Der Deckel 2 ist somit an einem Zuklappen gehindert und zeigt somit auch die Öffnung des Verschlusses an. Aber auch in einer Zwischenstellung zwischen der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Öffnungsstellung und der in Fig. 4 dargestellte Schließstellung würde die Deckelkontur 4 durch den Kragen 6 an einem Zuklappen gehindert. Der Kragen 6 und die Deckelkontur 4 sind so ausgebildet, dass der Deckel 2 nur in der Schließstellung der Betätigung 1 aufgeklappt und vollständig zugeklappt werden kann. In einer Zwischenstellung dazwischen kann der Deckel 2 jedenfalls nicht zuklappen. Claims (10)

  1. A sash fastener lock having an actuation (1) accessible in the assembled state from a door front side, which can be moved by rotation between an open position and a closed position for actuation of the lock, and having a cap (2), which can be folded about an axis (3) parallel to a fastening plane of the sash fastener lock, wherein the cap (2) in the closed position of the actuation (1) can be folded shut over the actuation (1) and wherein the cap (2) comprises in the inner region a cap contour (4) matched to the actuation, so that the unfolded cap (2), at least in the open position of the actuation (1), is prevented from folding shut by interaction of the cap contour (4) with the actuation (1), characterised in that the cap contour (4) is designed such that the actuation (1), when in the closed position, can be rotated out of the closed position when the cap (2) is folded shut.
  2. The sash fastener lock according to claim 1, wherein an actuation contour (5) is formed on the actuation (1) such that the unfolded cap (2), when the actuation (1) is rotated out of the closed position, is prevented from folding shut by interaction of the cap contour (4) with the actuation contour (5).
  3. The sash fastener lock according to claim 2, wherein the actuation contour (5) is formed by a circular ring segment-shaped collar (6), which projects axially and/or radially from the remaining shape of the actuation (1).
  4. The sash fastener lock according to claim 3, wherein the unfolded cap (2), at least in the open position of the actuation (1), is prevented from folding shut by interaction of the cap contour (4) with the collar (6).
  5. The sash fastener lock according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the actuation (1) moves axially during the rotary motion between the closed position and open position and the unfolded cap (2), when the actuation (1) is rotated out of the closed position, is prevented from folding shut by interaction of the cap contour (4) with the axially moved actuation (1).
  6. The sash fastener lock according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the actuation (1) comprises a radial projection (7) and wherein a bar spring (8) is arranged on the cap (2), which bar spring, in the closed position of the actuation (1) and when the cap (2) is folded shut, engages behind the projection (7) for securing the cap (2) in the position folded shut.

The sash fastener lock according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the sash fastener lock is designed as a rotary compression lock, so that a closing shaft (9) coupled with the actuation (1), during the rotary movement of the actuation (1) out of the closed position, first performs an axial movement and then a rotary movement.
