Definitions
- the invention relates to a detergent product, in particular for textile treatment, further in particular for textile cleaning and / or for textile washing, with a film bag having at least one bag chamber which is enclosed by at least one water-soluble film and contains a detergent preparation.
- Water-soluble detergent products in the format of a single-portion pack for textile treatment are known. Such a portion pack is used for a one-time textile treatment application, usually within a textile washing machine.
- the detergent product has a foil pouch with one or more pouch chambers.
- a detergent preparation can be accommodated in each bag chamber, which for example contains washing-active substances for textile treatment, in particular for textile washing.
- the use of several bag chambers opens up the possibility of separate storage of different detergent preparations, which under certain circumstances react chemically with one another or if mixed for other reasons are not storage-stable.
- the use of several different detergent preparations within one washing process allows the release of several functionally different washing and / or additional substances, such as bleach, fabric softener or fragrances.
- the individual detergent preparations within the bag chambers can have the same or different consistency and are preferably of a liquid consistency, for example liquid, gel-like or pasty, or of a solid consistency, for example powdery, granular, free-flowing or solid-like.
- the foil pouch can be formed from several water-soluble foils, whereby the water-soluble foil can preferably be PVA foil (polyvinyl alcohol foil).
- the films that can be used usually consist of polyvinyl alcohol copolymers with appropriate additives such as plasticizers, surfactants, bitter substances or salts.
- the film bag can be made from a water-soluble base film and a water-soluble cover film, which form the boundary walls of at least one bag chamber.
- the base film can be deep-drawn, for example in a plastically deforming manner, to form at least one bag chamber.
- the base film and the cover film are then sealed to one another or connected to one another in one or more sealing or connecting sections.
- the sealing sections or sealing seams then lie in a so-called sealing or connecting plane of the two films.
- Detergent products with multiple bag chambers are for example from the DE 10 2014 102 567 A1 known.
- the detergent product described in the aforementioned document can comprise a plurality of chambers which can be arranged in a superimposed orientation, ie positioned one above the other.
- a superimposed orientation ie positioned one above the other.
- more than two layers of film are sealed together.
- multi-chamber products are described in which the chambers are arranged side by side, ie positioned one next to the other. Chambers can also be arranged such that a first chamber is located next to a second chamber, but the first chamber at least partially surrounds the second chamber, but does not completely surround the second chamber.
- one chamber can also be completely enclosed by another chamber.
- the chambers can be of various sizes and each contain a laundry, fabric care or dishwashing composition, including pretreatment or soaking compositions and other rinse compositions.
- the composition can also be a detergent composition or a machine dishwashing composition.
- the detergent composition can be used during the main wash cycle or it can be used as a pretreatment or soaking composition.
- a detergent product with a water-soluble pouch which has several pouch chambers arranged next to one another is, for example, from EP 2 617 659 B1 known.
- Two separate chambers are each filled with a cleaning agent, the film bag being made from a water-soluble base film and a water-soluble cover film, which are tightly connected to one another in a sealing plane.
- the bag chambers are separated from one another by sealing sections located in the sealing plane.
- the base film is deep-drawn in a plastically deforming manner to form the bag chambers.
- a first bag chamber has a first base surface and a second bag chamber has a second base surface.
- the respective base area is limited by the contour line of the respective bag chamber in the sealing plane.
- the film bag has a third base surface, the first base surface of the first bag chamber having a concave section on its side facing the second bag chamber and the second base surface of the second bag chamber having a convex section on its side facing the first bag chamber.
- the convex section of the second bag chamber extends into the concave section of the first bag chamber.
- the second base surface of the second bag chamber has at the side of its convex section at least one concave section which adjoins at least one convex section of the first base surface.
- the detergent product can settle there, stick together, since the water-soluble film shows a certain stickiness when it comes into contact with water, or it can get stuck and remains in this area for a longer period of time or even for the rest of the washing process.
- the film bag is then exposed to a less intensive rinsing with the washing liquid and there is no mechanical contact with the laundry and the laundry drum. Both of these have a negative effect on the dissolution behavior of the foil bag in the washing machine, with the foil bag dissolving more slowly and less completely than intended.
