Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Markierungsvorrichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a marking device according to the preamble of claim 1.

Zweiteilige Markierungsvorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art sind beispielsweise aus der DE 10 2007 018 125 A1 und aus der DE 20 2008 004 596 U1 bekannt. Sie weisen zwei Teile auf, die einstückig mittels einer biegsamen Scharnierpartie miteinander verbunden sind, und die durch Verbiegen der Scharnierpartie gegeneinander verschwenkbar sind. In einer Geschlossen-Stellung sind sie an ihren der Scharnierpartie jeweils abgewandten äußeren Längsseiten mittels Befestigungsmitteln lösbar miteinander verbunden, so dass sie einen Aufnahmekanal für ein Kabel oder eine andere langgestreckte Leitung vollumfänglich rings umschließen und damit nicht von der Leitung abfallen können. Wenn die Verbindung der Befestigungsmittel gelöst wird, können solche Markierungsvorrichtungen durch Verschwenken der beiden Teile um die Scharnierpartie aufgeklappt und vom Kabel abgenommen werden. Bei einem häufigen gegenseitigen Verschwenken der beiden Teile wird die Scharnierpartie jedoch stark beansprucht und kann insbesondere dann, wenn die Markierungsvorrichtung aus dem für Beschriftungszwecke besonders geeigneten Polycarbonat besteht, nach wenigen Verschwenkungen brechen. Die Zunge 36 liegt, wie in Fig. 3b, 3c gezeigt, an dem im Aufnahmekanal 28 aufgenommenen Kabel 30 an und hält die Markierungsvorrichtung 10 somit durch Reibschluss am Kabel 30 fest, so dass sie nicht oder nur bei Aufwendung einer Kraft in Längsrichtung des Kabels 30 verrutschen kann. Am Ende eines jeden Stegs 60 ist ein Kopf 66 angeformt, der eine Markierungsfläche 68 aufweist, welche wiederum mit einer Markierung versehen werden kann. Jede Markierungsvorrichtung 10 ist mit beiden Teilen 12, 14 an einem Steg 60 angeformt, wobei die Beschriftungsflächen 26 ebenso wie die Außenseiten 24 der zweiten Teile 14 in dieselbe Richtung weisen und in einer gemeinsamen Beschriftungsebene liegen. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die beiden Teile 12, 14 an ihren an die Scharnierpartie 16 angrenzenden inneren Längsseiten 48 jeweils zweite Befestigungsmittel 50 zum gegenseitigen lösbaren Befestigen aufweisen.In summary, the following can be stated. Claims (11)

  1. A marking device for an elongate conduit, in particular for a cable (30), with two integrally joined plastic parts (12, 14) which are connected to one another by means of a flexible hinge section (16) and which each have on an inner side (20) a contour (22) for bearing on the conduit (30), wherein at least a first of the parts (12) has, on its outer side (24) which faces away from the inner side (20), a labelling surface (26) for the attachment of a label, wherein, by bending the hinge section (16), the two parts (12, 14) can be pivoted relative to one another between a closed position, in which they enclose in an encircling manner a receiving channel (28) for the conduit (30), and an open position, in which they are arranged spaced apart from one another at their outer longitudinal sides (42) which face away from the hinge section (16), and
    wherein the two parts each have, on the outer longitudinal sides (42), first fastening means (40) for mutual releasable fastening, characterised in that the two parts (12, 14) each have, at their inner longitudinal sides (48) adjacent to the hinge section (16), second fastening means (50) for mutual releasable fastening, and in that the second part (14) has a flexible tongue (36) which projects by a free end (38) into the receiving channel (28), and in that the tongue (36) is arranged in an aperture (32), which extends from the inner side (20) to an outer side (24), facing away from the inner side (20), of the second part (14) and which is moulded onto an aperture edge (34).
  2. The marking device according to claim 1, characterised in that the first and second fastening means (40, 50) each have at least one locking hook (44, 52) and at least one fastening surface (46, 54) which, in the closed position, is engaged from behind by one of the locking hooks (44, 52).
  3. The marking device according to claim 2, characterised in that the fastening surfaces (46, 54) are arranged on the first part (12) and the locking hooks (44, 52) are arranged on the second part (14).
  4. The marking device according to claim 2 or 3, characterised in that the locking hooks (44, 52) protrude outwards from the inside.
  5. The marking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the receiving channel (28) has a curved course in its longitudinal direction which runs parallel to the outer and inner longitudinal sides (42, 48).
  6. The marking device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it is made of polycarbonate.
  7. An arrangement of a plurality of marking devices (10) according to one of the preceding claims with a carrier (58) on which each of the marking devices (10) is integrally moulded.
  8. The arrangement according to claim 7, characterised in that all labelling surfaces (26) are oriented to the same side and are situated in one labelling plane.
  9. The arrangement according to claim 8, characterised in that the outer surfaces arranged on the outer sides (24) of the second part (14) are situated in the labelling plane and are oriented to the same side as the labelling surfaces (26).
  10. The arrangement according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the carrier (58) has at least one marking surface (68) which is situated in the labelling plane and which is oriented to the same side as the labelling surface (26).
  11. The arrangement according to one of claims 7 to 10, characterised in that the carrier (58) is integrally made of polycarbonate.
