Das Krafttrainingsgerät umfasst ein Traggerüst 100 mit einem oberen Halteelement und zumindest einem vertikalen Tragbalken 102, einen Ausleger 200 mit zumindest einem horizontalen Auslegerarmen 201. Mit seinem ersten Endbereich 202 ist der Auslegerarm 201 am vertikalen Tragbalken 102 montiert. An seinem freien zweiten Endbereich 203 weist der Auslegerarm 201 ein lösbar montiertes Trainingselement 302 auf.
