Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et le système adéquat pour réguler la consommation d'énergie d'une installation électrique et/ou de climatisation, et une installation électrique consistant à collecter des données de consommation d'énergie par des détecteurs et/ou des instruments de mesure appropriés et à les transmettre à une passerelle qui les envoie à un système de collecte et de traitement à distance. L'utilisateur introduit dans sa propre zone un pourcentage d'économie souhaité ; le système calcule la ligne de consommation moyenne de l'utilisateur et la compare à la consommation objective ; et signale la différence entre la consommation moyenne et la consommation objective. Le procédé permet également l'acquisition dans une zone d'utilisateur des conditions économiques du contrat du fournisseur d'énergie ; la collecte des conditions économiques d'autres fournisseurs d'énergie différents du premier fournisseur et le traitement des données afin d'identifier le fournisseur le plus avantageux.
