Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a packaging for a packaged product, in particular for a kit for mounting a building closure device.

The packaging can basically serve different purposes. So it can be provided for a protection of the packaged goods, which is packed with the packaging. Additionally or alternatively, the packaging can serve a visually perfect presentation of the packaged goods. Finally, it can of course also be provided for holding together individual parts of the packaged goods, so that the individual parts are always present together in the packaging. Accordingly, they are at hand when opening the packaging, so that the individual parts can be assembled, for example.

The packaged product is in particular in the latter case, for example, as a kit, in which the individual parts of the packaged goods are assembled into a device. For example, the packaged product is designed as a kit of a building closure device, thus ultimately serving for mounting the building closure device. The building closure device can in principle be configured as desired. For example, the building closure device is present as a window, door or the like, or at least has such or such. The window is particularly preferably designed as a roof window, in particular as a living roof window.

From the prior art, for example, the publication WO 2008/051556 A2 known. This relates to a kit and a method for assembling a device, which is present for example in the form of a composable piece of furniture. The kit contains a variety of parts and a variety of shots for packaging the parts. The parts which are present in a first receptacle are used in a first assembly step, the parts which are present in a second receptacle in a second assembly step. Such a kit and the corresponding method can be used to to simplify the assembly of different devices such as furniture, toys, games and decorations.

It is an object of the invention to provide a package for a packaged product, which has advantages over known packaging, in particular supports an assembly process and is also suitable for receiving heavy and / or bulky packaged goods.

This is achieved according to the invention with a packaging having the features of claim 1. It is provided that the packaging has an outer packaging with a receiving compartment for a first part of the packaged goods, wherein the outer packaging has a cover for the receiving compartment, which is arranged in at least one position between the receiving compartment and an additional compartment of the outer packaging for their separation, wherein there is present on the cover at least one form-locking device for the positive fastening of at least one inner packaging for receiving a second part of the packaged goods.

The packaging is composed of several components, namely at least the outer packaging and the at least one inner packaging. The outer packaging represents the most external component of the packaging. Particularly preferably, the outer packaging completely encloses the entire packaged product. Accordingly, the inner packaging is completely absorbed by the outer packaging. The packaging, in particular the outer packaging and / or the inner packaging, can in principle consist of any material, for example of wood pulp, that is to say for example of cardboard or the like, or of plastic. However, other materials may be used. Preferably, the outer packaging and the inner packaging made of the same material.

The outer packaging has the receiving compartment for the first part of the packaged goods. By contrast, the second part of the packaged goods is arranged in the inner packaging. Preferably, the first part of the packaged goods is completely accommodated in the outer packaging and the second part of the packaged goods is completely accommodated in the inner packaging. This means according to the above, however, in addition, that the second part of the packaged goods and therefore the entire packaged goods, completely present in the outer packaging, that is completely encompassed by this.

The first part of the packaged goods is placed in the receptacle of the outer packaging. Subsequently, the receptacle with the cover, which is part of the outer packaging, covered. For this purpose, the cover is brought into the at least one position, in which it is placed between the receptacle and the additional compartment. The additional compartment is analogous to the receptacle in the outer packaging, thus represents as well as the Aufhahmefach a partial volume of the outer packaging. In order to realize a reliable and stable arrangement of the packaged goods in the packaging, the inner packaging should be attachable to the cover by means of the form-fitting device. For this purpose, the inner packaging is preferably arranged in the additional compartment of the outer packaging. In principle, it is therefore intended first to arrange the first part of the packaged goods in the receiving compartment and subsequently to close it by means of the receiving compartment and to separate it from the additional compartment. Subsequently, the at least one inner packaging is arranged in the additional compartment and fastened there by means of the form-locking device on the cover.

Subsequently, a lid of the outer packaging is preferably closed, which closes the additional compartment or separates from the external environment, namely preferably on its opposite side of the cover. The receiving compartment and the additional compartment preferably have at least the same volume. However, the receiving compartment particularly preferably has a larger volume than the additional compartment, for example the volume of the receiving compartment is at least 25%, at least 50%, at least 75% or at least 100% greater than the volume of the additional compartment.

A further embodiment of the invention provides that the outer packaging and / or the inner packaging are each configured as a box. In other words, this means that they are in the form of a container which has a lid and preferably consists of a solid cardboard material.

