Description

Produktverpackung für ReinigungsmittelProduct packaging for detergents

The present invention relates to a product packaging for cleaning agents, in particular a blister packaging, which allows the customer to see the packaged item.

In particular, the present invention relates to a product packaging for lumpy compositions which are used for cleaning and scenting toilets and which are fastened in toilet baskets or hook-shaped hanging devices on the edge of the toilet bowl or can be glued into the toilet bowl or introduced into the water tank and are offered in blister packs .

In these blister packs, the products are visible to the consumer, and the required product information is then on the back wall of the packaging, which can be made of cardboard, plastic or aluminum, for example.

It is known to extrude the piece-shaped toilet cleaning agents from the respective mass, to cut them into pieces and then to insert them into the corresponding blister pack. Detergents made from a melt, such as transparent soaps containing sodium stearate, are made by pouring the hot mass into a mold where it cools. Subsequently, the mold is removed and subsequently this cooled shaped body in e.g. a blister pack is finally packed.

With regard to the piece-shaped cleaning agents produced from a melt, it would be desirable for ecological reasons and because of the cost and time savings to use the sales packaging (blister packaging) itself as a casting mold, because this would prevent the detergent piece from being removed from the mold and inserted into the blister packaging.

Attempts to pour the hot detergent mass into the blister pack have failed, however, because the poured and cooled toilet detergent sticks in and out of the blister pack cannot be removed from the mold without damaging the shape or the surface of the agent.

On the part of the applicant, attempts were made to improve the removal from the sales packaging by using release agents. Release agents are used to prevent the mold from sticking to the cast part during molding processes. However, attempts with the release agent wax were unsuccessful, since the wax reacts with the warm casting compound and the release agent layer is destroyed by hot pouring.

To give foods such as ice cream or cheese a hand-made look, are from the WO 2005/068 318 A1 Known packaging with structured inner surfaces that map the structures on the food.

The WO 2012/148 936 A1 teaches a process for the production of structured fabric, which should give the user a pleasant haptic feeling or a good visual impression.

From the JP 2006-315686 A a press-through-pack packaging is known which serves for improved light shielding.

From the US 2007/0196601 A1 is a structured film with recesses, which is used to store active substances.

The US 2010/0294780 A1 relates to packaging for electronic components.

The object of the present invention is to provide a packaging which enables simple manufacture and packaging and damage-free removal of a bar-shaped cleaning agent.

This object is solved by the features of claim 1.

According to the invention, the packaging, which comprises a cavity for storing the piece-like detergent, is provided with a microscopically roughened or structured surface in the region of the cavity into which the detergent molding composition is poured. The roughened or textured surface causes the interactions between those solidified in the cavity Mass and the inside of the cavity are reduced compared to a smooth surface on the inside of the cavity, because the piece-like cleaning agent only comes to rest on the outward-facing ends of the outward-facing structures of the rough surface. The agent therefore no longer adheres to the inside of the cavity as strongly as would be the case with a smooth inside.

A slight lifting of the molded article in the packaging causes air to flow into the packaging / detergent tablet interface, thereby detaching the detergent tablet from the packaging. To the extent that the detergent tablet is raised, air flows in, which ultimately leads to the detachment of the detergent tablet from the base.

After the problem of the strong adherence of the poured-in agent has been solved by the roughening of the surface, the liquid detergent molding body composition can be poured directly into the roughened cavity of the packaging during manufacture and can be removed from the mold after cooling without damage.

The step of casting into a special casting mold and repackaging into the blister packaging, which is required in the prior art, can thus be dispensed with, so that production can be simplified and production costs can be reduced.

The roughened or structured surface preferably has a multiplicity of outward and inward structures, similar to a mountain and valley or hill landscape. The outward and inward structures are statistically distributed over the surface. The structures are structures in the microscopic range, since they are ultimately intended to bring about a substantially uniform reduction in the interaction between the inside of the cavity and the detergent applied over the entire contact surface.

In a preferred embodiment, the averaged distance a between the outward-pointing structures is less than 500 Microns, preferably less than 200 microns and particularly preferably less than 100 microns.

Due to the rough or structured surface, the cleaning agent is only in contact with the outwardly facing ends of the protruding structures, so that the contact area between the outside of the cleaning agent and the protruding structures is reduced compared to the previously known smooth inside of the cavity.

