field of invention

The invention relates generally to the presentation of goods, such as cosmetics or text and/or graphic information for advertising purposes in connection with any goods/services, and relates in particular to a presentation device with a plurality of presentation modules which can be used in a simple manner both with conversions and should be variably configurable for new installations in sales outlets.

State of the art

Presentation devices of the aforementioned type for goods are called a part of sales counters, also called displays, set up in sales outlets such as supermarkets or drugstores and offer the customer the opportunity to buy a specific product, e.g. B. to present a cosmetic product. The finished system as part of a display can be found in a drugstore, department store, perfumery, etc., for example, and presents goods (e.g. cosmetics) for sale to the end consumer. The final product is available in different looks depending on customer requirements.

Providers of cosmetic products often have their own display in sales rooms, in which they present their products in a uniform form. As part of the displays, presentation systems with modules are required to accommodate the goods on the one hand and to present them on the other.

So far, substructures for presentation systems have been made individually and mostly not flexibly to customer needs, made of metal, wood and plastic. Conversions of existing constructions were mostly not possible or very cumbersome.

Well-designed modules that can be manufactured cost-effectively and flexibly on the one hand and are sufficiently robust on the other hand are particularly sought after for the presentation of goods.

WO 2006067396 A1 and DE 202014103767 U1 disclose a display device with a plurality of shelves arranged one above the other. To the more effective

The shelves are equipped with lighting devices for the presentation of goods. The electrical supply for these lighting devices is provided by attaching the shelves to a wall panel or a support column.

DE 202012009052 U1 discloses a display device with a plurality of panels on the front of which goods to be displayed are displayed. The panels are releasably attached to another panel or wall by means of an attachment frame or fasteners.

For the orderly presentation of goods, variable subdivisions in the form of intersecting strips are usually used, which are arranged on the top of shelves or the like, such as in EP 0773727 B1 disclosed.

For a more effective and attractive presentation of goods, especially in the field of cosmetics, presentation devices have proven themselves that are provided with shelves made of a transparent material, such as transparent plastic, which enable a background lighting function for backlighting the goods to be presented. The shelves act as light guides from which the light for backlighting the goods is coupled out in a suitable manner. Such presentation devices are disclosed, for example, in the applicant's German utility model 202013104137. Also the EP3045088 discloses a ladder system in which vertical mounting profiles and horizontal mounting profiles are brought together to accommodate presentation boxes in the gaps. The content of EP3045088 is incorporated herein for a better understanding of the application. The pamphlet FR 2 926 966 A1 discloses a rack for storing trays/boxes as used at a weekly market.

DE102016102762 A1 discloses a storage rack for rod-shaped or plate-shaped products such as profiles from the construction or DIY sector. The storage rack has vertically spaced supports for the foot ends of profiles, the supports additionally being arranged with a horizontal offset such that the profiles placed in a lower support can extend behind the support(s) above.

Overview of the Invention

The object of the present invention is to provide an improved frame construction or ladder construction for presentation devices with a plurality of presentation modules, which are electrified or not, so that the presentation device should be variably configurable in a simple manner both for conversions and for new installations in sales outlets

This object is achieved by a presentation device according to claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments are the subject matter of the dependent claims.

A presentation device according to the present invention serves to present goods and/or text and/or graphic information. This includes a mounting frame with a plurality of mounting profiles, which are arranged parallel and spaced apart from each other. The mounting profiles are expediently designed as endless profiles with suitable lengths, which are arranged at regular intervals and parallel to one another. In particular, the mounting profiles can be arranged crossing each other horizontally and perpendicularly to form a plurality of mounting fields whose sizes are expediently the same, but can also differ from one another by an integer multiple in one or two dimensions; alternatively, other deviations are also possible. A plurality of frame- or box-shaped inserts are detachably fastened to the mounting profiles, each of which serves to present goods and/or text and/or graphic information. The inserts each have a plurality of side walls, which overall enables a very stable and resilient rectangular frame.