- residues of the detergent product in particular film residues
- the cleaning of the door seal from adhering product residues leads to an undesirable additional expense when washing textiles.
- the product residues are stripped off the door seal and then remain in the clean laundry.
- the invention is based on the object of providing a generic detergent product which enables improved use in textile washing machines, including in particular improved dissolution behavior of the film bag during the washing process.
- the detergent product according to the invention should in particular have a high rate of dissolution and a largely residue-free dissolution during a Mark the washing process.
- the detergent product should be able to be manufactured inexpensively and with little manufacturing effort.
- the film bag has at least one throughflow opening for washing water which is arranged outside the bag chamber and through which a flow through the sealed film layers is ensured, especially during a textile treatment application in a textile washing machine.
- the buoyancy and / or floating behavior and thus also the dissolution behavior (duration, degree of dissolution) of the foil bag can be advantageously influenced.
- the at least one through-flow opening makes it possible to ensure that the film bag does not float on the washing liquid for a longer period of time, but rather remains in the laundry, is transported around with it and, in particular, does not float onto the door seal of the washing machine below the washing machine door or is conveyed there and is immobilized there.
- detergent product is to be understood broadly in the context of the invention and in particular also includes those products which are used for washing dishes in dishwashers.
- detergent preparation is therefore also to be understood broadly and also includes, for example, machine dishwashing detergent and rinse aid.
- the more intensive flow around the film bag with the washing liquid, which can be traced back to the through-flow opening, as well as the stronger and permanent contact of the film bag with the laundry and the laundry drum during the washing process results in a shorter dissolution time and a higher degree of dissolution of the film bag when used in a washing machine.
- the throughflow opening initially enables rapid wetting of the film bag from both sides, especially since water sometimes enters the washing machine from above, for example at the porthole in the door area, and also the formation of a favorable, particularly turbulent flow profile in the vicinity of the bag chambers.
- An intensive flow around the bag film and thus a high degree of resolution can also be achieved in the area between adjacent bag chambers.
- a “throughflow opening” in the context of the invention is a material breakthrough in the film layers of the film bag (outside the bag chambers) through which a sufficiently large washing water flow can pass during a washing process, see above that the floating and / or the dissolving behavior of the film bag is measurably, in particular visually perceptible, improved.
- the throughflow opening means that the film bag not only floats on the washing liquid during a washing process, but is circulated as intensively as possible with the washing liquid and comes into intensive contact with the laundry.
- the flow through of the washing liquid accelerates the dissolution of the foil bag and increases the degree of dissolution after a predetermined washing time.
- the bag chamber is formed by at least two, preferably only two, film layers sealed to one another in one or more sealing sections, the flow opening preferably being arranged in the area of a sealing section between two adjacent bag chambers.
- the area between two adjacent bag chambers is intensively flowed through or around the area between two adjacent bag chambers via the flow opening, which leads to an improved and more complete dissolution in this otherwise poorly flowed area.
- the film pouch has a base surface or base surface lying in the sealing plane or the connecting plane of the films and the throughflow opening is provided in a central region of the base surface of the film bag.
- Tests carried out within the scope of the invention have shown that with a through-flow opening arranged in the central region of the film bag, particularly advantageous effects on the floating and dissolving behavior of the film bag can be achieved.
- the film pouch can be made from at least one water-soluble base film and at least one water-soluble cover film, which are tightly connected to one another in the sealing plane, the film pouch having a base surface or a base surface ("footprint") in the sealing plane and which Opening is provided in a central area of the base area spaced from the outer edge of the film bag and spaced apart from the bag chambers.
- the base area of the foil bag is limited by the outer contour line of the foil bag in the sealing plane.
- the base area can preferably be circular or polygonal, in particular square or rectangular. It goes without saying that the film bag can in principle also have a different contour shape in the sealing plane.
- the film bag can have between two to ten bag chambers, preferably between three and five bag chambers. At least one throughflow opening can be provided between at least two adjacent bag chambers. In principle, if there are more than two bag chambers, at least one throughflow opening is arranged between each two bag chambers. Depending on the geometry of the bag chambers, there can also be more than two bag chambers around a throughflow opening be arranged around. This is especially the case when the bag chambers around a are arranged around the middle area of the foil bag. A central throughflow opening can then be provided in a central sealing section of the film bag, which is surrounded by a plurality of bag chambers arranged next to one another.
