Definitions
- the invention relates to an insole for correcting misalignments with an elastically deformable soft sole body extending from the heel to at least in the midfoot region and which has a lateral and a medial support wall in the heel, which form a heel cup, wherein Sole body is embedded a U-shaped stabilizing bracket having a flat base in the sole body and, starting from the sides of the base, a lateral and a medial tongue, which are directed upward and each extending into one of the support walls.
- Such an insole is in the US 3,825,017A described.
- the two tongues are located in the area of the metatarsal bones.
- An insole is z. B. also from the US 2007/0074430 A1 known.
- the stiffened heel cup should support the foot, for which it encloses the heel both laterally and rearwardly.
- the complete enclosure of the heel with a stiffened heel cup has the disadvantage that a torsion of the insole is difficult around its longitudinal axis, whereby the rolling of the foot is hampered when walking.
- the heel bone protrudes backwards over the anklebone and is connected to the foot via elastic straps, so that it is both lateral Side of the foot can pivot as well - based on a rear view of a right foot - can rotate counterclockwise. If the ligaments are too weak or if they are already deformed, the heel bone tends to bend medially while walking, with both movements overlapping.
- the heel bone should be erected when rolling from a medial kinked position or a kinking can be prevented.
- the invention provides that the tongues are staggered with respect to the longitudinal direction of the insole, so that the lateral tongue on the posterior lateral side region of the heel bone and the medial tongue on the underside against the heel bone balcony located in the anterior medial side region
- the medial tongue of the medial tongue on the heel bone is located above the middle point of force of the lateral aspect of the heel bone and the median tongue is located on the lateral side of the heel bone lies.
- the stabilization bracket In contrast to the sole body, which is elastically deformable, the stabilization bracket is stiff. Therefore, the support walls not only enclose the heel, but the tongues also exert a pressure on both sides of the heel bone when rolling, which leads to an erecting of the heel bone. It works the lateral tongue against lateral pivoting of the heel bone as it is supported on the lateral aspect of the heel bone, and the medial tongue counteracts rotation of the heel bone as it is supported on the heel bone balcony.
- the insole of the invention can also be considered and referred to as 3D correction sole.
- the buckling of the foot inwards is prevented by the stiff design of the stabilization clip.
- a counter-pressure of the medial tongue building up on the medial side of the heel during unwinding a bending of the heel due to the weight of the body on it is prevented.
- the lateral tongue of the posterior of the ankle region of the heel bone and the medial tongue are laterally of the below the ankle bone area of the heel bone.
- the medial force application point of the medial tongue on the heel bone is above the middle point of application of the lateral tongue, so that a torque is exerted on the heel bone, which is opposite to a bending of the heel bone inwards.
- the tongues thus cause a straight position of the heel bone and counteract a buckling of the ankle inwards.
- the above-mentioned support is particularly effective.
- the position of the lateral tongue behind the ankle bone causes a false negative pressure on the back of the heel, so that it is erected.
- the rear edge of the base is spaced from the rear end of the sole body such that the heel attachment point is outside the base.
- the base has a concave profile of its edge at its rear end. By this free cut, the touchdown point of the heel is behind the base and is supported by the elastically deformable soft sole body.
- the base at its front end on a forward-facing projection, which extends below the arch of the foot.
- the base gets a broad embedding in the sole body, so that the forces acting on the tongues can be absorbed in the entire insole.
- the base of the stabilization bracket in front of the lateral tongue and laterally of the projection has a cutout, so that the base of the Os metatarsale V rests against a region of the sole body, which is not hardened by the stabilization bracket.
- a contestwölbe is formed in the sole body, wherein the medial support wall with the medial tongue located therein adjoins the side of the contemplatgewölbe al.
- the foot is thus supported from below by the foot arch support and from the inside laterally by the medial support wall.
- An insole 1 extends over the entire area of the sole, ie from the heel to the toes. In principle, however, it can also be a so-called 2/3-long insole that extends from the heel to the midfoot area.
- the insole 1 itself consists of an elastically deformable sole body 2 made of a foamed plastic, which allows a sufficient soft bedding of the sole of the foot. In the area of the arch of the foot, a foot arch support is therefore formed in the foamed plastic, the height of which is determined for the respective user of the insole.
- a lateral and a medial support wall 3, 4 are further formed in the foamed plastic, which form a heel cup 5.
- a stabilizing bracket 6 made of a rigid material, which in the FIG. 3 is shown in a side view.
- the stabilizing bracket 6 has two tongues 7, 8, which are integrally connected to a base 9. How dotted in the Fig. 1 and Fig. 2
- the base 7 extends flat through the region of the sole body 2 between the two support walls 3, 4.
- the tongues 7, 8 are only via the base 9 with each other connected. They therefore do not form a shell having a heel rearwardly enclosing connecting portion.
- the modulus of elasticity of the material of the stabilizing bracket 6 is selected so that the tongues 7, 8 are in each case bent outward can, but still build a sufficiently high resistance to a kinking of the heel bone.
- the supporting action on the heel bone thus starts from the stabilizing bracket 6, while the sole body 2 serves for the soft support of the foot and as a support for the stabilizing bracket 6.
- the heel bone 16 is located and extends from there over the ankle bone 15 also backwards. On its medial side, the heel bone 16 below the ankle bone 15 has a laterally protruding extension, the heel bone balcony 17.