A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the cover and a further cover in at least one position of the cover and the further cover accommodate a further additional compartment between them. The further cover is preferred as well as the cover part of the outer packaging and extent designed with this one-piece and / or uniform material. The same applies, moreover, preferably for the lid of the outer packaging. The further cover separates another part of the total volume of the outer packaging, namely the receiving compartment and the additional compartment.

In the context of a further preferred embodiment of the invention can be provided that the additional compartment and / or the additional additional compartment is limited in each case at least one end face, in particular at each end sides of the outer packaging. A development of the invention provides that the further cover is attached as a folding cover to the outer packaging, in particular in one piece and / or of the same material is present with this. A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the cover is designed as a separate cover, which is attached by means of another form-locking device to the outer packaging and / or in the outer packaging, in particular in the Aufhahmefach arranged depositor. Preferably, the cover is attached by means of the further form-locking device to the outer packaging or at least attachable. Particularly preferably, the insert is in the receiving compartment. For example, the form-locking device is designed such that it holds the cover pivotally on the insert. Alternatively, it may of course be provided to make the fastening of the cover to the insert before it is introduced into the outer packaging and finally to introduce the insert together with the cover into the outer packaging.

In a further embodiment of the invention it is provided that in the receiving compartment at least one support member is arranged, which rests in at least one position of the cover on the one hand on the cover and on the other hand on a bottom of the outer packaging for supporting the cover. The support member, for example, passes through the receiving compartment in the transverse direction, that is, at least partially, but particularly preferably completely, perpendicular to a longitudinal center axis of the outer packaging or the packaging.

The support member has a longitudinal central axis, which is preferably perpendicular to those side walls of the outer packaging, to which the lid and / or the further cover are pivotally articulated. Preferably, the at least one support member is web-like, thus has an extension in the axial direction with respect to its longitudinal central axis, which is significantly greater than its extension in the lateral direction and / or in the vertical direction. The three directions are perpendicular to each other, so each of the directions is perpendicular to each of the other two of the directions.

The support member serves, for example, to support the packaged product, in particular the first part of the packaged product. In any case, the support member is, however, arranged such that it rests against the bottom of the outer packaging or emanates from this. Particularly preferably, the support member is attached to the bottom of the outer packaging. Additionally or alternatively, it may rest on the above-described side walls of the outer packaging and / or be attached thereto, so preferably extends from one of the side walls to one of these side wall opposite the side walls.

Furthermore, the cover is in the at least one position on the support part. This means that the support part, the cover from the bottom of the outer packaging at least partially, in particular completely spaced. In that regard, the cover is resilient, in particular, the second part of the packaged goods can be arranged on the cover without this kinks or bends unduly strong. Particularly preferably, there are a plurality of support parts in the receiving compartment, in particular at least two support parts spaced apart from one another. A further embodiment of the invention provides that the outer packaging has a lid and the cover with the lid closed by this in a mounting area has a smaller distance than in a floor of the additional compartment forming bottom area. The cover now has the mounting area and the floor area. A development of the invention provides that from the box forming the inner packaging, a boom goes out, which engages in a formed on the cover form-fitting receptacle of the form-locking device. The inner packaging is so far in the form of the box, on which in turn the boom is arranged. The boom is designed such that it protrudes in the arrangement of the inner packaging on the bottom of the additional compartment and so far on the bottom portion of the cover into the mounting area. There it engages in the form-fitting receptacle of the form-fitting device, which is formed correspondingly in the attachment region of the cover.

In the context of a further preferred embodiment of the invention it is provided that the inner packaging rests on its side facing away from the cover with the lid closed at least partially for stiffening the outer packaging of this. On the one hand, the inner packaging is thus on the cover, whereas on its side facing away from the cover of the lid rests against her. Accordingly, a stiffening of the outer packaging is achieved. This is especially the case if the support member is provided. In this case, the support member rests on the bottom of the outer packaging. On the side facing away from the bottom of the support member, the cover rests on the support member. Furthermore, on the side facing away from the support part of the cover, the outer packaging is applied to the cover, on which in turn the closed lid of the outer packaging is supported.

