  • This invention relates to a packaging having a closure lid adapted to provide easy access to a product contained in a bag used as refill. More specifically, the invention relates to a food packaging adapted to make installation of a gusset bag inside an outer container easier.

Claims (15)

  1. Emballage (1) pour un produit alimentaire comprenant :
    - un récipient extérieur (2) s'étendant longitudinalement autour d'un axe central (X) à partir d'un fond (20) jusqu'à une face supérieure ayant une ouverture (21), le récipient extérieur (2) ayant un bord supérieur périphérique (21a) délimitant l'ouverture et une paroi latérale (4) définissant un volume intérieur (V) d'une hauteur déterminée (H), la paroi latérale ayant deux faces intérieures opposées (F1, F2), de préférence planes,
    - un système de fermeture (3) comprenant un cadre (31) qui est annulaire et fixé de manière amovible au bord supérieur périphérique (21a), et un couvercle (32) qui ferme l'ouverture (21) du récipient extérieur (2) dans une position fermée, le cadre (31) comprenant une partie d'ajustement supérieure (13) recouvrant le bord supérieur (21a) ; et
    - un sac à soufflet(s) (B) rempli d'un produit alimentaire (5) et souple, comprenant un fond (8a), une extrémité supérieure adaptée pour définir une ouverture (11) du sac à l'opposé du fond, une paroi latérale annulaire (8) pourvue d'au moins un soufflet (9a, 9b), de préférence deux soufflets opposés, de façon à ce que le sac soit adapté pour se déplier à partir d'une configuration partiellement ouverte jusqu'à une configuration complètement ouverte ;
    dans lequel la paroi latérale (4) du récipient extérieur (2) entoure de près la paroi latérale annulaire (8) du sac, est adaptée pour guider le sac (B) le long d'une direction verticale parallèle à l'axe central (X) et a une forme correspondant à la paroi latérale annulaire (8) du sac, la forme en coupe transversale de la paroi latérale annulaire (8) du sac étant similaire à la forme en coupe transversale de la paroi latérale (4) du récipient extérieur (2) afin de placer le sac (B) dans une position prédéterminée le long de la paroi latérale (4) à l'intérieur du volume intérieur (V), le sac (B) ayant une ouverture (11) orientée vers le haut à l'opposé du fond (20) dans la position prédéterminée,
    dans lequel le couvercle (32) est relié par charnière au cadre pour permettre un mouvement du couvercle entre une position ouverte et la position fermée, caractérisé en ce que le cadre (31) comprend en outre :
    - une partie d'insertion (35) qui s'étend dans le volume intérieur (V) et est radialement espacée vers l'intérieur par rapport à la paroi latérale (4) du récipient extérieur, la partie d'insertion (35) s'étendant annulairement entièrement en dessous du bord supérieur (21a),
    - une pluralité d'extensions de guidage axiales (E1, E2, E3, E4 ; E4') qui font partie de la partie d'insertion et configurées pour un engagement contre le sac à travers l'ouverture (21) du sac afin de maintenir ouvert le sac (B), la partie d'insertion (35) ayant une encoche (61, 62) définie entre deux des extensions de guidage axiales, le long d'une desdites deux faces intérieures opposées (F1, F2).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une des deux faces intérieures opposées (F1, F2) est définie par un panneau en contact avec la partie d'ajustement supérieure (13) et s'étend entre deux raccords (6) qui définissent chacun un angle, de préférence d'environ 90°, entre deux panneaux adjacents de la paroi latérale (4) du récipient extérieur (2).
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la paroi latérale (4) du récipient extérieur (2) est définie par quatre panneaux raccordés entre eux au niveau de raccords (6) respectifs qui s'étendent chacun rectilinéairement à partir du fond (20) jusqu'à un angle (211, 212, 213, 214) du bord supérieur périphérique (21a), tandis que la paroi latérale annulaire (8) du sac (B) est pourvue de quatre arêtes (80) et a une périphérie prédéterminée dimensionnée et formée de façon à ce que chacune des arêtes (80) soit à moins de 3 mm d'un des raccords (6) lorsque le sac (B) est stocké dans le volume intérieur (V) et le bord supérieur (21a) est mis en prise dans une rainure (G) de la partie d'ajustement (13).
  4. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'encoche (61, 62) s'étend entre deux portions planes (29) de deux extensions axiales (E1, E2, E3, E4) qui sont inclinées pour avoir chacune une section en forme de L lorsqu'elles sont vues dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe central (X).
  5. Emballage selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la partie d'insertion (35) comprend quatre portions ponts (66) se resserrant chacune vers le fond (20) avec un angle de déviation par rapport à l'axe central (X), ledit angle de déviation étant de préférence inférieur ou égal à 10°,
    et dans lequel chacune des quatre portions ponts (66) comprend :
    - une encoche (61, 62, 63, 64) s'étendant entre deux extensions de guidage axiales (E1, E2, E3, E4) ;
    - une section en arc (AS) qui s'étend au-dessus de l'encoche, entre les deux extensions de guidage axiales.
  6. Emballage selon la revendication 5, dans lequel la partie d'insertion (35) a quatre faces extérieures sensiblement planes (F5), chaque section en arc (AS) définissant une section intermédiaire desdites faces extérieures (F5) de la partie d'insertion (35).
  7. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie d'insertion (35) a une hauteur maximale (H1) inférieure à la hauteur déterminée (H), le rapport suivant étant satisfait : H H 2 < 5 mm < H 1