According to the invention, the horizontal assembly profiles have at least one bearing surface (59) on which the insert rests, and recesses (60a - 60d) are formed in the horizontal assembly profiles into which projections of the inserts (30) can be inserted in order to align the insert. In this case, the recesses are preferably formed in the support surface, and projections of the inserts, which are formed on the underside of the inserts, extend into the recesses. It is also conceivable that the recesses extend around an edge of the bearing surface. This allows the box to be slid in from the side and from above with the projections (not shown) in the recess. The boxes can thus be positioned exactly on the flat supporting surfaces that form the horizontal mounting profiles. The support area is preferably T-shaped formed, with a central ridge. The edges or the underside of two inserts can then rest on the right and left of the middle bar. The center bar thus prevents the inserts from slipping together. The inserts are thus spaced apart. This approach allows individual inserts to be swapped out at any time.

In a preferred embodiment, at least two recesses (60a and 60c) are arranged on the horizontal mounting profile, which are spaced apart in such a way that two half inserts can be inserted and locked in a conductor field. It is also conceivable that significantly more recesses are present and thus a multiple of inserts can be arranged. It should be noted here that the recesses are correspondingly regularly spaced. Pairs of recesses are also conceivable, so that half a box must snap into at least 2 recesses at the top and 2 at the bottom.

As an alternative or in addition to the recesses, at least one locking device (61a, 61b) in the form of a projection or recess is arranged in the horizontal mounting profiles and serves to fix the insert. After the insert has been aligned through the recesses, it can be locked by pressing it in accordingly, either a projection of the insert engages in a further recess or a projection of the horizontal mounting profile engages in a side wall or in the bottom area of an insert. This ensures that the insert after it has been aligned is fixed and can only be loosened with additional effort. In a preferred embodiment, the detents are designed as recesses in the center bar. Corresponding lugs formed in the side wall of the insert allow them to extend into the recess. Depending on the shape of the nose, detachment can vary in difficulty.

Alternatively or in addition to the above embodiments, the invention comprises current contact rails which extend along the entire length of the horizontal mounting profiles in order to make contact with the insert on the one hand and with one of the vertical mounting profiles on the other hand. In this case, the vertical mounting profile is preferably made of metal or has a metal conductor in order to provide tension. The horizontal mounting profile is preferably made of non-conductive plastic material. However, it can also be made of metal and have a corresponding insulator. Using the center bar become two Power contact rails separated from each other, so that a horizontal mounting profile can provide both the positive pole and the negative pole separately through the middle bar.

In one possible embodiment, the power contact rails are each connected to a different, opposite vertical mounting profile via a respective contact lug, in order to provide the positive pole and negative pole. Thus, one power contact bar is connected to the right vertical mounting profile and the other power contact bar is connected to the left vertical mounting profile. This allows sufficient electrical energy to be provided using low voltage to power the inserts and their lighting.

In a possible embodiment, the power contact rails are flat sheets clamped by clamps formed on the horizontal mounting profiles. The clamps grip the power contact rails from the side and clamp the power contact rail against the central web. In this case, a groove could also be formed in the central web, so that the current contact rail can be prevented from slipping. An electrical contact pin of the insert could then be pressed onto the power contact rail with spring force and could thus make electrical contact. This contact pin is preferably formed in the upper and lower area of the underside, so that the insert can be in contact with two horizontal mounting profiles.

As an alternative or in addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, the vertical mounting profile has projections with fastening means in sections, for preferably clamping the horizontal mounting profile in place, so that these are arranged elevated in the vertical mounting profile. The elevated arrangement allows the inserts to be designed deeper, with the horizontal mounting profile being shifted downwards so that it is less visible. The inserts are thus placed in front of the viewer.

According to the invention, the fastening means of the projections consist of one or more recesses into which the hooks of the horizontal assembly profile engage. Furthermore, the fastening means on the upper side of the projection comprises a support area on which the horizontal mounting profile or a projection of the horizontal mounting profile rests, so that a clamping bracket is created, the hooks pressing the projection of the horizontal mounting profile onto the support area in a clamping manner.