- only one throughflow opening can preferably be provided in order to achieve the advantageous effects described above on the floating behavior and the dissolution behavior of the film bag.
- a high intrinsic dimensional stability of the film bag can be ensured, in particular the bending or kinking of bag chambers of the film bag adjacent to the opening is not to be feared.
- throughflow openings can also be provided, but preferably fewer than ten throughflow openings, more preferably fewer than 5 throughflow openings, for example two or three throughflow openings.
- a high intrinsic dimensional stability of the detergent product according to the invention can be achieved by non-linear sealing seams between the bag chambers and the throughflow opening (s).
- All through-flow openings are preferably designed in the same way, which simplifies the manufacture of the detergent product and ensures a uniform through-flow. It is not excluded, however, that at least two flow openings of different sizes and / or of different shapes are provided, in particular between adjacent bag chambers with different geometries.
- the shape and / or the size of the throughflow openings can be adapted to the shape and / or the size of the adjacent bag chambers.
- the shape and / or the size of the throughflow opening (s) can be optimized with a view to improved dissolution behavior and taking into account the highest possible intrinsic dimensional stability of the film bag.
- the throughflow opening can be oval, in particular circular or elliptical, or polygonal, in particular triangular or square, or boomerang-shaped or star-shaped.
- Circular contours can be introduced into the film material in a technically simple and cost-effective manner by punching.
- the laser cutting method is particularly suitable for producing the flow opening.
- the shape of the throughflow opening can be adapted to the shape of at least one adjacent bag chamber.
- the outer contour of the flow in the sealing plane can then run at least in sections complementary to the outer contour of an adjacent bag chamber. “Complementary” within the meaning of the invention means “converging” or having the same curvature.
- the outer contour of the throughflow opening is preferably adapted to the outer contours of all adjacent bag chambers, the throughflow opening being able to have a changing distance from all bag chambers, but the same distance for all bag chambers.
- a sealing section is provided between the bag chamber and the throughflow opening, it being possible for the sealing section to have a width between 1 and 5 mm, preferably between 2 and 3 mm. If the sealing section is made as narrow as possible, the user's gaze is directed to the bag chambers and their contents. The user then perceives the sealing sections less consciously, which leads to a high level of user acceptance of the detergent product according to the invention.
- the sealing sections between the bag chambers and the throughflow opening are preferably not designed in a straight line.
- the opening area of the flow opening can preferably be between 10 mm 2 and 400 mm 2 , more preferably between 15 mm 2 and 200 mm 2 . If several throughflow openings are provided, the total opening area of all throughflow openings can accordingly be between 10 mm 2 and 400 mm 2 , preferably between 15 mm 2 and 200 mm 2 .
- the base area of the film bag which is specified by the outer contour line of the film bag in the sealing plane, is, for example, in the range between 2000 mm 2 and 5000 mm 2 .
- a very preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the proportion of the opening area of the throughflow opening in the base area of the film bag is between 0.5% and 50%, preferably between 4% and 20%. If several throughflow openings are provided, the proportion of the total opening area of all throughflow openings on the base area of the film bag can accordingly be in the same range.
- FIG. 1 to 3 shows a detergent product 1 with three bag chambers 2 in the format of a single-serving pack.
- the detergent product 1 is used for a one-off textile treatment application, usually within a textile washing machine.
- the detergent product 1 has a film bag 3 with the three bag chambers 2.
- the individual bag chambers 2 each contain detergent preparations which contain washing-active substances for textile treatment, in particular for textile washing.
- water-soluble films with the type designation M8630 or M8720 from the film manufacturer Monosol can be used.
- appropriately designed water-soluble films from other film manufacturers such as Aicello, NipponGohsei or Mondi can also be used.
- the film bag 2 is formed from two water-soluble films which can be designed as PVA films.
- the water-soluble films enclose the bag chambers 2 by forming their boundary walls.
