- the two communication members 10, 24 (adjacent conjugate antennas) allow wireless detection / reading / communication regardless of the angular relative orientation of the body 20 with respect to the cap 1 about a vertical axis central of the bottle.
- This electronic member 24 may in particular include a graphic display module, a telecommunications module, etc.
- the electronic communication and data storage device 10 of the bottle 6 can be configured to communicate according to at least one of the following variations of the radio-frequency communication technology RFID ("Radio-Frequency Identification): Ultra-High Frequency RFID (“UHF RFID”), High-Frequency RFID (“HF RFID”), according to one of the NFC standards dedicated to Near Field Communications (“NFC RFID”: “Near Field Communication”, for example according to the ISO 15693 standard).
- Radio-Frequency Identification Ultra-High Frequency RFID
- HF RFID High-Frequency RFID
- NFC RFID Near Field Communication
- NFC technology here in the broad sense designates near-field coupling communication in the HF or UHF bands in particular, but not exclusively that of the ISO 14443 and ISO 15693 standards.
- NFC is an ISO 14443 standard which is one of the standards.
- RFID technologies can relate to other frequencies and / or standards. The invention may relate to frequencies from a few KHz to 1 GHz
- RFID technology is a wireless communication technology between an interrogator device, or reader, and an interrogator device, or "tag" (transponder).
- the reader brings energy and information to the "tag” in the form of a modulated electric, magnetic or electromagnetic field; the “tag” returns information to the reader by modulating the characteristics of its coupling with the field generated by the reader, which induces a return of energy to the reader, modulated according to the information to be transmitted.
- the UHF variation is characterized by an operating band between 860 and 960 MHz, a maximum distance between the reader and the tag of the order of 10m, the emission by the reader of an electromagnetic wave propagating among others towards the " tag ”, and backscattered by it by adapting its antenna parameters. This variation is well suited to the logistics of batches of objects.
- the HF variation is characterized by an operating band centered on 13.56 MHz, for a maximum distance between the reader and the tag of the order of ten centimeters to a few meters.
- the coupling between the reader and the "tag” is generally done by means of a magnetic field, typically at means of two coils adapted in impedance, one on the “tag” and the other on the reader, the “tag” being able to adapt its impedance to transmit information to the reader by modifying the coupling between the two devices.
- This variation is well suited to object-by-object logistics, and to secure transactions (identification, payment, etc.) because information does not propagate much around the reader-“tag” system thanks to the theoretically purely magnetic coupling.
- the “tag” is generally a passive device, since all of its energy is contributed by the reader. So-called “semi-passive” or “semi-active” systems exist, in which the “tag” embeds an energy source used to supply its on-board electronics, but communication is always done by adaptation / mismatching of the coupling channel, without energy emission by the tag. Finally, there are “active” tags which are capable, by means of an onboard energy source, of emitting radiation to the reader (or of acting both as “tag” and reader).
- the electronic component 24 of the filling and / or tapping device can also include a radio tag using a longer range communication protocol, for example “RFID »Operating in the 868 MHz band, associated with the same chip or not electronic as that for the near field.
- RFID Radio Tag
- the electronic devices 10, 24 can form a system for detecting the connected position of the filling / withdrawing device on the valve 7 of the bottle 6.
- This detection can be carried out by means of an electrical switch placed on the body 20, a switch which is actuated when the body is connected to the valve of the bottle 6.
- a contactor can be placed in a high connection member. body pressure 20, and actuated by the movement of moving parts of the device which occurs during connection to the valve 7 of the bottle 6 (and / or during an actuation / movement of a control member of a valve ).
- Connection detection can also be achieved by means of an inductive or capacitive sensor placed on the body and which is sensitive to the proximity of the metal mass of the valve 7 and / or of the bottle 6.
- the connection can be detected by placing on or in the electronic communication device of the cap 1 a magnetic strip or at least one magnet (cf. ref. 17 figure 2 ), intended to cooperate with an electric microswitch located on the body 20 and sensitive to the presence of these magnetic elements (for example a “reed” switch).
- the magnetic track or the magnet is arranged in the electronic device 10 (Tag or other) and in this case cooperates with a contactor or switch (Switch for example) with magnetic control (for example of the “reed bulb” type. ) arranged in the lower part of the body 20, in particular in the immediate vicinity of the electronic component 24 (antenna) (see below).
- the information on the presence or absence of connection to a valve 7 of the bottle 6 can be stored in a central memory of the electronic organ 24 of the body 20.
- This information makes it possible to automatically or not automatically trigger an attempt to read the information carried by the electronic component 10 of the cap 1.
- the electronic device (antenna or other) can be activated briefly periodically to measure its impedance.
- the latter would be switched to extended communication mode only if the measured impedance has varied sufficiently, indicating that one is approaching an external communication device.
- the cap 1 comprises a second wall 3 arranged concentrically in a spaced manner around the first wall 1 and delimiting a protection zone of the first wall 2.
