- the packaging machine 22 comprises a folding wheel 97 which is rotating at a predetermined pitch about a respective horizontal rotation axis for receiving in succession the blanks 98 of a casing made of cardboard which are fed by a feeding line.
- the blanks 98 are partially folded around the spindles of the folding wheel 97 until obtaining tubular wrappers 99 that are subsequently transferred inside the pockets 100 of a wrapping wheel 101 in correspondence to a transfer station.
- the wrapping wheel 101 is mounted to rotate at a predetermined pitch about a respective horizontal rotation axis and comprises a plurality of peripheral pockets 100, each of which at first receives a blank 98 partially folded into a tubular wrapping 99 and subsequently a blister pack 1 which is inserted into a tubular wrapping 99.
- the wrapping wheel 101 completes the folding of the blank 98 around the respective blister pack 1.
- each group can have three rows of ten seats 23 arranged essentially in a line so that each group comprises thirty seats 23 simultaneously subjected to subsequent processes.
- the manufacturing machine 11 is provided with a number (for example, equal to three) of filling units 14 arranged in correspondence to the filling station FS for feeding a quantity of powdered tobacco inside each empty casing 5 and a number (for example, equal to three) of the feeding units 16 (or a number of stores 58) arranged in correspondence to the second station FRS to insert from above a portion 8 of filtering material inside each casing 5.
- the plant 10 for the production of blister packs 1 described above has numerous advantages.
- the plant 10 for the production of blister packs 1 described above allows to reach high hourly productivity (that is, a number of blister packs 1 per the time unit) while ensuring a high quality standard.
- the plant 10 for the production of blister packs 1 described above is formed by structurally simple elements and provides appropriate manoeuvring space needed both around the machine 11 to manufacture the cartridges 3 and around the machine 22 for the production of the blister packs 1 and thus both the initial assembly, and the subsequent maintenance operations (from simple cleaning to replacement) are simplified.

Claims (11)
- Maschine (11) für die Herstellung von Kartuschen (3) für elektronische Zigaretten (2), die ein aus einem Kunststoff hergestelltes Gehäuse (5) mit einer mikroperforierten Bodenwand (6) und einer Seitenwand (7), das eine Menge pulverförmigen Tabaks enthält, auf dessen Oberseite ein zylindrischer Abschnitt aus Filtermaterial (8) angeordnet ist, umfasst; wobei die Herstellungsmaschine (11) Folgendes umfasst:eine Zufuhrfördereinrichtung (13), die mehrere leere Gehäuse (5), entsprechend einer Sammelstation (PS), transportiert;eine Trommel (12), die sich mit einer vorgegebenen Schrittweite um ihre eigene vertikale Drehachse dreht und von der Zufuhrfördereinrichtung (13) eine planmäßige Menge leerer Gehäuse (5), entsprechend einer Sammelstation (PS), empfängt und diese einer ersten Station (FS) zuführt, in der eine Menge pulverförmigen Tabaks in jedes leere Gehäuse (5) eingefüllt wird, und anschließend an eine zweite Station (FRS) transportiert, in der in jedes Gehäuse (5) ein Abschnitt (8) von Filtermaterial eingesetzt wird;eine Befüllungseinheit (14), die der ersten Station (FS) entsprechend angeordnet ist, um eine Menge pulverförmigen Tabaks von oben in jedes leere Gehäuse (5) zuzuführen; undeine Zufuhreinheit (16), die entsprechend der zweiten Station (FRS) angeordnet ist, um einen Abschnitt (8) von Filtermaterial von oben in jedes Gehäuse (5) einzusetzen;wobei die Herstellungsmaschine (11) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Zufuhreinheit (16) eine gebogene Platte (57) aufweist, die Stangen von Filtermaterial, das in Abschnitte (8) mit gewünschter Länge mit horizontaler Achse unterteilt ist, aufnimmt und sie an ein Lager (58) abgibt, das in eine Anzahl von Kanälen (59) unterteilt ist; wobei jeder der Kanäle (59) einen Stapel von Abschnitten (8) von Filtermaterial enthält, die mit vertikaler Achse übereinander angeordnet sind; und wobei die Zufuhreinheit (16) ferner eine untere Führung (64) umfasst, die dem Lager (58) zugeordnet ist und mit einem ersten Arm zusammenwirkt, der in einer horizontalen Richtung (66) beweglich ist, um einen Abschnitt (8) von Filtermaterial von oben in jedes Gehäuse (5) einzusetzen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zufuhreinheit (16) einen oberen Trichter (54), der eine ungeordnete Menge von Stangen mit mehreren Längen von Filtermaterial aufnimmt, umfasst; und wobei eine Sammeltrommel (55), die die Stangen mit mehreren Längen von Filtermaterial nacheinander ausgehend vom Boden des Trichters (54) sammelt, mit einer Vielzahl von Saugsitzen versehen ist, um die Stangen mit mehreren Längen von Filtermaterial zu halten, und mit einer Schneidevorrichtung (56) zusammenwirkt, die mit Klingen versehen ist, um die Stangen mit mehreren Längen von Filtermaterial in Querrichtung zu schneiden, um Abschnitte (8) von Filtermaterial mit gewünschter Länge zu erhalten, die zu der gebogenen Platte (57) transferiert werden sollen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die gebogene Platte (57) mit einer Anzahl von Saugsitzen versehen ist, wovon jeder dafür ausgelegt ist, eine entsprechende Stange von Filtermaterial, der in Abschnitte (8) mit gewünschter Länge unterteilt ist, zu halten.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Platte (27) so ausgelegt ist, dass sie eine Drehung um 90° ausführt, um sich aus einer Sammelposition, in der sie die Stangen von Filtermaterial, die in Abschnitte (8) mit gewünschter Länge mit horizontaler Achse unterteilt sind, aufnimmt, in eine Freigabeposition, in der die Abschnitte (8) von Filtermaterial übereinander mit einer vertikalen Achse angeordnet sind, zu bewegen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, wobei die gebogene Platte (57) in der Freigabeposition in horizontaler Richtung in eine Position beweglich ist, die direkt dem Lager (58) zum Sammeln der Abschnitte (8) von Filtermaterial zugewandt ist.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Zufuhreinheit (16) ein Kammelement (60) umfasst, das sowohl in einer horizontalen Richtung als auch in einer vertikalen Richtung beweglich ist und mit einer Vielzahl von Zähnen (61) versehen ist, wovon jeder in einen entsprechenden Kanal (59) eingesetzt ist, um einen Stapel von Abschnitten (8) von Filtermaterial, die übereinander mit vertikaler Achse angeordnet sind, zu halten.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Zufuhreinheit (16) einen zweiten Arm (62) umfasst, der über dem Lager (58) angeordnet ist und eine Anzahl von ersten Schieberelementen (63) aufweist; wobei der zweite Arm (62) in einer vertikalen Richtung zwischen einer angehobenen Position und einer vorderen Arbeitsposition, in der jedes Schieberelement (63) in einen entsprechenden Kanal (59) passt, beweglich ist, um die Abwärtsbewegung eines jeweiligen Stapels von Abschnitten (8) von Filtermaterial, die übereinander mit vertikaler Achse in dem Kanal (59) angeordnet sind, zu begleiten; und umgekehrt.
- Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die untere Führung (64) mit einer Vielzahl von Nuten (65) versehen ist, die die einzelnen Abschnitte (8) von Filtermaterial von entsprechenden Kanälen (59) des Lagers (58) aufnehmen; und wobei der erste Arm (66) mit einer Vielzahl von Elementen (67) versehen ist, die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie in eine entsprechende Nut (65) passen und darin gleiten und die Bewegung eines einzelnen Abschnitts (8) von Filtermaterial zum Ende der jeweiligen Nut (65) begleiten.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Zufuhreinheit (16) einen dritten Arm (68) umfasst, der in einer vertikalen Richtung beweglich ist und mit einer Vielzahl von zweiten Schieberelementen (69) versehen ist, die dazu ausgelegt sind, die Abschnitte (8) von Filtermaterial in die jeweiligen Gehäuse (5) einzusetzen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Abschnitte (8) von Filtermaterial mit einer Umwicklung umwickelt sind; und wenigstens ein Endabschnitt der zweiten Schieberelemente (69) ein im Wesentlichen rohrförmiger Körper mit einem kleineren Durchmesser im Vergleich zu dem Durchmesser der Abschnitte (8) von Filtermaterial ist, um die Kompression des Abschnitts (8) von Filtermaterial zu verringern und um zu verhindern, dass die Umwicklung abrutscht.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei die Abschnitte (8) von Filtermaterial mit einer Umwicklung umwickelt sind; und wenigstens ein Endabschnitt der zweiten Schieberelemente (69) Aussparungen besitzt, die auf der äußeren Oberfläche vorhanden sind, um die Kompression des Abschnitts (8) von Filtermaterial zu verringern und um zu verhindern, dass die Umwicklung abrutscht.