- the foils are connected to one another in the area of the sealing sections 4 in such a way that the bag chambers 2 are each completely closed by the sealing sections 4 and separated from one another.
- a sealed film section is also provided between two adjacent bag chambers 2, which connects the bag chambers 2 to one another in order to achieve a single portion pack.
- the bag chambers 2 each have the same base area A1, while the entire detergent product 1 or the film bag 3 has the base area A2 in the sealing plane.
- the base area A1 of the bag chamber 2 is delimited by the contour line of the bag chamber 2 in the sealing plane.
- the base area A2 of the detergent product 1 is delimited by its contour line in the sealing plane.
- the base area A2 of the detergent product 1 is circular.
- the base area A2 could also have a contour line that deviates from the circular shape.
- the base surfaces A1 of the bag chambers 2 each have a teardrop or teardrop shape, each extending from a narrow convex end section 6 of the contour of the respective bag chamber 2 with a smaller inner radius r1 to a wider convex end section 6 with a larger inner diameter r2.
- a concave connecting section 7 is provided radially on the inside and a convex connecting section 8 is provided radially outside.
- the area bisector 11 of the base area A1 for a bag chamber 2 is shown as an example. All bag chambers 2 of a film bag 3 have the same direction of curvature of the bisector 11. It goes without saying that the bag chambers 2 can also have different chamber geometries.
- FIG. 1 The ones in the Figures 1 to 3
- the embodiments shown of detergent products 1 differ only with regard to the design of the detergent product 1 in the central region of the film bag 3, with FIG Fig. 1 a closed sealing section 4 is provided in the middle area of the film bag 3. This is surrounded on the outside by the bag chambers 2, a strip-shaped sealing section 4 remaining between adjacent bag chambers 2, so that the bag chambers 2 are separated from one another and sealed from the outside.
- the in Fig. 2 A central chamber 9 is provided, the boundary walls of which are also formed by the water-soluble films from which the film bag 3 consists.
- the central chamber 9 has a triangular contour line with rounded corner sections in the sealing plane.
- the central chamber 9 can also have a detergent preparation.
- the in Figure 3 has a circular through opening 10 which is introduced into the central sealing section 4 between the radially outer bag chambers 2 by punching or laser cutting.
- the throughflow opening 10 could also have a shape deviating from the circular shape, for example, be shaped like the central chamber 9 in the sealing plane according to FIG Fig. 2 .
- washing water flows through the flow opening 10 through the film bag 3 and in particular flows intensively around the inner region of the bag chambers 3 adjacent to the flow opening 10.
- the intensive flow around it promotes the dissolution of the water-soluble films, in particular in the area of the inner walls of the bag chambers 2, which face the middle area of the film bag 3.
- the film bag 3 cannot float or float to a lesser extent permanently in the washing water and is not arranged predominantly in the area below a washing machine door and above a door seal during the working sequence of the washing machine.
- the through-flow opening 10 ensures that the detergent product 1 is released quickly.
- the "empty" water-soluble bag that remains initially has a significantly reduced risk of being conveyed onto the rubber sleeve than the filled bag.
- the detergent products 1 shown each have the same size and shape of the base areas A1 of the bag chambers 2 and the total base area A2 of the detergent product 1 in the sealing plane.
- the opening area A3 of the throughflow opening 10 is between 5% and 15%, preferably approx. 10%, based on the total base area A2 of the film bag 3.
- FIG. 4 shows an embodiment with a closed sealing section 4 in the central area of the film bag 3.
- Fig. 5 shows an embodiment with a central central chamber 9 and
- Fig. 6 shows an embodiment with a through-flow opening 10 arranged in the middle area of the film bag 3 between the outer bag chambers 2.
- the contour line of the throughflow opening 10 is formed by four concave side sections which are combined to form a rectangular or trapezoidal geometry.
- Each bag chamber 2 is completely enclosed by a closed sealing section 4 of the film bag 3, the width of the sealing sections 4 being selected so that a minimum distance between the respective bag chamber 2 and the flow opening 10 in the area of the sealing plane of preferably 1 mm to 5 mm is not is exceeded.
- the user's attention is directed to the interesting design of the bag chambers 2 and to their content.
