Claims (14)
- Behälter (10) zum Sammeln von Abfall der Bauart, die zu seiner Entleerung anzuheben ist, mit einem Abfall-Aufnahmetank (11), mindestens einer Abfall-Abgabeöffnung (11A, 22, 22') und zwei gegenüberliegenden Greifbereichen (19, 120), die dazu beabsichtigt sind, durch eine Behälter-Greif-, Hub-und Entleerungsmaschine ergriffen zu werden, wobei der Behälter einen strukturellen Portalträger (16) aufweist mit- zwei Seitenständern (18), die an gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden (15) des Tanks (11) befestigt sind, an denen jeweils gegenüberliegende Greifbereiche (19) 20, vorgesehen sind, und- einem Querstück (17), das in einem höheren Niveau mit Bezug auf die Greifbereiche (19, 120) vorgesehen ist,wobei der Behälter ferner aufweist- eine Tankabdeckung (12), dadurch gekennzeichnet,das mindestens ein Teil der Abdeckung (12) bewegbar ist, um zu ermöglichen, dass Abfall durch Schwerkraft entleert wird, sodass, wenn der Behälter angehoben wird und zu seiner Leerung gedreht wird, der bewegbare Teil der Abdeckung (12) durch Schwerkraft gedreht wird und die Entleerung des Behälters ermöglicht, und dass die Ständer (18) einen ersten Teil (18A) aufweisen, an dem der Greifbereich (19, 20) vorgesehen ist, und einen zweiten Teil (18B), der abgeschrägt oder gekrümmt ist, der zwischen dem Querstück und den ersten Teil vorgesehen ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei die untere Grenze der mindestens einen Abgabeöffnung (11A, 22, 22') in der Höhe in einer tieferen Position im Verhältnis zu dem genannten Querstück (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die untere Grenze der mindestens einen Abgabeöffnung (11A, 22, 22') in der Höhe in einer Position vorgesehen ist, die zwischen den Greifbereichen (19, 120) und dem Querstück (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Ständer (18)- innen mit Bezug auf die äußere Fläche der Seitenwände (15) oder innen mit Bezug auf das Niveau der maximalen lateralen Belastung, die durch die Seitenwände (15) definiert ist, oder- auf demselben Niveau mit Bezug auf die äußere Fläche der Seitenwände (15) oder auf demselben Niveau der maximalen lateralen Belastung, die durch die Seitenwände (15) definiert ist,- mindestens teilweise extern mit Bezug auf die äußere Fläche der Seitenwände (15) oder mindestens teilweise extern mit Bezug auf das Niveau der maximalen lateralen Belastung sind, die durch die Seitenwände (15) definiert ist, sind.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Greifbereiche (19, 120) aufweisen- jeweilige Hubstifte (19), die lateral von den jeweiligen Ständern (18) ausgehen, oder- jeweilige Hubtaschen (120) die auf den Ständern (18) definiert oder damit integriert oder daran befestigt sind, zur Aufnahme von Gabeln der Behälter-Greif-, Hub- und Entleerungsmaschine.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 4 und 5, wobei mindestens ein Ständer (18) einen Bereich (18A) aufweist, der nach unten über den jeweiligen Stift (19) verlängert ist, wobei ein Rücksprung (21) in der jeweiligen Seitenwand (15) des Behälters vorgesehen ist, der sich zu dem Inneren der Seitenwand-Fläche erstreckt und zu mindestens der vorderen (13) oder der rückwärtigen Seite (14) des Behälters offen ist, wobei der Rücksprung (21) ausgebildet ist, mindestens einen Teil des verlängerten Bereichs (18A) nach unten mit Bezug auf das Untere des Rücksprungs (21) zu prägen, um somit einen Anschlagbereich (23) zu definieren, der tiefer als ein jeweiliger Greifbereich (19) ist, um das teilweise Umdrehen des Behälters durch die Behälter-Greif-, Hub-und Entleerungsmaschine, die ausgebildet ist, um in die Tasche einzugreifen, zu ermöglichen, wobei vorzugsweise einer des verlängerten Bereichs (18A) und der eine Rücksprung (21) für jeden Ständer (18) vorgesehen ist, wobei vorzugsweise der Rücksprung (21) sowohl an der vorderen Seite (13) als auch an der hinteren Seite (14) des Behälters offen ist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei auf der Abdeckung (12) des Tanks (11) mindestens einer Abfall-Abgabeöffnung (22, 22') definiert ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 7, wobei auf dem Träger (16) und vorzugsweise auf dem Querstück (17) eine Scharniereinrichtung des Abdeckabschnitts vorgesehen ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, wobei die Abdeckung (12) eine im Wesentlichen asymmetrische Form mit Bezug auf eine vertikale Ebene aufweist, die durch die Greifbereiche (19, 120) dringt, wobei vorzugsweise die Abdeckung (12) eine im Wesentlichen trapezförmige Querschnittsform aufweist, mit der kleineren Basis, die oberhalb mit Bezug auf die größere Basis vorgesehen ist, die an der Kante des Tanks vorgesehen ist, wobei vorzugsweise mindestens eine Abgabeöffnung (22, 22') an mindestens einer der geneigten Flächen der trapezförmige in Form der Abdeckung vorgesehen ist, wobei vorzugsweise das Querstück (17) an der kleineren Basis der trapezförmigen Form angeordnet ist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei das Querstück (17) in höchsten Bereich der Abdeckung (12) angeordnet ist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Teil (18A) des Ständers (18) vertikal ist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche mit einem oder mehreren des folgenden- einer Sperrvorrichtung zum Schließen der Abdeckung oder der Abgabeöffnung,- einer Vorrichtung zum Öffnen/Schließen der Abgabeöffnung,- mindestens einer Batterie-Ladevorrichtung wie einem Solarpaneel,- einem oder mehreren der folgenden Sensoren: Sensor zur Bestimmung des Öffnungsgrades des Behälters, Temperatursensor, Rauchsensor, Feuchtigkeitssensor, Sensor für die Anwesenheit von Wasser am Boden, Sensor für das Umdrehen des Behälters, Aufprallsensor,- einer Benutzer-Erkennungsvorrichtung des Behälters,- einer Fern-Kommunikationsvorrichtung, die es einem Betriebszentrum erlaubt, den Status des Behälters durch Interaktion mit einem oder mehreren der oben genannten Sensoren und/oder Vorrichtungen zu überprüfen,- einer elektronischen Einrichtung zur Verwaltung einer oder mehrerer der obigen Vorrichtungen und/oder Sensoren.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Abfall-Abgabeöffnung oder -kappe (27) auf der Abdeckung (12) platziert ist, wobei die Abfall-Abgabeöffnung oder ―kappe (27) durch die Trägereinrichtung getragen ist, wobei die Trägereinrichtung an dem strukturellen Träger (16) fixiert ist und vorzugsweise an dem Querstück (17), wobei eine Abgabeöffnung (22, 22') in der Abfall-Abgabeöffnung oder -kappe (27) definiert ist.
- Behälter nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei bei einem Ständer (18) ein Kippschutzelement (20) vorgesehen ist, vorzugsweise in Form eines stiftförmigen Elements, vorzugsweise in einer Höhe, die zwischen den Greifbereich (19, 120) und dem Querstück (17) liegt, das ausgebildet ist, um ein Kippen nach unten zu verhindern, wenn der Behälter angehoben und nach unten zur Entleerung aufgrund der Schwerkraft gedreht wird.