- the lateral tongue 7 lies laterally of the heel bone 15 located behind the ankle bone 15. Its height and shape is chosen so that it can exert a pressure on the rear lateral region of the heel bone 16, wherein its pressure effect is defined by an average force application point.
- the medial tongue 8 lies laterally of the area of heel bone 16 lying below the ankle bone 15. Its height and shape are chosen so that it can exert pressure on the heel bone balcony 17 of the heel bone 16, its pressure effect also being defined by a middle force application point.
- the force application points of the two tongues 7, 8 are adjusted so that the medial tongue 8 is higher than that of the lateral tongue 7. Thereby, a torque is exerted on the heel bone 16, which counteracts a kinking of the foot inwards.
- the transition between the tongues 7, 8 and the base 9 is fluid and adapted to the respective foot shape.
- the laterally lateral edge of the projection 10 has a profile such that a cutout 22 is located laterally of it and in front of the lateral tongue 7.
- a cutout 22 is located laterally of it and in front of the lateral tongue 7.
- the two tongues 7, 8 are offset in the longitudinal direction of the insole 1 against each other. Connecting the two force application points by a line of action 21, it extends at an angle oblique to the longitudinal extent of the insole 1. In this embodiment, the angle is about 45 °.

Description
The invention relates to an insole for correcting misalignments with an elastically deformable soft sole body extending from the heel to at least in the midfoot region and which has a lateral and a medial support wall in the heel, which form a heel cup, wherein Sole body is embedded a U-shaped stabilizing bracket having a flat base in the sole body and, starting from the sides of the base, a lateral and a medial tongue, which are directed upward and each extending into one of the support walls.

The heel bone protrudes backwards over the anklebone and is connected to the foot via elastic straps, so that it is both lateral Side of the foot can pivot as well - based on a rear view of a right foot - can rotate counterclockwise. If the ligaments are too weak or if they are already deformed, the heel bone tends to bend medially while walking, with both movements overlapping.
In some deformities of the foot but it is not enough to completely enclose the heel. Rather, a guide of the foot when rolling on the sole of the foot to be made possible, which counteracts the malposition. Above all, the heel bone should be erected when rolling from a medial kinked position or a kinking can be prevented.
To solve the problem, the invention provides that the tongues are staggered with respect to the longitudinal direction of the insole, so that the lateral tongue on the posterior lateral side region of the heel bone and the medial tongue on the underside against the heel bone balcony located in the anterior medial side region The medial tongue of the medial tongue on the heel bone is located above the middle point of force of the lateral aspect of the heel bone and the median tongue is located on the lateral side of the heel bone lies.
In contrast to the sole body, which is elastically deformable, the stabilization bracket is stiff.
However, since the two tongues have no connection enclosing the rear of the heel, the insole as a whole is stiffened beyond the necessary extent.
The straightness of the heel thus achieved affects the entire posture. Above all, the connection of the femur to the acetabular cup optimized, which in turn affects the alignment of the spine.
Since the effect of the insole not only refers to a 2-dimensional support of the foot from below, but includes a repositioning of the heel bone in a third dimension, the insole of the invention can also be considered and referred to as 3D correction sole.
In this way, it is achieved that the heel bone is brought into a neutral position and internal rotation of the tibia is prevented, which in turn causes a corporeal correction of pelvic and spinal deformities.
The buckling of the foot inwards is prevented by the stiff design of the stabilization clip. By a counter-pressure of the medial tongue building up on the medial side of the heel during unwinding, a bending of the heel due to the weight of the body on it is prevented.
Thus, the lateral tongue of the posterior of the ankle region of the heel bone and the medial tongue are laterally of the below the ankle bone area of the heel bone.
In this case, the medial force application point of the medial tongue on the heel bone is above the middle point of application of the lateral tongue, so that a torque is exerted on the heel bone, which is opposite to a bending of the heel bone inwards.
The tongues thus cause a straight position of the heel bone and counteract a buckling of the ankle inwards.
In the position of the medial tongue below the ankle bone, the above-mentioned support is particularly effective. The position of the lateral tongue behind the ankle bone causes a false negative pressure on the back of the heel, so that it is erected.
Preferably, the rear edge of the base is spaced from the rear end of the sole body such that the heel attachment point is outside the base.
The supporting effect on the heel bone is retained. At the same time, however, the torsion about the longitudinal axis is improved. In this embodiment, under the landing point of the heel, only the elastically deformable sole body and no portion of the base are located, so that the appearance of the heel is damped and does not experience any impact by the hard material of the stabilization bracket.
In order not to burden the point of contact of the heel bone on the insole by the hard base, it is provided that the base has a concave profile of its edge at its rear end. By this free cut, the touchdown point of the heel is behind the base and is supported by the elastically deformable soft sole body.
Opposite to this cut-free, the base at its front end on a forward-facing projection, which extends below the arch of the foot. In this way, the base gets a broad embedding in the sole body, so that the forces acting on the tongues can be absorbed in the entire insole.
Furthermore, the base of the stabilization bracket in front of the lateral tongue and laterally of the projection has a cutout, so that the base of the Os metatarsale V rests against a region of the sole body, which is not hardened by the stabilization bracket.
Preferably, a Fußgewölbestütze is formed in the sole body, wherein the medial support wall with the medial tongue located therein adjoins the side of the Fußgewölbestütze. The foot is thus supported from below by the foot arch support and from the inside laterally by the medial support wall.