- the outer contour of the throughflow opening 10 can run at least partially complementary, ie parallel, to the contours of the adjacent bag chambers 2. This allows the size of the throughflow opening 10 to be maximized and the width of the sealing sections 4 to be reduced as much as possible.
- the sealing sections 4 are preferably not designed in a straight line.
- FIG. 7 further embodiments of detergent products 1 are shown, which have a film bag 3 with two bag chambers 2 each.
- the two bag chambers 2 surround a central closed sealing section 4
- Fig. 8 a middle spherical central chamber 9 is provided, which is surrounded by two bag chambers 2.
- Fig. 9 shows a central throughflow opening 10 which is surrounded by two bag chambers 2. It is common to all embodiments that the bag chambers 2 are designed in the same way.
- a detergent product 1 was first introduced into the laundry drum of the washing machine and the washing machine was then subjected to standard laundry loaded. The washing process was then started. During the washing process, the area in the washing machine under the washing machine door was observed through the door glass / porthole.

Description
The invention relates to a detergent product, in particular for textile treatment, further in particular for textile cleaning and / or for textile washing, with a film bag having at least one bag chamber which is enclosed by at least one water-soluble film and contains a detergent preparation.
Water-soluble detergent products in the format of a single-portion pack for textile treatment are known. Such a portion pack is used for a one-time textile treatment application, usually within a textile washing machine. The detergent product has a foil pouch with one or more pouch chambers. A detergent preparation can be accommodated in each bag chamber, which for example contains washing-active substances for textile treatment, in particular for textile washing. The use of several bag chambers opens up the possibility of separate storage of different detergent preparations, which under certain circumstances react chemically with one another or if mixed for other reasons are not storage-stable. In addition, the use of several different detergent preparations within one washing process allows the release of several functionally different washing and / or additional substances, such as bleach, fabric softener or fragrances. If several bag chambers are provided, the individual detergent preparations within the bag chambers can have the same or different consistency and are preferably of a liquid consistency, for example liquid, gel-like or pasty, or of a solid consistency, for example powdery, granular, free-flowing or solid-like.
Verbindungsabschnitten miteinander versiegelt bzw. miteinander verbunden. Die Siegelabschnitte bzw. Siegelnähte liegen dann in einer sogenannten Siegel- bzw. Verbindungsebene der beiden Folien. After adding the detergent products in question to water, the film dissolves and releases the detergent preparation. The foil pouch can be formed from several water-soluble foils, whereby the water-soluble foil can preferably be PVA foil (polyvinyl alcohol foil). The films that can be used usually consist of polyvinyl alcohol copolymers with appropriate additives such as plasticizers, surfactants, bitter substances or salts. The film bag can be made from a water-soluble base film and a water-soluble cover film, which form the boundary walls of at least one bag chamber. The base film can be deep-drawn, for example in a plastically deforming manner, to form at least one bag chamber. The base film and the cover film are then sealed to one another or connected to one another in one or more sealing or connecting sections. The sealing sections or sealing seams then lie in a so-called sealing or connecting plane of the two films.
In particular with those detergent products that have a plurality of bag chambers separated from one another by sealing sections, but also with other detergent products in question standing type, further in particular with such detergent products with a large base area of the foil bag, two disadvantageous effects can be observed when used in textile washing machines. In washing machines that are designed as front loaders, the detergent product can be transported during a washing process due to the tumbling movement of the laundry and the flow conditions of the washing liquid in the washing drum in the area of a rubber sleeve of the washing machine provided as a door seal below the washing machine door and can float or float onto the rubber sleeve . be dragged there or conveyed by the laundry. The detergent product can settle there, stick together, since the water-soluble film shows a certain stickiness when it comes into contact with water, or it can get stuck and remains in this area for a longer period of time or even for the rest of the washing process. The film bag is then exposed to a less intensive rinsing with the washing liquid and there is no mechanical contact with the laundry and the laundry drum. Both of these have a negative effect on the dissolution behavior of the foil bag in the washing machine, with the foil bag dissolving more slowly and less completely than intended. As a result, after the end of a work cycle in the washing machine, residues of the detergent product, in particular film residues, can usually be found on the door seal. This is perceived by users of such products as annoying and as an indication of supposedly poor product quality. The cleaning of the door seal from adhering product residues leads to an undesirable additional expense when washing textiles. Also, when the laundry is removed from the laundry drum, the product residues are stripped off the door seal and then remain in the clean laundry.
