen von dem ersten Sensor und dem dritten Sensor basierend auf dem Vergleich der Messwerte des zweiten Sensors mit Messwerten von dem einen von dem ersten Sensor und dem zweiten Sensor zu testen.
  5. Verfahren zum Testen eines Brennersteuersystems nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verfahren umfasst: Empfangen einer Messung, die von einem ersten Sensor (225) in Verbindung mit einem ersten Strömungsweg (241) mit einem Luftversorgungseintrag erfasst wird; Empfangen einer Messung, die von einem zweiten Sensor (226) in Verbindung mit einem zweiten Strömungsweg (242) erfasst wird, der eine Luftversorgung und eine Kraftstoffversorgung aufweist; Einstellen eines dritten Strömungsweges (243) auf eine von einer ersten Konfiguration, bei der der dritte Strömungsweg nur einen Eintrag von der Luftversorgung aufweist, und eine zweite Konfiguration, bei der der dritte Strömungsweg einen Eintrag von der Luftversorgung und der Kraftstoffversorgung aufweist; Empfangen einer Messung, die von einem dritten Sensor (227) in Verbindung mit dem dritten Strömungsweg erfasst wird; und Vergleichen der vom dritten Sensor erfassten Messung mit einem oder beiden der vom ersten Sensor erfassten Messung und der vom zweiten Sensor erfassten Messung.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, ferner umfassend das Auslösen eines Alarms, wenn sich die vom dritten Sensor erfasste Messung um mehr als einen Schwellenwert von einer oder mehreren der vom ersten Sensor erfassten Messung und der vom zweiten Sensor erfassten Messung unterscheidet.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei das Einstellen des dritten Strömungswegs auf eine von der ersten Konfiguration und der zweiten Konfiguration das Senden eines Signals von einem Prozessor an die zweite variable Begrenzungsvorrichtung in Kommunikation mit dem dritten Strömungsweg einschließt.
