Claims (6)

  1. Eine Maschine zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln auf Schachteln, die einen Zuführbereich (1) mit einer darin enthaltenen Transportschiene (4), einen Arbeitsbereich mit wenigstens einer darin enthaltenen Klebeeinrichtung und einen Austrittsbereich (3) mit einer darin enthaltenen weiteren Transportschiene (4) umfasst, wobei:
    - der Zuführbereich (1) weiterhin umfasst:
    - wenigstens einen Mechanismus mit Hebeeinrichtungen (6),
    - Bremsen (24),
    - der Arbeitsbereich (2) weiterhin umfasst:
    - wenigstens eine Einrichtung (14) zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln, die einen vertikalen Betätigungsmechanismus (15) umfasst, der mit einem kreuzförmigen Ende (16) verbunden ist, das eine Falteinrichtung (17) mit einem Betätigungsglied (21) an jedem der Arme und zwei Schienen (23) an entsprechenden gegenüberliegenden Armen enthält,
    - eine Deckelpositionierungseinrichtung (13), die konfiguriert ist zum Bewegen eines Deckels (9) und zum Positionieren desselben auf den Schienen (23) der Einrichtung (14) zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln,
    wobei:
    - die Klebeeinrichtungen konfiguriert sind zum Auftragen von Kleber auf eine Schachtel (10) und/oder einen Deckel (9),
    - die Mechanismen mit den Hebeeinrichtungen (6) und den Bremsen (24) konfiguriert sind, um während einer bestimmten Zeit auf die Schachteln zu wirken, sodass die Schachteln (10) unbeweglich gehalten werden, wodurch eine Pause in der Zufuhr der Schachteln (10) zu dem Arbeitsbereich (2) erzeugt wird,
    - die Falteinrichtungen (17) entlang der entsprechenden Arme des kreuzförmigen Endes (16) positioniert werden können, sodass sie für verschiedene Größen der Deckel (9) verwendet werden können,
    - die Falteinrichtungen (17) konfiguriert sind, um nach dem Ausfahren des vertikalen Betätigungsmechanismus (15) Laschen des Deckels (9) auf eine Schachtel (10) zu falten und den Druck während einer bestimmten Zeit aufrechtzuerhalten,
    - die Drehbewegung der Falteinrichtungen (17) für das Falten der Laschen aktiviert wird, während ein Druck, auf die Betätigungsglieder (21) ausgeübt wird,
    wobei die Maschine dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Zuführbereich (1) weiterhin eine Station (5) zum Lesen von Dimensionen umfasst und dass die Maschine zwei Einrichtungen (14) zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln umfasst, die sich entlang von Schienen parallel zu der Transportschiene (4) durch den Arbeitsbereich (2) bewegen können und konfiguriert sind, um gleichzeitig auf die Deckel (9) zu wirken,
    wobei die Einrichtungen (14) zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln an einander zugewandten Positionen in Bezug auf die Längswelle der Transportschiene (4) angeordnet sind und konfiguriert sind, um mit dem vertikalen Betätigungsmechanismus (15) verschoben zu werden, sodass sie in der entfalteten Position einen Druck auf den Deckel (9) einer Schachtel (10) in einer Richtung und in der gefalteten Position in der anderen Richtung ausüben, ohne einander zu behindern.
  2. Maschine zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln auf Schachteln auf Schachteln nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch:
    - einen mechanischen Arm (18), der wenigstens einen Vakuumsaugnapf (11) umfasst,
    - einen Deckelzuführer (18),
    wobei der mechanische Arm (18) konfiguriert ist zum Bewegen und Extrahieren von Deckeln (9) von dem Zuführer (18) mittels der Vakuumsaugnäpfe (11).
  3. Maschine zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln auf Schachteln nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (14) zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln eine Schubplatte (20) umfasst, die mittels wenigstens einer zurückziehbaren Welle (22) an dem kreuzförmigen Ende (16) befestigt ist und konfiguriert ist zum Zurückziehen und Ausüben eines Drucks auf die Betätigungsglieder (21) nach dem Herstellen eines Kontakts mit einem Deckel (9) durch das Entfalten des vertikalen Betätigungsmechanismus (15), wodurch eine Drehbewegung der Falteinrichtungen (17) aktiviert wird.
  4. Maschine zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln auf Schachteln nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mikroprozessor, der konfiguriert ist zum Empfangen von Daten, die in der Station (5) für das Lesen von Dimensionen erhalten werden, und zum Verfügbarmachen derselben mittels einer elektrischen oder drahtlosen Verbindung für die Klebeeinrichtungen und für die Einrichtung (14) zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln, sodass diese Daten zu der Position und den Dimensionen der Schachtel (10) erhalten können.
  5. Maschine zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln auf Schachteln nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klebeeinrichtungen basierend auf den durch den Mikroprozessor in der Station (5) für das Lesen von Dimensionen empfangenen Daten positioniert werden.
  6. Maschine zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln auf Schachteln nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtungen (14) zum Aufsetzen von Deckeln die vertikalen Betätigungsmechanismen (15) zu der korrekten Position basierend auf den durch den Mikroprozessor in der Station (5) für das Lesen von Dimensionen empfangenen Daten entfalten.