The contact area between the roughened surface and the cleaning agent is preferably less than 50%, preferably less than 30% and particularly preferably less than 20% of the contact area in the case of a cleaning agent which is in full contact with the smooth inside of the cavity.

The packaging generally has an essentially rectangular basic shape and is essentially flat except for the cavity for receiving the cleaning agent with the hanger (hanging device) which protrudes from the level of the packaging. In addition, the packaging can of course also have an irregular 3-D shape.

It is essential that the packaging has no undercuts, otherwise the product cannot be removed undamaged.

In a preferred variant, one end of the hanger protrudes into the area of the cavity for the detergent mass to be poured in, the mass is then poured into this area of the cavity and solidifies there, the solidified detergent simultaneously enclosing one end of the hanger. The consumer can thus remove the detergent on the hanger and hang the detergent on the edge of the toilet bowl with the strap of the hanger.

In order to seal the area of the cavity intended for solidification of the agent from the area of the cavity in which the hanger is located, the hanger preferably has a wall which, together with the blister pack, forms a type of shell into which the cleaning agent then enters can be poured in without Detergent mass flows into the area of the hanging loop of the hanger.

If desired, the packaging can have a base at right angles to the packaging material level, so that the packaging can be placed on this edge. The base must be separated from the room in which the cleaning agent is poured.

The cavity for the cleaning agent can be cuboid or other shapes, for example in the form of figures such as butterflies or the like. be trained. In combination with the hanger, which is also in the packaging, and a transparent, colored detergent mass, an appealing, shaped, colored figure can thus be provided on a hanger, which the consumer can remove from the packaging on the hanger without the detergent mass in the desired shape damaged and then hung in the toilet bowl.

The packaging is preferably made of plastic, in particular a thermoplastic such as e.g. PET, PP, PE manufactured, it can also consist of metal or glass.

The packaging is preferably produced by molding it in a corresponding shape between an upper molded part and a lower molded part. In the area in which the rough or structured surface of the cavity is to be produced, the tool shape has a sandblasted, lasered or surface coated with rough materials such as sand or glass balls, metal or plastic.

The piece-like cleaning agent is produced in the packaging (blister packaging) by pouring the liquid cleaning agent mass into the cavity of the packaging intended for the cleaning agent mass and solidifying there, the cavity on its inside pointing in the direction of the cleaning agent microscopically roughened or structured surface. The liquid detergent mass, which is a melt and whose viscosity at 50 ° C is above 200 mPas, does not penetrate completely into the pores of the rough surface, but rather solidifies essentially on the surface formed by the ends of the protruding structures. This is probably due to the fact that the hot mass does not enter the pores or valleys or inward structures of the roughened surface due to its viscosity or due to a kind of air cushion that forms between the roughened surface and the melt during pouring penetrates, but rather "pearls off" on the roughened structures.

Im Allgemeinen liegen die Viskositäten solcher heißen Reinigungsmittelschmelzen mit einer Temperatur von wenigstens 50 °C, vorzugsweise wenigstens 60 °C, während des Eingießens über 500 mPas.In general, the viscosities of such hot detergent melts with a temperature of at least 50 ° C., preferably at least 60 ° C., are above 500 mPas during the pouring.

If desired, the packaging according to the invention can additionally be provided with further release agents known from the prior art (powdering, waxing, etc.), provided that the detachment effect is to be improved further or the demolded composition is to have a dry surface.

The packaging 11 in Figure 1 has a rectangular, flat base area 18 and a cavity 12 protruding from the plane 18, which is used to hold a lump-shaped toilet cleaning agent 13. In the in Figure 1 shown variant have toilet detergent 13 and cavity 12 cuboid shape.

In the Figure 1 upward-facing side of the packaging 11 is the visible side 20 of the packaging 11.

On the back 19 of the packaging 11, the surface 14 is roughened or structured in the region of the cavity 12, as shown schematically in the sectional view of the enlarged region B along the line AA Figure 1 in Figure 2 is shown. On the inside (= back) 19, which with the in Figure 2 Cleaning agent 13 shown in dashed lines comes into contact are protruding structures 15 and valleys 21 located between the protruding structures 15, which are statistically distributed over the inside of the cavity 12. The protruding structures 15 and the valleys 21 form a kind of hilly landscape.

