According to the invention, the apparatus comprises a means for guiding the first end of the support relative to the base between a separation position and a connection position, a fastener and a holding member.

The fastener includes a head, a shank, a first shank extending from the head to the tail, and a second shank extending from the head. The first rod is configured to traverse the support and to fit at the tail in a first port of the base, so as to retain the first end of the support relative to the base.

The holding member is integral with the base. It is configured to retain the fastener, so as to secure the second end of the support to the base.

The fastener secures both the support to the base and the electrical contacts to the support. The assembly of the electrical contacts to the base is then simplified.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the electrical contacts are auxiliary contacts configured to provide information representative of the state of the main contacts, being actuated by the shaft.

The first rod 72 and the second rod 74 are intended to attach the auxiliary contacts 5 to the support 40. The first rod 72 is configured to fit into the first orifice 47 and into the first hole 57 of each auxiliary contact 5. The second rod 74 is configured to fit in the second orifice 49 and in the second hole 59 of each auxiliary contact 5 which is housed in the support 40. The rods 72, 74 then secure the auxiliary contacts 5 to the support 40 by immobilizing them relatively to support 40.

The head 71 of the fastener 70 is configured to cooperate mechanically with a holding member 80, both for guiding and orienting the head 71 relative to the second plate 21 and for securing the head 71 to the second plate 21. holding 80 will be described hereinafter.

The tail 73 of the fastener is intended to fit into the orifices 13, 15 of the base 2, to immobilize the tail 73 of the fastener 70 relative to the plate 20 of the base 2.

The base 2 comprises a notch 11, located on the inner face of the first plate 20, to guide the first end 41 of the support relative to the base 2, before retaining the tail 73 relative to the base 2.

The notch 11 is located on the inner face of the first plate 20. It extends from its inlet 11a which opens on the outside of the first plate 20, to an opposite end 11b which is circular in shape and which includes the first port 13 at its center.

The cut 11 has a substantially rectilinear shape between its inlet 11a and its end 11b and is inclined relative to the transverse direction XX. The notch has two opposite lateral flanks 16, 17 which are each substantially planar and which each extend from the inlet 11a to the end 11b.

L'entaille 11 est apte à guider la protubérance en translation rectiligne entre son entrée 11a et son extrémité 11b.The notch 11 is intended to receive the protuberance 44 of the first end 41 of the support 40, guiding the displacement of the protuberance 44 through a form cooperation with the notch 11. The lateral flanks 16, 17 of the notch have in particular a shape complementary to that of the edges 46 of the protrusion, to be able to slide in the notch 11. The notch 11 is adapted to guide the protuberance in rectilinear translation between its inlet 11a and its end 11b.

The notch 11 and the protuberance 44 therefore act as a means of guiding the first end 41 of the support relative to the first plate 20. They are configured to guide the first end 41 of the support from its separation position to the at its connection position.

After the protuberance 44 is received in the end 11b of the notch 11 and the support 40 has pivoted around the first rod 72, the first rod 72 is configured to pass through the protuberance 44 by fitting into the first orifice 13. Simultaneously with the insertion of the first rod 72 into the first port 13, the second rod 74 is configured to insert at the first end 41 of the support into the second port 15.

Ils forment alors conjointement un moyen de retenue de la première extrémité 41 du support relativement à l'embase 2.The first orifice 13 and the second orifice 15 are blind holes formed on the internal face of the first plate 20. They are intended to retain the tail 73 of the fastener 70 relative to the base 2. They then form together a means retaining the first end 41 of the support relative to the base 2.

The second plate 21 comprises a first groove 81 called upper groove and a second groove 83 called lower groove.

La première rainure 81 est sensiblement en vis-à-vis du premier orifice 13.The first groove 81 extends substantially in the transverse direction X-X of the base through the second plate 21 in this direction. The first groove 81 is substantially vis-à-vis the first orifice 13.

La deuxième rainure 83 est située sensiblement en vis-à-vis du deuxième orifice 15.The second groove 83 extends substantially in the transverse direction XX of the base through the second plate 21 in this direction. The second groove 83 is located substantially vis-à-vis the second orifice 15.

