Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Waschmittelprodukt, insbesondere zur Textilbehandlung, weiter insbesondere für die Textilreinigung und/oder für die Textilwäsche, mit einem Folienbeutel aufweisend wenigstens eine Beutelkammer, die von wenigstens einer wasserlöslichen Folie umschlossen ist und eine Waschmittelzubereitung enthält.The invention relates to a detergent product, in particular for textile treatment, further in particular for textile cleaning and / or for textile washing, with a film bag having at least one bag chamber which is enclosed by at least one water-soluble film and contains a detergent preparation.

Die Verwendung mehrerer Beutelkammern eröffnet die Möglichkeit der separaten Vorhaltung unterschiedlicher Waschmittelzubereitungen, die unter Umständen chemisch miteinander reagieren oder aus sonstigen Gründen vermischt nicht lagerstabil sind. Darüber hinaus gestattet die Verwendung mehrerer, verschiedener Waschmittelzubereitungen innerhalb eines Waschvorgangs die Freisetzung mehrerer funktional unterschiedlicher Wasch- und/oder Zusatzsubstanzen, wie beispielsweise Bleichen, Weichspüler oder Duftstoffe. Nach Zugabe der in Rede stehenden Waschmittelprodukte zu Wasser löst sich die Folie auf und setzt die Waschmittelzubereitung frei. Ein Waschmittelprodukt mit einem wasserlöslichen Beutel, der mehrere nebeneinander angeordnete Beutelkammern aufweist, ist beispielsweise aus der EP 2 617 659 B1 bekannt. Zwei getrennte Kammern sind jeweils mit einem Reinigungsmittel gefüllt, wobei der Folienbeutel aus einer wasserlöslichen Basisfolie und einer wasserlöslichen Deckfolie gefertigt ist, die dicht miteinander in einer Siegelebene miteinander verbunden sind. Die Beutelkammern sind voneinander durch in der Siegelebene liegende Siegelabschnitte getrennt. Die Basisfolie wird zur Bildung der Beutelkammern in plastisch verformender Weise tiefgezogen. In der Siegelebene weist eine erste Beutelkammer eine erste Basisfläche und eine zweite Beutelkammer eine zweite Basisfläche auf. Die jeweilige Basisfläche wird dabei begrenzt durch die Konturlinie der jeweiligen Beutelkammer in der Siegelebene. Der Folienbeutel weist eine dritte Basisfläche auf, wobei die erste Basisfläche der ersten Beutelkammer auf ihrer der zweiten Beutelkammer zugewandten Seite einen konkaven Abschnitt aufweist und wobei die zweite Basisfläche der zweiten Beutelkammer auf ihrer der ersten Beutelkammer zugewandten Seite einen konvexen Abschnitt aufweist. Der konvexe Abschnitt der zweiten Beutelkammer reicht in den konkaven Abschnitt der ersten Beutelkammer hinein. Die zweite Basisfläche der zweiten Beutelkammer weist seitlich ihres konvexen Abschnitts zumindest einen konkaven Abschnitt auf, der an zumindest einen konvexen Abschnitt der ersten Basisfläche angrenzt. Insbesondere bei solchen Waschmittelprodukten, die mehrere über Siegelabschnitte voneinander getrennte Beutelkammern aufweisen, aber auch bei anderen Waschmittelprodukten der in Rede stehenden Art, weiter insbesondere bei solchen Waschmittelprodukten mit großer Basisfläche des Folienbeutels, lassen sich bei der Anwendung in Textilwaschmaschinen zwei nachteilige Effekte beobachten. Bei Waschmaschinen, die als Frontlader ausgebildet sind, kann das Waschmittelprodukt während eines Waschvorgangs aufgrund der Umwälzbewegung der Wäsche und der Strömungsverhältnisse der Waschflüssigkeit in der Wäschetrommel in den Bereich einer als Türdichtung vorgesehenen Gummimanschette der Waschmaschine unterhalb von der Waschmaschinentür transportiert werden und auf die Gummimanschette aufschwimmen bzw. von der Wäsche dorthin geschleppt oder gefördert werden. Dort kann sich das Waschmittelprodukt ablagern, verkleben, da der wasserlösliche Film bei Wasserkontat eine gewisse Klebrigkeit zeigt, oder festsetzen und verbleibt über einen längeren Zeitraum oder sogar über die Restdauer des Waschvorgangs in diesem Bereich. Der Folienbeutel ist dann einer weniger intensiven Umspülung mit der Waschflüssigkeit ausgesetzt und es fehlt der mechanische Kontakt mit der Wäsche und der Wäschetrommel. Beides wirkt sich negativ auf das Auflösungsverhalten des Folienbeutels in der Waschmaschine aus, wobei sich der Folienbeutel langsamer und weniger vollständig als vorgesehen auflöst. Als Folge davon lassen sich nach Beendigung eines Arbeitsablaufs der Waschmaschine zumeist Reste des Waschmittelproduktes, insbesondere Folienreste, an der Türdichtung auffinden. Dies wird von Anwendern solcher Produkte als störend und als Hinweis auf eine vermeintlich schlechte Produktqualität wahrgenommen. Das Säubern der Türdichtung von anhaftenden Produktresten führt zu einem unerwünschten Mehraufwand bei der Textilwäsche. Ausgehend von dem oben beschriebenen Stand der Technik liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein gattungsgemäßes Waschmittelprodukt zur Verfügung zu stellen, welches eine verbesserte Anwendung in Textilwaschmaschinen ermöglicht, worunter insbesondere ein verbessertes Auflösungsverhalten des Folienbeutels während des Waschprozesses fällt. Das erfindungsgemäße Waschmittelprodukt soll sich insbesondere durch eine hohe Auflösungsgeschwindigkeit und eine weitgehend rückstandsfreie Auflösung während eines Waschvorgangs auszeichnen. Durch die Durchströmung des Folienbeutels mit der Waschflüssigkeit lässt sich das Auftriebs- und/oder Aufschwimmverhalten und damit auch das Auflösungsverhalten (Dauer, Auflösungsgrad) des Folienbeutels vorteilhaft beeinflussen.