Die gemittelten Abstände a (vgl. The averaged distances a (cf. Figure 3a ) between two hills 15 are generally less than 200 micrometers, so that the rough inside 14 of the cavity 12 corresponds approximately to a microscopic hilly landscape.

The protruding structures 15 each have a small area 17.2, 17.2, 17.3 etc. at their ends 16, which is shown schematically in FIG Figure 3b for the surface structure 14 Figure 3a is shown.

The sum of the areas 17.1, 17.2, 17.3 etc. results in the contact area 17 with which the packaging can interact or stick with the cleaning agent 13 located in the cavity 12.

Because the roughened structure 15 of the inward-facing surface 14 reduces the contact area 17 with the cleaning agent 13 compared to a conventionally flat surface and thus reduces the interactions and the sticking, the agent 13 can be removed from the packaging 11 without affecting the shape or surface can be removed. The contact surface 17 is preferably less than 40% of a flat surface lying against the entire surface. The contact area of a completely flat surface 14 would be in Figure 3b ultimately correspond to the flat surface of the means 13 and amount to 100%.

Another variant of the packaging 11 according to the invention is shown in Figure 4 shown. The packaging 31 is rectangular and has a flat area 18. A cavity 32 in the form of a butterfly 33 with a shape 34 for a hanger 40 emerges from the plane 18 in the direction of the visible side 20. In the area of the butterfly 33, the cavity 32 is roughened or structured on the back of the surface as already described, so that the agent 45 poured into this area 33 of the cavity 32 can be removed without damage.

Another area 34 in the cavity 32 serves to accommodate the vast majority of the hanger 40, in particular the part of the hanger 40 with the holding loop 42, which serves to grip around the edge of the toilet bowl. The end 41 of the hanger 40 opposite the holding loop 42 projects into the region 33 of the cavity 32. At the same time, a wall 43 provided on the hanger 40 seals the butterfly area 33 from the area 34 for the remaining hanger 40 (cf. Figure 6 ), so that after pouring the detergent mass into the area 33 of the cavity 32, the detergent 13 solidifies around the end 41 of the hanger 40 in a butterfly shape and the detergent 45 attached to the hanger 40 is then removed from the mold / packaging can. The end 41 of the hanger 40 is in Figure 6 a retaining pin, which is shown in dashed lines and lies below an abutment plate, as in the DE 10 2011 055 412 described.

Such a butterfly-shaped cleaning agent 45 with a hanger 40 removed from the mold 31 is shown in FIG Figure 5 shown.

At the lower end of the visible side 20 of the packaging 31 ( Figure 4 ) A further cavity 38 can be provided with a base 37 which extends approximately at right angles to the plane 18 and which serves to set up the packaging 31 in a vertical position. The stand 37 can be the side wall of a further cavity 38 at the lower end of the visible side of the package 31.

The packaging according to the invention is suitable as a casting mold and packaging for toilet cleaning agents which can be produced from a liquid toilet cleaning agent composition by pouring into a mold and cooling and solidifying. In particular, the invention is suitable for packaging detergents made from melts for toilets.

Eine mögliche Beispielrezeptur ist nachfolgend wiedergegeben: Nichtionische Tenside < 50 Gew.% Anionische Tenside 2 - 10 Gew.% Abspülregulator 2 - 8 Gew.5 Gelbildner 2 - 6 Gw.% Co-Emulgator 1 - 3 Gew.% Lösemittel 20 - 24 Gew.% Farbstoff < 0,5 Gew.% Duftstoff 2 - 6 Gew.% The cleaning agents which are poured into the packaging in bulk preferably comprise surfactants, also as gel formers, such as, for example, stearates or alkyl ethoxylates, solvents and, if appropriate, fragrances and other constituents. A possible example recipe is given below: Nonionic surfactants <50% by weight Anionic surfactants 2 - 10% by weight Rinse regulator 2 - 8 wt. 5 Gelling agent 2 - 6% by weight Co-emulsifier 1 - 3% by weight Solvents 20-24% by weight dye <0.5% by weight Fragrance 2 - 6% by weight