The second plate 21 comprises an upper flange 82 above the first groove 81, an intermediate flange 84 between the grooves 81, 83 and a lower flange 86 under the second groove 83.

The intermediate flange 84 is delimited at the level of the first groove 81 by a first contact surface Si with the first rod 72. It is delimited at the level of the second groove 83 by a second contact surface S 2 with the second rod 74.

The first groove 81 is intended to receive the first rod 72 once the protrusion 44 is engaged in the end 11b of the notch 11, the first rod 72 bearing on the intermediate flange 84.

The first groove 81 is intended to rotate the first rod 72 about its longitudinal axis. The pivoting of the first rod 72 rotates the support 40 around this axis and makes it possible to introduce the second rod 74 into the second groove 83.

The second groove 83 is intended to receive the second rod 74 when the support 40 has pivoted around the first rod 72, the second rod 74 bearing on the intermediate flange 84. The head 71 of the fastener is immobilized in all directions except possibly in translation in the transverse direction XX, when the first rod 72 is in the first groove 81 and the second rod 74 is in the second groove 83.

Ils forment conjointement l'organe de maintien 80.The first groove 81, the intermediate flange 84 and the second groove 83 thus play both the role of guiding means of the second end of the support 43 relative to the second plate 21, and the role of retaining means of the second end. of the support 43 relative to the second plate 21. They form together the holding member 80.

The head 71 of the fastener is configured to be moved towards the first end 41 of the support, when the support 40 is in the connection position and the holding member 80 retains the head 71 of the fastener.

L'attache 70 est notamment destinée à venir en contact de l'organe de maintien sur trois côtés du rebord intermédiaire 84.For this, the holding member 80 comprises for example a third groove 85 which is perpendicular to the first and second grooves 81, 83, and in which the head 71 is inserted when the support 40 is in the connection position. The fastener 70 is in particular intended to come into contact with the holding member on three sides of the intermediate flange 84.

When the head 71 of the fastener moves in the transverse direction XX until it comes into mechanical contact with the intermediate flange 84, the first rod 72 is inserted in the first orifice 13 and the second rod 74 is inserted in the second orifice 15.

Le cache 78 comprend à sa surface des informations relatives à la position des contacts électriques 5 relativement au support 40, pour faciliter l'intervention d'un opérateur sur l'appareil 1.The apparatus 1 comprises a cover 78 configured to engage one end of the auxiliary shaft 6 through the first plate 20, and to cover the head 71 of the clip. The cover 78 comprises on its surface information relating to the position of the electrical contacts 5 relative to the support 40, to facilitate the intervention of an operator on the device 1.

The apparatus 1 also comprises a flange 79 configured to cover the cover 78. The flange 79 is configured to be screwed onto the first plate 20. It is transparent by forming a window allowing an operator to read the information on the cache 78.

En effet, il faut préalablement enlever le cache 78 et le flasque 79 avant de pouvoir retirer l'attache 70 et le reste du bloc de contacts électriques 4.The cover 78 and the flange 79 prevent the accidental removal of the fastener 70 of the base 2. They act as a means of retaining the head 71 of the fastener in the transverse direction X-X. Indeed, it is necessary to first remove the cover 78 and the flange 79 before being able to remove the fastener 70 and the rest of the block of electrical contacts 4.

L'attache 70, le cache 78 et le flasque 79 forment conjointement le système d'attache 7 du bloc de contacts auxiliaires 4 à l'embase 2.The fastener 70, the cover 78 and the flange 79 together form the attachment system 7 of the auxiliary contact block 4 to the base 2.

The method of electrically connecting the auxiliary electrical contact block 4 to the main contact block 3 is now described below.

Les contacts auxiliaires 5 sont alors attachés au support 40.First, with reference to the figure 3 , the auxiliary electrical contacts 5 are inserted into the cells 45 of the support. The first rod 72 and the second rod 74 are inserted through the support 40 and the auxiliary electrical contacts 5. The auxiliary contacts 5 are then attached to the support 40.

