Abstract

There is provided a tire being excellent in abrasion resistance. The tire comprises a tread composed of a rubber composition for the tread, and the rubber composition comprises 70 to 130 parts by mass of carbon black having a nitrogen adsorption specific surface area of 100 to 290 m2/g based on 100 parts by mass of a rubber component comprising a linear styrene-butadiene rubber having a styrene content of 35 to 45% by mass, a vinyl content of 35 to 45% by mass and a weight-average molecular weight of 1,000,000 to 1,400,000.
