Claims (14)

  1. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge (10) comprenant une élingue ronde (50) ayant un toron (54) avec une première extrémité (54a) et une seconde extrémité (54b) positionné parmi une pluralité de torons centraux (54) et un couvercle (56),
    un système de capteur sans fil (12) qui peut être monté sur l'élingue ronde (50), une station de base sans fil (14) comprenant au moins un récepteur sans fil (22) configuré de manière à communiquer sans fil avec de multiples systèmes de capteur sans fil déployés (12) ; et
    caractérisé en ce que le système de capteur sans fil (12) comprend au moins une jauge de contrainte (18) reliée électriquement à un émetteur sans fil (20), la jauge de contrainte (18) mesurant la contrainte sur le toron (54) ;

  2. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    un terminal de commande (16) comprenant au moins un dispositif informatique (24) destiné à calculer et à afficher la tension sur l'élingue ronde (50).
  3. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    une batterie (76) configurée de manière à alimenter la jauge de contrainte (18), la batterie (76) étant reliée à l'élingue ronde (50).
  4. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 3, selon lequel la batterie est configurée de manière à recharger quand elle est soumise à des vibrations.
  5. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 3, selon lequel la batterie (76) est configurée de manière à recharger via l'énergie solaire.
  6. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 3, selon lequel la batterie (76) est une cellule d'énergie piézoélectrique.
  7. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre une puce de surveillance environnementale (30) reliée à l'émetteur sans fil (20), la puce de surveillance environnementale (30) étant configurée de manière à surveiller au moins l'un des éléments suivants : la température, l'humidité, le pH, la lumière visible ambiante, la lumière ultraviolette ambiante, la vibration, la conductivité, les produits chimiques dangereux et les gaz dangereux.
  8. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 2, selon lequel le dispositif informatique (24) est configuré de manière à calculer une santé prévue de l'élingue ronde (50).
  9. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 8, selon lequel le dispositif informatique (24) est configuré de manière à prédire la santé de l'élingue ronde au moins en recevant des mesures et en enregistrant les mesures liées à chaque cycle et charge de pointe de l'élingue ronde (50).
  10. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 1, comprenant en outre :
    un fil indicateur (80) relié au toron (54) à une extrémité et dépassant du couvercle (56) à l'autre extrémité, le fil indicateur (80) étant configuré de manière à se rétracter dans le couvercle (56) quand l'élingue ronde (50) est soumise à une surcharge.
  11. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 1, selon lequel le système de capteur sans fil (12) et la jauge de contrainte (18) sont configurés de manière à être dans un état par défaut de veille à faible consommation, la station de base sans fil (14) étant configurée de manière à transmettre un signal de réveil, le système de capteur sans fil (12) et la jauge de contrainte (18) passant dans un état de pleine consommation au moment de la réception du signal de réveil.
  12. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 1, selon lequel le premier mécanisme de fixation (62a), (162a), (162a'), (162a") est composé d'une première ouverture au niveau de la première extrémité de l'élément porteur (26), (126), (126'), (126") et le second mécanisme de fixation (62b), (162b), (162b'), (162b") est composé d'une seconde ouverture au niveau de la seconde extrémité de l'élément porteur (26), (126), (126'), (126"), la première extrémité du toron (54) étant reliée à l'élément porteur (26), (126), (126'), (126") au niveau de la première ouverture.
  13. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 1, selon lequel l'élément porteur (26), (126), (126'), (126") a une forme essentiellement cylindrique avec une première et une second extrémités arrondies.
  14. Système électronique d'inspection et d'avertissement de surcharge selon la revendication 1, selon lequel la jauge de contrainte (18) est orientée de manière à mesurer la contrainte au moins le long de l'axe longitudinal (25), (125), (125'), (125").