With reference to the figure 4 , the protrusion 44 is guided in the notch 11 of the first plate 20, from the separation position of the support 40 to its position connection. Simultaneously, the first rod 72 is inserted into the first groove 81 of the second plate 21. figure 4 the support 40 is then in an intermediate position in which the first rod 72 is engaged in the first groove 81 and the second rod 84 is not yet engaged in the second groove 83.

La tête 71 est alors retenue par rapport à la deuxième platine 21.With reference to the figure 5 , the first rod 72 pivots about its longitudinal axis. The support 40 being integral in rotation with the first rod 72, it pivots about its longitudinal axis YY relative to the base 2. The first rod 72 pivots until the second rod 74 is inserted into the second groove 83 of the second plate 21. The head 71 is then retained relative to the second plate 21.

When the first rod 72 is retained in the first groove 81 and the second rod 74 in the second groove 83, the auxiliary electrical contacts 5 are close to the auxiliary shaft 6 and they can close when they are actuated by the cams 60 of the auxiliary shaft 6.

With reference to the figure 6 the head 71 of the fastener is pushed in the transverse direction XX in the direction of the first plate 20 until it comes into mechanical contact with the intermediate flange 84. The tail 73 of the fastener is inserted into the first orifice 13 and in the second orifice 15, when the fastener 70 is pushed. The support 40 is then attached to the base 2, being rigidly secured to the base 2. The support 40 is in the connection position.

With reference to the figure 6 and at the figure 1 , the cover 78 and the flange 79 are then assembled to the second plate 21, which further limits the risk of removal of the fastener 70.

The method of separating the block of auxiliary electrical contacts 4 from the base 2 is now described below.

L'attache 70 est alors éventuellement désengagée de certains des contacts auxiliaires 5.First, the cover 78 and the flange 79 are removed from the base 2, which allows to extract the head 71 of the fastener in the transverse direction XX opposite the first plate 20. The tail 73 of the fastener is then removed from the first orifice 13 and the second orifice 15. The fastener 70 is then optionally disengaged from some of the auxiliary contacts 5.

La première tige 72 pivote autour de son axe longitudinal, ce qui permet de faire sortir la deuxième tige 74 de la deuxième rainure 83.The first rod 72 pivots about its longitudinal axis, which makes it possible to release the second rod 74 from the second groove 83.

Le bloc de contacts auxiliaires 4 est ensuite éloigné de l'embase 2.The support 40 is then guided in the notch 11 from the end 11b of the notch to the entrance 11a of the notch, an operator holding the fastener 70. The auxiliary contact block 4 is then moved away from the base 2.

The first rod 72 and the second rod 74 are withdrawn from the first orifice 47 and the second orifice 49 of the support. Once the clip 70 is removed from the support 40, the auxiliary contacts 5 can be extracted from their housing. Auxiliary contacts 5 can then be removed, added or moved into the holder 40. Auxiliary contacts 5 can also be replaced.

Of course, various modifications may be made by those skilled in the art to the invention which has just been described without departing from the scope of the disclosure of the invention.

The shape of the fastener 70 may vary. For example, the head 71 of the clip may have a wavy shape. The rods 72 of the fastener 74 may not be parallel to each other. Moreover, the rods 72 may have lengths that are different from one another or diameters that are different from one another.

According to one embodiment (not shown), the second rod 74 is shorter than the first rod 72 and the fastener 70 is in mechanical contact with the first plate 20 only by the first orifice 13.

The notch 11 may also have a different shape. It may be for example a curvilinear cut 11 instead of a straight cut.

Depending on the shape of the first end 41 of the support, the first plate 20 may even include several notches.

The holding member 80 may also have a different shape. The shape of the head 71 of the fastener is then adapted to the shape of the holding member 80. The holding member may be for example an element attached to the second plate 21, such as a clip.

L'appareil 1 peut être dépourvu de cache 78 et/ou de flasque 79.The apparatus 1 may be devoid of cover 78 and / or flange 79.

The auxiliary shaft 6 and / or the main shaft can be dismountable relative to the base 2. They can be disassembled relative to each other or not.