In that regard, a support connection between the bottom and the lid of the outer packaging is provided on the support member, the cover and the inner packaging, which is preferably spaced from the side walls of the outer packaging, for example, so centrally in the outer packaging. Accordingly, a support of the outer packaging in the vertical direction, ie between the bottom and the lid of the outer packaging, created by the said elements, so that the outer packaging is extremely stable. This allows on the one hand a secure handling of the outer packaging due to their rigidity and on the other hand allows an excellent stackability, so that a storage of the packaging or the means the packaging of packaged goods is simplified. A further embodiment of the invention provides that the receiving compartment has a larger volume than the additional compartment. The storage compartment should have a larger volume than the additional compartment, so that the first part of the packaged goods may be larger than the second part.

It has already been pointed out that the packaged product is present, for example, as a kit, in which the individual parts of the packaged goods can be combined to form a device. For example, the second part of the packaged goods is in the form of at least one attachment, which can be attached to the first part of the packaged goods. Additionally or alternatively, the second part of the packaged goods may have a part which serves to assemble the first part and to that extent is designed as a mounting means or fastening means. For example, the first part of the packaged goods is a roller shutter box for the building closure device. The described embodiment of the package allows a particularly space-efficient arrangement of the packaged goods and also allows a simple and quick installation of the kit.

A further embodiment of the invention provides that the cover has a plurality of partial covers, which are arranged side by side and limit the receiving compartment in the same direction. The cover is thus not in the form of a one-piece or continuous cover. Rather, the receptacle is limited by the multiple part covers and separated from the additional tray. The partial covers limit the receiving compartment in the same direction, in particular in the direction of the additional compartment. Each of the partial covers thus exists between the receiving compartment and the additional compartment. The partial covers are arranged side by side. In this case, they can adjoin one another directly or rest directly against each other or, alternatively, be arranged at a distance from one another. If the cover is designed as a separate cover, it is preferable for fastening each of the partial covers to provide in each case a further positive locking device by means of which the respective partial cover is fastened to the outer packaging and / or the insert.

The use of the multiple partial covers has the advantage that for different packaged goods no different covers must be kept. Instead, the partial covers are available, from which the cover in the manner of a modular system in coordination with the dimensions of the packaged goods, in particular the first part of the packaged goods, is assembled or assembled. Of course, however, partial covers with different dimensions may be present in order to be able to carry out a particularly fine tuning of the cover to the packaged goods. For example, the cover is made up of partial covers with the same or different dimensions. This makes a particularly flexible use of the packaging, even for different packaged goods, possible.

A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the partial covers are each present as a separate partial cover and are fastened by means of the form-locking device to the outer packaging and / or the insert. This has already been pointed out above. The partial covers are preferably not in one piece and / or not made of the same material as the outer packaging, but are present as separate partial covers, ie as elements which can be introduced separately into the outer packaging. The further form-fitting connection is in this case provided for fastening the partial covers to the outer packaging and designed, for which purpose the further form-fitting device may have a plurality of form-fitting part devices, wherein each partial cover is assigned in each case such a form-fitting part device. This allows a particularly simple and effective adaptation of the cover to the packaged goods.

A further development of the invention provides that the cover and / or the partial covers rest against a damping element for the packaged goods. The damping element serves to protect the packaged goods and is preferably part of the packaging. The damping element can be configured, for example, as a foam element, in particular as a polystyrene element. For example, the damping element for at least partially receiving the packaged, in particular the first part of the packaged goods, provided and designed. The FIG. 1 shows a first representation of a packaging 1 for a packaged product 2 not shown here in detail. The packaging has an outer packaging 3, which is in the form of a cardboard box. With such a configuration, the stability or rigidity of the package 1 is significantly improved. At least one closure flap 20 provided for closing the packaging 1 may be cut or punched out of the material of the further cover 14. In the embodiment shown here, two spaced-apart closing tabs 20 are provided. These are inserted after closing the package 1 in corresponding exceptions of the lid 6 in order to prevent accidental opening of the lid 6.

The FIG. 6 shows the package 1 with the cover 8. Thus, the receiving compartment 7 can be seen, in which a part of the packaged product 2 is arranged. It becomes clear that the packaged goods 2 is supported at least partially on the floor 4 of the outer packaging 3.
