Alternatively, the panel has to be kept in place by using tools such as clamps.

  • Exemplary isolating materials are preferably bitumen felt and bitumen gum.
  • the holding means gains advantages. It allows installation of a row of roofing panels prior to seaming, which makes the assembly faster and safer. In addition, the use of clamps or other tools to hold the roofing panels in place during assembly can be avoided.

Claims (10)

  1. Élément allongé (410) pour le montage de panneaux de toiture sur un substrat de toit, l'élément allongé comprenant une pluralité de pattes (411a-i) adaptées pour s'engager avec le panneau de toiture,
    un rebord (417a, b) entre la pluralité de pattes, adapté pour renforcer l'élément allongé,
    et un rebord de base (412) adapté pour être ancré dans le substrat de toit par le biais d'un moyen de fixation,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément allongé comprend un moyen de retenue (418) en tant que rebord supplémentaire au niveau de la première extrémité (412A) du rebord de base, lequel s'étend perpendiculairement au rebord de base (412) tout en s'étendant à partir du rebord (417a) et en formant un angle de courbure aigu γ avec celui-ci, tourné vers l'extérieur à partir du rebord (417a) dans une direction opposée au rebord de base (412), dans lequel le moyen de retenue (418) s'étend substantiellement dans une direction x par rapport au système de coordonnées (499), la direction x étant la direction longitudinale de l'élément allongé et parallèle à la jonction entre le rebord de base (412) et le rebord (417a, b), la direction z étant la direction le long de laquelle le rebord de base (412) s'étend à partir du rebord (417a, b), et la direction y étant la direction le long de laquelle le rebord (417a, b) s'étend à partir du rebord de base (412), le moyen de retenue étant adapté pour engager l'élément allongé sur le panneau de toiture de telle façon que l'élément allongé maintient sa position pendant l'assemblage.
  2. Élément allongé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une ou plusieurs des pattes comprennent :
    - une bande (413a, b) s'étendant à partir d'un premier côté (412a) du rebord de base, la bande étant substantiellement perpendiculaire au rebord de base,
    - un rebord latéral (414a, b) s'étendant à partir de la bande, le rebord latéral étant substantiellement parallèle au rebord de base tout en étant tourné vers l'extérieur par rapport au rebord de base, et
    - un rebord de soudure (415a, b) s'étendant à partir du rebord latéral.
  3. Élément allongé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le rebord de base (412) comprend une pluralité de trous (416) pour le moyen de fixation.
  4. Élément allongé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'élément allongé comprend un moyen d'isolation (419) engagé avec le rebord de base, le moyen d'isolation étant adapté pour être positionné entre le rebord de base et le substrat de toit.
  5. Élément allongé selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le moyen d'isolation comprend du bitume, en particulier du feutre bitumé ou de la gomme bitumée.
  6. Système de panneaux de toiture comprenant un panneau de toiture (500, 600) engagé avec un élément allongé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
  7. Système de panneaux de toiture selon la revendication 6 avec un élément allongé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le rebord de soudure (515) est courbé de telle façon que la patte (511) entoure un rebord latéral (504) du panneau de toiture.
  8. Système de panneaux de toiture selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel l'élément allongé comprend un moyen de retenue (618) et dans lequel le moyen de retenue est courbé sur une partie de paroi latérale (602) du panneau de toiture (600).
  9. Toit comprenant un ou plusieurs éléments allongés selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
  10. Utilisation d'un élément allongé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 et d'un système de panneaux de toiture selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8 pour une installation sur un toit.
