Abstract

La présente invention concerne des procédés et un système (1) pour convertir du fer en acier dans un récipient métallurgique (3). Une pluralité de bobines d'émission et de réception CA (11 ; 11T, 11R) sont agencées dans les parois (5) du récipient (3) dans différentes positions et orientations par rapport à l'axe du récipient (A). Un niveau de remplissage (L1, L2) d'un matériau électriquement conducteur et/ou un matériau diélectrique dans le récipient (3) est déterminé sur la base de données de réception de signal CA.
