Ausführung der ErfindungImplementation of the invention

How from Fig. 1 can be seen, the two receiving elements, lower 10 and upper 11 receiving element, consist of a cardboard box a lower plate 101, 111 and four side walls 102, 112 that can be folded at an angle of approximately 90 ° to the plate 101, 111. The lower plate 101, 111 is preferably adapted to the inside dimensions of a folding box 3 such that the side walls 102, 112 folded at an angle of approximately 90 ° bear against the inside walls of the folding box 3.

Since standard dimensions are generally used in the production of folding cartons, the width and depth of the receiving elements 10, 11 can preferably be adapted to these standard dimensions.

Dies ermöglicht eine Platz sparende Lagerung der erfindungsgemäßen Kartoneinlage 1.The receiving elements 10, 11 are particularly advantageously formed from a flat blank with folds 103, 113 for folding the side walls 102, 112. This enables space-saving storage of the cardboard insert 1 according to the invention.

If cardboard inlays 1 for folding boxes 3 are to be realized in different sizes with the inlays, it is advisable to provide a plurality of spaced folds 103, 113 for folding the side walls 102, 112, in order thereby to realize different sizes of the folded-in receiving elements 10, 11. In this version, the crease should, however, be designed with the recordings 100, 110 in mind.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, the receiving element 10 is configured with side walls 102 folded down and can be inserted into the folding box 3 such that a space is created between the bottom part 300 of the folding box 3 and the receptacles 100. The intermediate space causes a spacing between the bottom part 300 of the folding box 3 and the receptacles 100 of the lower receiving element 10, which causes the bottle-like containers 2 standing on the bottom part 200 of the folding box 3 to be held securely.

Conversely, it is also advantageous that the receiving element 11 with side walls 112 folded upward is designed in this way and in the folding box 3 can be inserted so that a space is created between the upper part 301 of the folding box 3 and the receptacles 110.

The cardboard insert 1 and thus the receiving elements 10, 11 preferably have a square cross section.

Like from the Figures 1-6 , 7 and 8 can be seen, the recordings 100, 110 can have a polygonal or round cross section.

How from Fig. 6 can be seen, receptacles 110, receptacles 110 for the bottle bottom 21 of the bottle-like containers 2 and receptacles 100 for holding the bottle necks 20 are alternately arranged in the receiving element. It is particularly preferred to use two receiving elements 10, 11 in a carton, which are identical in terms of their shape and the arrangement of the receptacles 100, 110, the two receiving elements 10, 11 being arranged mirror-inverted in the carton.

Due to the staggered arrangement upside down, the weight distribution within the carton 3 is optimized, the load is evenly distributed over both receiving elements 10, 11. In addition, only one type of receiving element 10, 11 is necessary. Due to the offset arrangement, a receiving element 10, 11 only has to be turned over and can thus function as an upper insert in the carton 3.

How from Fig. 6 As can be seen, a receiving element 10, 11 is preferably formed from a plurality of sections 104a, 104b104c which can be folded over one another by means of folds, with each fold area 106a, 106b particularly preferably comprising at least two folds 105a, 105b for forming at least one section 107, by means of which the sections 104a and 104b and 104b and 104c can be folded over one another at a distance from one another.

The receptacles 100, 110 of the respective subsections 104a, 104b104c are arranged and designed such that the respective receptacles 100, 110 of the subsection 104a and the receptacles 100, 110 of the subsection 104b as well as the respective receptacles 100, 110 of the subsection 104b and the receptacles 100, 110 of the subsection 104c are aligned one above the other.

How from Fig. 7 As can be seen, the sections 104a, 104b, 104c which can be folded one above the other are designed such that the outer sections 104a, 104c only overlap the inner section 104b in the folded state to form a gap 108.

Before use, the large receptacles 100 are closed and only pre-punched. By pushing the bottle bottoms 21 in, flaps 109 press downward and wedge in the space between the top and bottom of the receiving element, so that the receiving element 10, 11 becomes more pressure-stable. In addition, the container 2 is better protected laterally.

The side tabs 114 ensure that the receiving element 10, 11 is stabilized, since the corrugated cardboard that is preferably used is stabilized by the kink. In addition, it serves as a cushion against external influences such as sharp edges or objects that may penetrate the outer carton from the outside.

The cardboard insert 1 according to the invention is not limited in its design to the preferred embodiments specified above. Rather, a large number of design variations are conceivable, which make use of the solution shown even when the design is fundamentally different.
