In
Die Arretierung der teleskopierbaren Vertikalstrebe 3 erfolgt mittels zweier Haltevorrichtungen 6, so durch einen Bolzen je Segment. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt die Arretierung der drehbar gelagerten Auflagestrebe, so die Einstellung des lichten Maßes (h) des Mauls, mittels eines biegeschlaffen Lastmittels 7, welches relativ zur Vertikalstrebe 3 in Richtung des Mauls 5 des C-Greifers 1 verschoben an der Oberstrebe 2 und der Auflagestrebe 4 mittels drehbarer Aufnahmen 8 angeschlagen ist. Das biegeschlaffe Lastmittel 7 ist dabei parallel verschoben zur Vertikalstrebe 3 in Richtung des Mauls 5 des C-Greifers 1 an der Oberstrebe 2 und der Auflagestrebe 4 angeschlagen. Das biegeschlaffe Lastmittel 7 ist im Ausführungsbeispiel eine Schlinge und an drehbar gelagerten Aufnahmen 8, nämlich Rollen, an der Oberstrebe 2 und der Auflagestrebe 4 angeordnet. Es ist in seiner Länge veränderbar. Auflagestrebe und Vertikalstrebe sind jedoch in Ausführungsbeispiel in einem rechten Winkel zueinander angeordnet.The telescopic
Die Oberstrebe 2 weist eine bekannte relativ zum Auflageelement 4 verschiebbare und in das Maul 5 des C-Greifers 1 weisende Klemmvorrichtung 10 auf, um das Hebegut 14 arretieren zu können. Die Klemmvorrichtung 10 selbst ist versetzt zur Vertikalstrebe 3 und zu dem biegeschlaffen Lastmittel 7 in Richtung Maul 5 an der Oberstrebe 2 angeordnet und in Richtung der Auflagestrebe 9 verschiebbar, sodass in Arretierstellung auf das Hebegut 14 eine Kraft ausgeübt werden kann, die ein Verrutschen desselben verhindert beziehungsweise minimiert. Im Einsatz in der Arretierstellung wird sodann ebenfalls das biegeschlaffe Lastmittel 7 gespannt. Es nimmt dann die auf den C-Greifer 1, so die Auflagestrebe 4 und die Vertikalstrebe 3, wirkenden Zugkräfte auf,
In einem Volumen minimierten Zustand des C-Greifers 1 sind Elemente der Vertikalstrebe 3 zusammengeschoben. Zudem ist das biegeschlaffe Lastmittel 7 abgenommen. Die Arretierung der Auflagetraverse erfolgt dann mittels einer starren Strebe 15,

Claims (12)
- A C-gripper (1) for handling a load (14), consisting of- an upper strut (2), a vertical strut (3) and a support strut (4), on or at which the load (14) can be arranged, wherein- the upper strut (2) and the vertical strut (3) are rigidly connected to one another,- the support strut (4) is connected in a rotatably mounted manner to the vertical strut (3), so that a clear dimension (h) of a mouth (5) of the C-gripper (1) can be modified,- the vertical strut (3) is telescopable,- the telescopable vertical strut (3) is locked by means of a holding device (6), and- the rotatably mounted support strut (4) is locked by means of at least one non-rigid loading means (7) which, displaced relative to the vertical strut (3) in the direction of the mouth (5) of the C-gripper (1), is arranged at the upper strut (2) and the support strut (4) .
- The C-gripper (1) according to Claim 1, wherein the at least one non-rigid loading means (7), displaced parallel to the vertical strut (3) in the direction of the mouth (5) of the C-gripper (1), is arranged at the upper strut (2) and the support strut (4).
- The C-gripper (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, wherein the at least one non-rigid loading means (7) is a sling having rotatably mounted receptacles (8) at the upper strut (2) and the support strut (4).
- The C-gripper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the length of the at least one non-rigid loading means (7) is adjustable.
- The C-gripper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the support strut (4) is arranged at a right angle to the telescopic strut (3).
- The C-gripper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the support strut (4) has multiple height-adjustable support segments (9) in order to adapt to the outer geometry of the load (14), which support segments extend into the mouth (5) of the C-gripper (1).
- The C-gripper (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the upper strut (2) has a clamping device (10) which can be displaced relative to the support strut (4) and which points into the mouth (5) of the C-gripper (1) in order to lock the load (14).
- The C-gripper (1) according to Claim 7, wherein the clamping device (10) is arranged offset to the vertical strut (3) in the direction of the mouth (5) and to the at least one non-rigid loading means (7) at the upper strut (2), and can be displaced in the direction of the support strut (4).
- A cross-member (11) for handling a load, wherein the cross-member (11) has at least one C-gripper (1) according to any one of Claims 1 to 8.
- The cross-member (11) according to Claim 9, wherein the cross-member (11) has two C-grippers (1) at its free ends.
- The cross-member (11) according to Claim 9 or 10, wherein the cross-member (11) is composed of at least two segments (12) which are rotatably mounted with respect to one another.
- The cross-member (11) according to Claim 11, wherein the at least two segments (12) are each connected to one another in a rotatably mounted manner at narrow sides (13) and can consequently be folded.
