Description

    Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to the footwear used by people in their daily lives.
  • The invention is particularly related to a skid-proof, water-resistant footwear, that can be worn in the sea, on the sand, at the pool, at home, having a light, flexible structure, enveloping the foot and contributing to the foot-health by air intake, which does not transmit heat by means of a heat barrier and which can dry in a short time.
  • The State of Art
  • People use diverse footwear in their daily lives. While comfortable casual footwear is used at home, more resistant ones are used outdoors.
  • Document US 5 617 585 A discloses beach footwear comprising a multilayer upper, a rubber sole and an elastic cuff that secures the footwear around the foot.
  • An important proportion of foot problems arise due to the selection of shoes. A conscious choice of shoes may prevent some health problems that may occur during the life cycle.
  • Primarily, care must be taken to choose shoes that are suitable to the shape of the foot. Randomly bought shoes thinking that "it expands later", have a negative impact on the foot health. Step defect of some shoes, may cause such problems as ingrown toenails, athlete's foot, calluses, deformities in the fingers, fatigue, ankle sprains, foot, leg and back pain.
  • If people fall while walking on wet ground at the sea side and the pool side, a variety of injuries and accidents occurs.
  • In case of walking bare-foot in the sea, such adverse experiences as the result of burning feet on hot sand, and slipping in the sea are seen. Various aqua shoes are being used.
  • Numerous problems are experienced, such as uncomfortable feet, failure to easily remove, burning of feet on hot sand, failure to prevent foot slippage in the sea.
  • At the pools, the risks of foot slippage and falling down on wet ground are frequently experienced. Therefore, there is a need for easy-to-wear footwear of a skid-proof structure.
  • In the Patent application No. CN202664382 , Code A43B13/14 IPC, a fishing shoe is described. There is a need for footwear that can be worn comfortably in the sea and pool.
  • The patent application US5617585 discloses a footwear that can be used on sand, at the pool and/or home; however, it cannot prevent the intrusion of foreign environmental agents and/or prevent from external bacterial affections.
  • Disclosure of the Objects of the Invention
  • On the basis of the state of the art, the object of the invention is to develop a skid-proof, heat blocking, i.e. adiabatic footwear wherein the adverse points seen in the presently available products are eliminated and which is used at the sea, at the pool, and in the daily life, and contributes to the foot health as well.

    Detailed Description of the Invention
  • Footwear (1) that can be used at the sea, at the pool, at home, which does not transmit heat due to a heat barrier, is water-resistant, wraps the foot by its slightly flexible structure, contributes to foot health by air-intake, and can dry in a short time, has been developed.
  • As illustrated in the Figures, the footwear (1) consists of a cuff portion (2), an upper portion (3), a sole (4), air passages (5), UV layers (6), antibacterial layers (7), flexible layers (8), skid-proof layers (9), heat isolating layers (10), foot inlet (11), flexible tight passage (12).
  • Air passages (5) on the Tough tech sole (4) and/or upper portion (3), UV layers (6), antibacterial layers (7), flexible layers (8), skid-proof layers (9), heat isolation layers (10), have been formed as a whole in the fabric or substrate.
  • The movement of the foot is not hindered through the upper portion (3) and the cuff portion (2) that is firmly wrapped around the foot. It provides ease-of-use while swimming in the sea. It does not create a problem when worn in the flippers or in different marine accessories.
  • Thanks to the footwear (1) that is formed using a quick-drying, breathing fabric, a contribution to the foot health is provided. It completely wraps the foot by its antibacterial, hypoallergenic, UV resistant, elastic cuff (2) portion. The Tough tech sole (4), is of an easy-wear-and-remove structure. It furthermore provides a safe use through its elasticized cuff (2) portion which prevents foreign bodies entering the feet.
  • This product can be used in such living spaces as home, school, playground, gym, garden (lawn), pool, sea, sand, bath, boat, etc.
  • It can be worn in the flippers and slippers, you can easily swim with it in the pool and sea. It increases the mobility of the foot.
  • As it has a net contact with the ground, it is particularly healthy to use for the newly developing feet of the children of the 0-2 age group. It does not disrupt the orthopaedic structure of the foot, it allows contact with the ground. It contributes to the prevention of many feet diseases because of the net contact with the ground.
  • In order to develop the footwear (1) that can be used on the sand, at the pool, at home, which are not effected by heat, and are skid-proof on wet grounds, a footwear (1) comprising at least one of such layers as air passages (5) on the sole (4) and/or upper portion (3) providing air-intake, UV layers (6) protecting the feet against the sun beams, antibacterial layers (7) to prevent the intrusion of harmful bacteria in the external environment, flexible layers (8) that adapt to the movement of the foot, anti-skid layers (9) allowing walking on wet grounds, thermal insulation layers (10) ensuring that the feet are not affected by heat in a hot environment, has been provided.
  • The upper portion (3), developed from a quick-drying, breathing fabric of a structure that is flexible, shrinkable and wrapping the foot, comprises a cuff portion (2) tightly surrounding the foot above the upper portion (3).