The support area is to be regarded as a flat piece of the projection, and the hooks, which engage in the recesses, generate a pull that presses the projection of the horizontal mounting profile onto the straight projection of the vertical mounting profile. In a preferred embodiment, a groove is formed in the projection of the horizontal mounting profile, into which the projection of the vertical mounting profile can be inserted, so that slipping is avoided.

According to the invention, the inserts can be viewed as modules that are individually attached to the mounting frame and can each be designed differently. The inserts are releasably attached to the mounting profiles via their backs. In this way, the presentation device can be variably configured in a simple manner, both in the case of conversions and in the case of new installations in sales outlets.

Expediently, all inserts have the same basic dimensions, or these are divided into modular sizes in such a way that these correspond to a multiple or an integer fraction of the module size, so that the modules can be stored in a simple manner, for example stacked and transported, and can be easily exchanged for one another , for example with a different functionality.

According to a preferred embodiment, the inserts are connected directly to the mounting profiles via the backs of the side walls of the inserts, with the base areas of the modules expediently corresponding to the base areas of the mounting fields of the mounting frame or to an integer multiple or a fraction thereof. The inserts therefore do not protrude, or only insignificantly, beyond the fields of the mounting frame defined by the mounting profiles. By arranging the mounting profiles, the subsequent arrangement of the inserts can thus be determined in a simple manner, for example in a matrix arrangement in rows and columns, the inserts themselves being able to be attached to the mounting profiles in the same way by simple connections, which helps overall reduce the time required for assembly.

The detachable attachment of the inserts to the mounting profiles is designed such that the inserts are supplied with a supply voltage, for example with a low-voltage direct current, via the conductor tracks when the inserts are detachably attached to the mounting profiles. In other words, when attaching the inserts to the Mounting profiles automatically supply the inserts with electricity via the conductor tracks, so that complex additional steps for electrifying the inserts can be omitted according to the invention. The supply voltage can be used in particular to operate lighting devices such as LED strips or lamps and/or electrical devices such as screen displays, music players and the like provided in the inserts. For this purpose, electrical cables or conductor tracks as well as connection means, such as plugs or connection sockets, can also be provided in the inserts, for example in the side walls of the inserts.

According to a further embodiment, contact pins are provided on the backs of the inserts, which are automatically pressed against the conductor tracks when the inserts are detachably fastened to the mounting profiles. For this purpose, the contact pins can, in a relaxed normal state, protrude slightly beyond the plane spanned by the back or the frame of the inserts and, in an assembled state, can be pressed against the associated conductor tracks by means of a restoring element, such as a spring or a metal strip .

According to a further embodiment, at least some of the inserts have rear walls so that they can prevent goods to be presented from falling out and the inserts are thus designed for storing and/or holding goods to be presented. Shelves can expediently be inserted as required into the side walls or retaining projections provided there.

According to a further embodiment, the respective rear wall comprises a light-conducting plate, which can also be formed directly by the respective rear wall, light from an LED strip being coupled into the light-conducting plate for backlighting. The goods accommodated or held in the presentation module (insert) can be presented in an even more effective manner by means of the background lighting. Or the background lighting serves to illuminate text and/or graphics information in an advertising manner. For this purpose, in particular the front sides of at least some of the inserts can be covered by means of a transparent or opaque cover, in particular from a transparent or opaque plastic sheet, the cover being adapted to present textual and/or graphic information.

In a further embodiment, the mounting frame is arranged on a ramp-shaped body, so that the mounting frame is fastened lying at an angle. This allows the products that are further back to be lifted up for the viewer to see them better.

In a preferred embodiment, the mounting frame is designed in the form of a ladder with horizontal and vertical mounting profiles, the box-shaped inserts being arranged in the ladder fields.

In this case, the horizontal and vertical mounting profile are preferably connected to one another in a clamped manner, with the horizontal mounting profile preferably being made of plastic and extending in some areas around the vertical mounting profile in a clamped manner.

A display device as disclosed herein may be received on a mounting frame in display furniture or attached to a wall panel.

This approach allows modules and display systems to be plug-and-play, which means that efficient deployment and customization can be achieved.

