Claims (13)

  1. Échangeur de chaleur (10) comprenant :
    un premier collecteur (32) ;
    un second collecteur (34) séparé du premier collecteur;

  2. Échangeur de chaleur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur sont des tubes à microcanaux ayant une pluralité de canaux d'écoulement discrets formés à l'intérieur.
  3. Échangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel une pluralité d'ailettes (50) s'étendent depuis au moins une partie des segments de tube d'échange de chaleur.
  4. Échangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le fluide est un réfrigérant haute pression configuré pour être utilisé à des pressions dépassant 750 psig (51,7 bar).
  5. Échangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'échangeur de chaleur comporte deux plis (60) définissant trois rangées de tubes (80, 82, 84).
  6. Échangeur de chaleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le chemin d'écoulement du premier transfert de chaleur comporte une pluralité de passages par rapport à un second fluide de transfert de chaleur.
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un échangeur de chaleur (30), comprenant :
    la formation d'une pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur (36) ;
    le pliage de la pluralité de segments de tube d'échangeur de chaleur pour définir une première rangée de tubes (80) et une deuxième rangée de tubes (82) dans lequel une première ligne centrale de la première rangée de tubes et une seconde ligne centrale de la deuxième rangée de tubes sont parallèles
    la formation d'un premier coude (70a) et d'un second coude (70b) dans la pluralité de segments de tube d'échangeur de chaleur, le coude ayant un angle autre que 180° de sorte que l'échangeur de chaleur a une configuration non linéaire ;
    dans lequel les segments de tube comprennent une profondeur de tube mesurée à partir d'un bord d'attaque (38) jusqu'à un bord de fuite (40) du segment de tube dans lequel la profondeur de tube est inférieure à 14 millimètres.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le pliage de la pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur se produit autour d'un axe agencé perpendiculairement à un axe longitudinal de la pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, dans lequel la formation de la pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur comporte l'extrusion de la pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel la pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur sont des tubes à microcanaux ayant une pluralité de canaux d'écoulement discrets formés à l'intérieur.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, comprenant en outre :
    le montage d'une pluralité d'ailettes (50) sur au moins une partie des segments de tube d'échange de chaleur.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, comprenant en outre :
    la fixation d'un premier collecteur (32) à une première extrémité de la pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur ; et
    la fixation d'un second collecteur (34) à une seconde extrémité opposée de la pluralité de segments de tube d'échange de chaleur.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le premier collecteur et le second collecteur sont configurés pour être utilisés avec un réfrigérant haute pression dépassant 750 psig (51,7 bar).
