Claims (9)

  1. Appareil (1) de traitement de corps métalliques par déformation plastique, qui comprend un cadre de support (2) pour un carrousel (3) qui peut tourner par intermittence autour d'un axe de rotation principal (100) et définit une pluralité de sièges de support (3a) pour des corps métalliques respectifs à traiter amenés audit carrousel (3) au moyen d'un dispositif d'amenée, une table avant (5) étant prévue et pouvant se déplacer avec un mouvement de translation alternatif dans une direction qui est sensiblement parallèle audit axe de rotation principal (100) dudit carrousel (3), ladite table avant (5) supportant une pluralité de postes de traitement (5a) qui sont conçus pour se mettre en prise séquentiellement avec les corps métalliques supportés par ledit carrousel (3), un moteur d'actionnement (10) étant prévu pour déplacer ladite table avant (5) et des moyens de connexion (20) étant prévus entre un arbre d'actionnement (11), supporté de manière à pouvoir tourner par ledit cadre de support (2), et ladite table avant (5), lesdits moyens de connexion (20) étant aptes à convertir la rotation dudit arbre d'actionnement (11) en mouvement de translation alternatif de ladite table avant (5), dans lequel ledit moteur d'actionnement (10) est constamment mis en prise avec ledit arbre d'actionnement (11), caractérisé en ce que ledit arbre d'actionnement (11) tourne solidairement avec au moins un contrepoids (12).
  2. Appareil (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend des moyens de freinage (30) agissant directement sur ledit arbre d'actionnement (11).
  3. Appareil (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit moteur d'actionnement (10) est directement mis en prise avec ledit arbre d'actionnement (11).
  4. Appareil (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de connexion (20) comprennent un ensemble bielle-manivelle.
  5. Appareil (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble bielle-manivelle comprend ledit arbre d'actionnement (11) qui définit une bielle et une manivelle (21) associées audit arbre d'actionnement (11).
  6. Appareil (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins un arbre intermédiaire (13), qui est supporté de manière à pouvoir tourner par ledit cadre de support (2) et tourne dans le sens opposé par rapport audit arbre d'actionnement (11).
  7. Appareil (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins deux arbres intermédiaires (13) agencés à une position diamétralement opposée par rapport audit arbre d'actionnement (11).
  8. Appareil (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un arbre intermédiaire (13) peut être connecté cinématiquement audit arbre d'actionnement (11) .
  9. Appareil (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un deuxième moteur d'actionnement (40) dudit carrousel, une unité de commande étant prévue pour gérer ledit premier moteur d'actionnement (10) et ledit deuxième moteur d'actionnement (40) et étant apte à synchroniser le mouvement en va-et-vient alternatif de ladite table avant (5) et la rotation intermittente autour dudit axe de rotation principal (100) dudit carrousel (3).