- the second wall 3 comprises for example an annular portion 13 arranged concentrically around the first wall 2 and connected to the first wall via several connecting arms 23.
- the upper end 12 of the first wall 2 delimiting the access orifice 5 protrudes above of the second wall 3. That is to say that the electronic device 10 for communication and data storage is arranged above the second wall 3 (for example at a vertical distance of a few centimeters 0-10cm above the second wall 3).
- the peripheral surface of the first wall 2 may include a member 9 for displaying information representative of the quantity of fluid contained in the bottle on which the cap is mounted.
- this display member 9 comprising a digital screen, for example an electronic paper ("e-paper").
- e-paper electronic paper
- any other suitable member can be envisaged and in particular a pressure gauge.
- This display unit 9 can be connected and controlled by the electronic unit 10 for communication and storage of the cap 1 or that 24 of the filling / withdrawal device and / or by a pressure sensor in the bottle 6.
- This display member 9 may also be of the electronic paper (“e-paper”) or “cholesteric LCD” type.
- e-paper electronic paper
- cholesteric LCD cholesteric LCD

L'invention peut concerner des fréquences de quelques KHz à 1 GHz“NFC” technology here in the broad sense designates near-field coupling communication in the HF or UHF bands in particular, but not exclusively that of the ISO 14443 and ISO 15693 standards. “NFC” is an ISO 14443 standard which is one of the standards. RFID technologies. Of course, the invention can relate to other frequencies and / or standards. The invention may relate to frequencies from a few KHz to 1 GHz
In general, the reader brings energy and information to the "tag" in the form of a modulated electric, magnetic or electromagnetic field; the “tag” returns information to the reader by modulating the characteristics of its coupling with the field generated by the reader, which induces a return of energy to the reader, modulated according to the information to be transmitted.
The UHF variation is characterized by an operating band between 860 and 960 MHz, a maximum distance between the reader and the tag of the order of 10m, the emission by the reader of an electromagnetic wave propagating among others towards the " tag ”, and backscattered by it by adapting its antenna parameters. This variation is well suited to the logistics of batches of objects.
The HF variation is characterized by an operating band centered on 13.56 MHz, for a maximum distance between the reader and the tag of the order of ten centimeters to a few meters. The coupling between the reader and the "tag" is generally done by means of a magnetic field, typically at means of two coils adapted in impedance, one on the “tag” and the other on the reader, the “tag” being able to adapt its impedance to transmit information to the reader by modifying the coupling between the two devices. This variation is well suited to object-by-object logistics, and to secure transactions (identification, payment, etc.) because information does not propagate much around the reader-“tag” system thanks to the theoretically purely magnetic coupling.
The “tag” is generally a passive device, since all of its energy is contributed by the reader.
In addition to the means enabling near-field communication (NFC) to be carried out, the
This detection can be carried out by means of an electrical switch placed on the

According to another possible particularity, the electronic device (antenna or other) can be activated briefly periodically to measure its impedance. - Device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that, in the connection position of the filling and/or bleeding-off member, the two antennas (11), (24) are very close, i.e. at 0.1cm to 2cm and in particular, superposed.
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the electronic communication devices (10, 24) of the cap (1) and of the filling and/or bleeding-off member form a system for detecting the connected position of the filling/bleeding-off device on the tap (7) of the cylinder (6).
- Device according to claim 12, characterised in that the detection system is achieved by means of an electric contactor placed on the body (20) of the filling and/or bleeding-off member, contactor which is actuated when the body (20) is connected to the tap (7) of the cylinder (6) and/or a contactor placed in a high-pressure connection member of the body (20), and actuated by the movement of mobile device parts which occurs during the connection to the tap (7) of the cylinder (6) and/or during an actuation/movement of a member for controlling a valve.
- Device according to claim 12, characterised in that the system for detecting the connection is achieved by means of an inductive or capacitive sensor placed on the body (20) and which is sensitive to the proximity of the metal ground of the tap (7) and/or of the cylinder (6).
- Device according to claim 12, characterised in that the detector system, the detection of the connection is achieved by placing on or in the electronic communication device (10) of the cap (1), a magnetic track or at least one magnet, intended to engage with an electric micro-contactor situated on the body (20) and sensitive to the presence of these magnetic elements being, for example, a "reed" switch, the magnetic track or the magnet being arranged, for example, in the electronic member (10) of the cap (1) and engaging, in this case, with a contactor or magnetic control switch arranged in the bottom of the body (20), in the immediate proximity of the electronic communication member (24) of the filling and/or bleeding-off member.
- Device according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterised in that the electronic member (10) of the cap (1) and/or the cap comprises inclusions of material(s) with high magnetic permeability, in particular a ferrite-based material, to concentrate the magnetic field lines towards the member (24) and to limit the effect of the Foucault currents in the metal surrounding communication of the filling and/or bleeding-off member, the inclusions having the form of a housing of which the transversal cross-section forms an open "V" towards the communication direction, i.e. outwards and upwards when the cap (1) is in a vertical position, the wire of the antenna (11) being placed inside the "V".