In the case of washing machines designed as front loaders or top loaders, detergent products in particular with several bag chambers often tend to swim predominantly on the surface of the washing liquid in the laundry drum. This also leads to a reduced mechanical contact between the film bag and the laundry and with the laundry drum, combined with a poorer dissolution behavior of the film bag. The disadvantages of the foil bag floating on the washing liquid include, in particular, a delayed release of the detergent preparation and incomplete dissolution of the foil bag at the end of a work cycle in the washing machine.
Starting from the prior art described above, the invention is based on the object of providing a generic detergent product which enables improved use in textile washing machines, including in particular improved dissolution behavior of the film bag during the washing process. The detergent product according to the invention should in particular have a high rate of dissolution and a largely residue-free dissolution during a Mark the washing process. In addition, the detergent product should be able to be manufactured inexpensively and with little manufacturing effort.
To achieve the aforementioned object, it is proposed in a detergent product of the type mentioned that the film bag has at least one throughflow opening for washing water which is arranged outside the bag chamber and through which a flow through the sealed film layers is ensured, especially during a textile treatment application in a textile washing machine. As the washing liquid flows through the foil bag, the buoyancy and / or floating behavior and thus also the dissolution behavior (duration, degree of dissolution) of the foil bag can be advantageously influenced. In particular, the at least one through-flow opening makes it possible to ensure that the film bag does not float on the washing liquid for a longer period of time, but rather remains in the laundry, is transported around with it and, in particular, does not float onto the door seal of the washing machine below the washing machine door or is conveyed there and is immobilized there.
The term “detergent product” is to be understood broadly in the context of the invention and in particular also includes those products which are used for washing dishes in dishwashers. The term “detergent preparation” is therefore also to be understood broadly and also includes, for example, machine dishwashing detergent and rinse aid. The following statements relating to the use of the detergent product according to the invention in textile washing machines also apply correspondingly to configurations of the detergent product according to the invention for use in dishwashers, without going into detail.
The more intensive flow around the film bag with the washing liquid, which can be traced back to the through-flow opening, as well as the stronger and permanent contact of the film bag with the laundry and the laundry drum during the washing process results in a shorter dissolution time and a higher degree of dissolution of the film bag when used in a washing machine. The throughflow opening initially enables rapid wetting of the film bag from both sides, especially since water sometimes enters the washing machine from above, for example at the porthole in the door area, and also the formation of a favorable, particularly turbulent flow profile in the vicinity of the bag chambers. An intensive flow around the bag film and thus a high degree of resolution can also be achieved in the area between adjacent bag chambers.
A “throughflow opening” in the context of the invention is a material breakthrough in the film layers of the film bag (outside the bag chambers) through which a sufficiently large washing water flow can pass during a washing process, see above that the floating and / or the dissolving behavior of the film bag is measurably, in particular visually perceptible, improved. In other words, the throughflow opening means that the film bag not only floats on the washing liquid during a washing process, but is circulated as intensively as possible with the washing liquid and comes into intensive contact with the laundry. The flow through of the washing liquid accelerates the dissolution of the foil bag and increases the degree of dissolution after a predetermined washing time.
According to the invention, the bag chamber is formed by at least two, preferably only two, film layers sealed to one another in one or more sealing sections, the flow opening preferably being arranged in the area of a sealing section between two adjacent bag chambers. The area between two adjacent bag chambers is intensively flowed through or around the area between two adjacent bag chambers via the flow opening, which leads to an improved and more complete dissolution in this otherwise poorly flowed area.
