Claims (9)

  1. Ein Verfahren zur mindestens teilverschließenden Verpackung von Einzelprodukten (P), Produkten (P) von der Art, die vorzugsweise gewählt ist aus Schokolade, Bonbons, Schokoriegeln, Snacks, Kaugummis und dergleichen, folgende Schritte umfassend:
    - das Anlegen einer Einwickelfolie (1) an eine erste Seite (A) des Produkts (P),
    - das Falten der Flügel (2, 3) der Folie (1) um das Produkt (P) entlang den Seiten (B, C), die benachbart zu der ersten Seite (A) sind, wodurch die Folie (1) eine C-Form erhält, bei der eine Basis länger ist als die andere,
    - das feste Verbinden des kurzen Flügels (3) mit der Innenfläche des langen Flügels (2), wodurch das Produkt (P) in einen geschlossenen rohrförmigen Abschnitt eingeschlossen wird, wobei infolgedessen die Folie (1) eine P-Form erhält;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter folgende Schritte umfasst:
    - das Ausrichten des vorstehenden Flügels (2) der Folie (1) entlang einer Richtung, die parallel zur ersten Seite (A) des Produkts (P) ist, ohne dass der Flügel (2) sich selbst berührt,
    - das Falten der rohrförmigen Abschnitte (4, 5), die im Verhältnis zu den zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Kopfseiten (D, E) des Produkts (P) vorstehen, um die jeweilige Kopfseite (D, E) nach dem Versandtaschenverfahren, wobei sie in der geschlossenen Anordnung fest verbunden werden,
    - das Falten des freien Flügels (2) der Folie (1), der entsprechende Teile der rohrförmigen Abschnitte (4, 5) umfasst, die gefaltet und fest miteinander verbunden sind, um die Unterseite des Produkts (P) und das Verbinden desselben damit.
  2. Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anlegen der Folie (1) an eine erste Seite (A) des Produkts (P) während des Vorschubs des Produkts (P) zur Verpackungseinheit hin stattfindet.
  3. Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falten der Flügel (2, 3) der Folie (1) um das Produkt (P) entlang den Seiten (B, C), die zu der ersten Seite (A) benachbart sind, wodurch die Folie (1) eine C-Form erhält, bei der eine Basis länger ist als die andere, vorgenommen wird durch das Hindurchführen des Produkts (P) durch einen Trichter, nach der Folie (1) und angelegt an die erste Seite (A) davon.
  4. Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trichter eine Form und Maße hat, die zumindest teilweise komplementär zu denjenigen des Produkts (P) sind.
  5. Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feste Verbinden des kurzen Flügels (3) mit der Innenfläche des langen Flügels (2) und der vorstehenden rohrförmigen Abschnitte (4, 5) miteinander und mit den beiden einander gegenüberliegenden Kopfseiten (D, E) des Produkts (P) durchgeführt wird mit Hilfe von Laschen, die auf die Außenfläche der jeweiligen Bereiche der Folie (1) gedrückt werden, die um das Produkt (P) gewickelt wird.
  6. Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laschen erhitzte Bänder zum Herstellen einer wärmeversiegelten Verbindungsfalz umfassen.
  7. Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Folie (1) lokalisierte Schichten mindestens einer Substanz umfasst, die gewählt ist aus Klebstoffen, thermoplastischen Polymeren, Klebebändern und dergleichen.
  8. Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Falten der rohrförmigen Abschnitte (4, 5), die im Verhältnis zu den zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Kopfseiten (D, E) des Produkts (P) vorstehen, um die jeweilige Kopfseite (D, E) durchgeführt wird mit Hilfe eines Trichters, der mit separaten Platten zum sequentiellen Falten, zunächst des zentralen Bereichs, der senkrecht zur ersten Seite (A) ist, und dann der äußeren Bereiche, die parallel zu der ersten Seite (A) sind, ausgestattet ist.
  9. Das Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbinden des freien Flügels (2) der Folie (1) mit der Unterseite des Produkts (P) durch Verkleben durchgeführt wird.
