Claims (11)

  1. Blattträgereinheit (12), die zum Lasergravieren eines nicht personalisierten manuellen Identitätshefts ausgebildet ist, umfassend:
    - eine Anzahl von Schichten (L1-L6), die laminierte Folien darstellen und in einer Stapelformation angeordnet sind, mit einer Deckschicht, einer Bodenschicht und einer oder mehreren Zwischenschichten (L2-L5), wobei die laminierten Schichten einen gemeinsamen Umriss mit im Wesentlichen bündigen Kanten aufweisen und ein Blattträgerlaminat (Bereich A) bilden, und
    - eine Scharnierschicht, die teilweise innerhalb des Blattträgerlaminats (Bereich A) laminiert ist und teilweise von einer Kante des Blattträgerlaminats (Bereich A) nach aussen vorsteht, um als Scharnier zu dienen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    zwischen den Zwischenschichten eine lasergravurreaktive Schicht vorgesehen ist und die Scharnierschicht aus einem speziell formulierten thermoplastischen Polyurethan (TPU)-Scharnierblatt mit glatter und ebener Oberfläche hergestellt ist und als sicheres, dünnes Verbindungsteil zwischen der laminierten Mehrschichtdatenseite und dem Rest des nicht personalisierten manuellen Identitätshefts dient.
  2. Blattträgereinheit (12) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Scharnierschicht eine Verbundmaterialplatte ist, die aus einem Netzmaterial besteht, das mit dem thermoplastischen Polyurethan (TPU)-Material beschichtet/imprägniert ist.
  3. Blattträgereinheit (12) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei mindestens eine Schicht mindestens ein Sicherheitsmerkmal aufweist und/oder darauf aufgedruckte Kennzeichen aufweist.
  4. Blattträgereinheit (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Blattträgereinheit (12) mehrere Schichten umfasst, die durch Laminieren aus, in einer Stapelformation angeordneten Folien, hergestellt werden, nämlich einer Deckschicht aus einer thermoplastischen transparenten Polycarbonatfolie, gefolgt von einer Anzahl von Schichten aus thermoplastischen, transparenten Polycarbonatfolien, unter denen sich eine lasergravurreaktive Schicht befindet, einer aus einer thermoplastischen weissen Polycarbonatfolie hergestellten Hintergrundschicht und einer aus einer kunststoffbasierten Scharnierfolie hergestellten Scharnierschicht, gefolgt von einer weiteren Schicht aus einer thermoplastischen weissen Polycarbonatfolie, und mindestens einer Schicht mit einer aus einer transparenten Polycarbonatfolie hergestellten Bodenschicht.
  5. Blattträgereinheit (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in das Blattträgerlaminat (Bereich A) eine elektronische Komponente eingebettet ist.
  6. Blattträgereinheit (12), die zum Lasergravieren eines nicht personalisierten manuellen Identitätshefts ausgelegt ist, nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das nicht personalisierte manuelle Identitätsheft ein nicht personalisierter Passport ist.
  7. Lasergravurreaktive Komponente in der Anordnung eines nicht personalisierten manuellen Identitätshefts,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    zwei Niveaus einer Blattträgereinheit (12) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, die nebeneinander positioniert sind und ein flexibles Teil aufweisen, das von der gleichen Kante absteht.
  8. Herstellungsverfahren zur Herstellung eines nicht personalisierten manuellen Identitätshefts mit einer fest gebundenen Anordnung aus mindestens einer laminierten Abdeckung und mehreren Blättern, unter denen ein besonders langlebiges lasergravurreaktives laminiertes Blatt für den nachfolgenden Betrieb einer sicheren Personalisierung mit gegebenen persönlichen Identifikationsdaten unter Verwendung einer Laser-Graviertechnik vorgesehen ist, wobei:
    - das Blatt des Hefts, das die langlebige lasergravurreaktive laminierte Mehrlagenseite enthält, als "Blattträger" (11) bezeichnet wird,
    - das Blattträgerlaminat (Bereich A) zuzüglich des hervorstehenden flexiblen Teils als "Blattträgereinheit" (12) bezeichnet wird, und das hervorstehende flexible Teil als sicheres dünnes Verbindungsscharnier zwischen dem Blattträgerlaminat und dem Rest des Hefts dient und so genäht wird, dass die Nählinie zwei Bereiche in seinem vorstehenden flexiblen Teil (dem nicht laminierten Bereich) begrenzt,
    - Papierbögen auf Cellulosebasis aus dem Rücken genäht werden, die je vier Seiten ausstatten,
    gekennzeichnet durch
    - die Verwendung einer lasergravurreaktiven Komponente in der Anordnung, die durch Laminieren unter Druck unter Erwärmung gefolgt von einem Schneidschritt hergestellt wird, so dass zwei Blattträgereinheiten (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 nebeneinander positioniert sind und ein flexibles Teil aufweisen, das von derselben Kante absteht; wobei
    - das laminierte Teil durch den Bereich A und den Abstand dA definiert ist und ein kunststoffbasierten Scharnierblatt besitzt, das innerhalb des Blattträgerlaminats eingebettet ist und einen Bereich B belegt und einen Abstand dB aufweist, sodass das kunststoffbasierte Scharnierblatt innerhalb des Blattträgerlaminats fixiert wird,
    - das aus dem Blattträgerlaminat (der nicht laminierte Bereich) vorstehende flexible Teil zwei Bereiche besitzt, die als Bereich C (mit einem Abstand dC) und Bereich D (mit einem Abstand dD) definiert sind, wobei ihr gemeinsamer Begrenzungsrand mit der Platzierung der Nählinie zusammenfällt,
    - es folgt eine Reihenfolge von Vorgängen, die Stich-, Leim-, Schneid- und Stanzschritte umfassen, so dass
    - zwei Hefte erzeugt werden, wobei der Blattträger (11) die Seitennummer 1 und die Seitennummer 2 einnimmt und das lasergravierreaktive Blatt der Seitennummer 1 oder der Seitennummer 2 entspricht.
  9. Herstellungsverfahren nach Anspruch 8, wobei:
    - Abstand dB ein Abstand von 1 cm bis dA ist,
    - Abstand dC kleiner oder gleich 1 cm ist, und
    - Abstand dD kleiner oder gleich 2 cm ist.
  10. Nicht personalisiertes manuelles Identitätsheft, enthaltend eine Blattträgereinheit (12) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
  11. Nicht personalisiertes manuelles Identitätsheft nach Anspruch 10, wobei eine elektronische Komponente in der laminierten Abdeckung (6) eingebettet ist.