According to the invention, the film pouch has a base surface or base surface lying in the sealing plane or the connecting plane of the films and the throughflow opening is provided in a central region of the base surface of the film bag. Tests carried out within the scope of the invention have shown that with a through-flow opening arranged in the central region of the film bag, particularly advantageous effects on the floating and dissolving behavior of the film bag can be achieved. In this context, the film pouch can be made from at least one water-soluble base film and at least one water-soluble cover film, which are tightly connected to one another in the sealing plane, the film pouch having a base surface or a base surface ("footprint") in the sealing plane and which Opening is provided in a central area of the base area spaced from the outer edge of the film bag and spaced apart from the bag chambers. The base area of the foil bag is limited by the outer contour line of the foil bag in the sealing plane. The base area can preferably be circular or polygonal, in particular square or rectangular. It goes without saying that the film bag can in principle also have a different contour shape in the sealing plane.
The film bag can have between two to ten bag chambers, preferably between three and five bag chambers.
Depending on the size of the throughflow opening, only one throughflow opening can preferably be provided in order to achieve the advantageous effects described above on the floating behavior and the dissolution behavior of the film bag. With only one, preferably centrally arranged, throughflow opening, a high intrinsic dimensional stability of the film bag can be ensured, in particular the bending or kinking of bag chambers of the film bag adjacent to the opening is not to be feared.
However, several throughflow openings can also be provided, but preferably fewer than ten throughflow openings, more preferably fewer than 5 throughflow openings, for example two or three throughflow openings.
A high intrinsic dimensional stability of the detergent product according to the invention can be achieved by non-linear sealing seams between the bag chambers and the throughflow opening (s).
All through-flow openings are preferably designed in the same way, which simplifies the manufacture of the detergent product and ensures a uniform through-flow. It is not excluded, however, that at least two flow openings of different sizes and / or of different shapes are provided, in particular between adjacent bag chambers with different geometries. The shape and / or the size of the throughflow openings can be adapted to the shape and / or the size of the adjacent bag chambers.
According to the invention, the shape and / or the size of the throughflow opening (s) can be optimized with a view to improved dissolution behavior and taking into account the highest possible intrinsic dimensional stability of the film bag.
The throughflow opening can be oval, in particular circular or elliptical, or polygonal, in particular triangular or square, or boomerang-shaped or star-shaped. Circular contours can be introduced into the film material in a technically simple and cost-effective manner by punching. In the case of non-circular contours, the laser cutting method is particularly suitable for producing the flow opening.
The shape of the throughflow opening can be adapted to the shape of at least one adjacent bag chamber. The outer contour of the flow in the sealing plane can then run at least in sections complementary to the outer contour of an adjacent bag chamber. “Complementary” within the meaning of the invention means “converging” or having the same curvature. The outer contour of the throughflow opening is preferably adapted to the outer contours of all adjacent bag chambers, the throughflow opening being able to have a changing distance from all bag chambers, but the same distance for all bag chambers.
A sealing section is provided between the bag chamber and the throughflow opening, it being possible for the sealing section to have a width between 1 and 5 mm, preferably between 2 and 3 mm. If the sealing section is made as narrow as possible, the user's gaze is directed to the bag chambers and their contents. The user then perceives the sealing sections less consciously, which leads to a high level of user acceptance of the detergent product according to the invention.
In order to achieve a high dimensional stability of the detergent product, the sealing sections between the bag chambers and the throughflow opening are preferably not designed in a straight line.
In order to influence the dissolution behavior of the detergent product according to the invention in the washing machine and to achieve a high intrinsic dimensional stability, the opening area of the flow opening can preferably be between 10 mm 2 and 400 mm 2 , more preferably between 15 mm 2 and 200 mm 2 . If several throughflow openings are provided, the total opening area of all throughflow openings can accordingly be between 10 mm 2 and 400 mm 2 , preferably between 15 mm 2 and 200 mm 2 .
The base area of the film bag, which is specified by the outer contour line of the film bag in the sealing plane, is, for example, in the range between 2000 mm 2 and 5000 mm 2 .
A very preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the proportion of the opening area of the throughflow opening in the base area of the film bag is between 0.5% and 50%, preferably between 4% and 20%. If several throughflow openings are provided, the proportion of the total opening area of all throughflow openings on the base area of the film bag can accordingly be in the same range.

To produce the
The
In the sealing plane or the connecting plane of the two films, the

During a washing process, washing water flows through the flow opening 10 through the