    H1 est la hauteur maximale de la partie d'insertion (35),
    H2 est une hauteur du sac à soufflet(s) souple (B) dans la configuration complètement ouverte, et
    H est la hauteur déterminée du volume intérieur (V), mesurée entre le fond (20) du récipient extérieur et l'ouverture (21) du récipient extérieur.
  8. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le sac (B) et le récipient extérieur (2) ont chacun une forme polygonale, de préférence une forme rectangulaire, les extensions de guidage axiales (E1, E2, E3, E4) étant pourvues chacune d'une arête libre (FE) inclinée afin de guider chaque bord supérieur du sac (B) dans une zone supérieure périphérique qui est définie entre la partie d'insertion (35) et une partie supérieure du récipient extérieur (2), entièrement au-dessus des arêtes libres (FE) inclinées dans une configuration ajustée de la partie d'ajustement (13).
  9. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la partie d'insertion (35) est pourvue d'une première encoche (61) et d'une seconde encoche (62) à l'opposé de la première encoche, chacune de la première encoche et de la seconde encoche étant plus large que haute, le sac (B) comprenant deux soufflets opposés (9a, 9b) qui se déplient en entrant en prise à travers la première encoche (61) et la seconde encoche (62), respectivement.
  10. Emballage selon la revendication 9, comprenant en outre :
    - un ustensile de mesure (100) ayant un cuilleron (101) et un manche (102) ; et
    - un dispositif de retenue (60) permettant de stocker l'ustensile de mesure (100) dans une position de stockage, dans laquelle le manche (102) s'étend entièrement au-dessus de la partie d'insertion,
    dans lequel la première encoche (61) est au moins partiellement adjacente au cuilleron (101) dans la position de stockage, le dispositif de retenue (60) étant raccordé à un premier côté (31c) du cadre (31), la seconde encoche (62) s'étendant à proximité d'un second côté (31d) du cadre qui est parallèle au premier côté du cadre.
  11. Emballage selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequel le sac (B) a une face intérieure pourvue d'au moins un ruban élastique annulaire accumulant initialement de l'énergie (65) dans une configuration repliée des soufflets (9a, 9b) lorsque l'ouverture (11) du sac (B) est fermée par une bande de fermeture (10) détachable, le ruban élastique s'étendant transversalement par rapport aux soufflets (9a, 9b) et étant configuré pour se déformer radialement vers l'extérieur lorsque la bande de fermeture (10) est détachée de façon à ce que le sac se déplie automatiquement à partir d'une configuration partiellement ouverte initiale jusqu'à une autre configuration qui est proche de ou identique à la configuration complètement ouverte.
  12. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le cadre (31) comprend une partie de transition annulaire (38) entre la partie d'insertion (35) et la partie d'ajustement (13), la partie de transition se resserrant vers le bas et définissant une surface concave (S38) orientée vers l'extérieur.
  13. Emballage selon la revendication 12, dans lequel le cadre (31) comprend un dispositif de retenue (60) qui s'étend perpendiculaire à l'axe central (X) et pourvu d'un trou (60a), le dispositif de retenue (60) étant raccordé directement à la partie de transition annulaire (38), de préférence au niveau d'une jonction inclinée adjacente à une des extensions de guidage axiales (E1, E2, E3, E4 ; E4').
  14. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le cadre (31) comprend un élément de nivellement (70) pourvu de :
    - une arête libre rigide (72) qui s'étend transversalement par rapport à l'axe central (X), et
    - deux extrémités opposées (73, 74),
    l'élément de nivellement étant adjacent à une même extension de guidage axiale des extensions de guidage axiales (E1, E2, E3, E4 ; E4') au niveau de chacune des deux extrémités opposées (73, 74).
  15. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le couvercle (32) comprend une jupe intérieure (36) appuyant au moins partiellement sur une face intérieure de la partie d'ajustement (13) dans la position fermée pour empêcher le contenu alimentaire (5) de s'accumuler dans une zone de contact couvercle-cadre.