Detailed Description of Embodiments

Claims (16)

1. Presentation device, in particular for goods, comprising

   a mounting frame (10) having a plurality of horizontal mounting profiles (12) and vertical mounting profiles (11) arranged parallel to and spaced apart from each other to form a ladder-shaped structure having ladder fields (13); and

   a plurality of frame- or box-shaped inserts (30) insertable into the ladder panels (13) and detachably secured to the mounting profiles; wherein

   the inserts (30) each have a plurality of side walls (31) forming a rectangular frame, the horizontal mounting profiles have at least one support surface (59) on which the insert rests, and wherein recesses (60a - 60d) are formed in the horizontal mounting profiles, into which the projections of the inserts (30) can be introduced in order to align the insert,

   the vertical mounting profiles having sectional projections (62) with fastening means (64) for fixing the horizontal mounting profiles (12) so that they are arranged in an elevated position in the vertical mounting profile,

   characterised in that the fastening means (64) of the projections (62) of the vertical mounting profiles consist of one or more recesses (68) in which hooks (69) of the horizontal mounting profile engage, the fastening means further comprising a support region (70) on which a projection (71) of the horizontal mounting profile rests, so that a clamping holder is formed, the hooks pressing the projection (71) of the horizontal mounting profile onto the support region in a clamping manner.
2. Presentation device according to claim 1, characterised in that at least one locking device (61a, 61b) in the form of a projection or recess is arranged in the horizontal mounting profiles, which serves to fix the insert.
3. Presentation device according to any of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that current contact rails (63) extend along the entire length of the horizontal mounting profiles to make contact with the insert on the one hand and contact with one of the vertical mounting profiles on the other hand.
4. Presentation device according to claim 2, wherein at least two recesses (60a and 60c) are arranged on the horizontal mounting profile, which recesses are spaced in such a way that two half inserts can be inserted and aligned in a ladder field.
5. Presentation device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the recesses (60a - 60c) on the support surface are formed as recesses, and preferably the recess extends around an edge (73).
6. Presentation device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the horizontal mounting profile comprises a central web (65) formed to separate two adjacent inserts from each other, and wherein the detent (61a, 61b) is formed in the form of a projection or recess in the central web.
7. A display device according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein two current contact bars (63a, 63b) spaced apart by the central web (65) extend along the entire length of the horizontal mounting profile, the current contact bars each being connected to a different opposing vertical mounting profile via a respective contact tab (66a, 66b) so as to provide the positive pole and negative pole.
8. Presentation device according to claim 7, characterised in that the current contact rails are flat metal sheets which are held clamped by clamps (67) formed on the horizontal mounting profiles.
9. Presentation device according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the inserts are supplied with low voltage direct current via the vertical mounting profiles, the contact lugs (66a, 66b) and the current contact rails in order to supply lighting devices and/or electrical devices of the inserts with the supply voltage when they are inserted, wherein contact pins (36) are provided on the rear sides of the inserts (30) which are pressed against the current contact rails when the inserts (30) are detachably fastened to the mounting profiles (12, 11; 14).
10. Presentation device according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the horizontal and vertical mounting profiles (11,12) are connected to each other in a clamping manner.
11. Presentation device according to claim 1, wherein the protrusion (71) of the horizontal mounting profile comprises a groove (72) into which the support portion 70 is insertable.
12. Presentation device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein at least some of the inserts (30) have rear walls (32) and are designed for storing and/or holding goods to be presented.
13. Presentation device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the respective rear wall comprises or is formed by a light-conducting plate (35) into which light from an LED strip (37) is coupled for backlighting.
14. A presentation device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fronts of at least some of the inserts (30) are covered by means of a transparent or opaque cover (40), the cover being adapted to present textual and/or graphic information.
15. Presentation device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the mounting frame (10) is accommodated in a presentation furniture (2) or is fastened to a wall panel or is fastened on a ramp-shaped body (4) on which the mounting frame is arranged obliquely.
16. Presentation device according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the horizontal mounting profile is made of plastic and the vertical mounting profile is made of metal.
