Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un article abrasif comprenant :
    le chargement de particules abrasives (36) sur un outil de distribution (50), l'outil de distribution incluant une pluralité de parois (60) définissant une pluralité de fentes (62), chacune parmi la pluralité de fentes (62) étant ouverte vers un côté inférieur (64) de l'outil de distribution (50) ; et

Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chacune parmi la pluralité de fentes (62) définit une longueur (Ls) supérieure à une largeur (Ws) et à une profondeur (Ds), et dans lequel en outre l'outil de distribution (50) est agencé de telle sorte qu'une direction de la longueur (Ls) de chacune des fentes (62) est sensiblement parallèle à une direction machine (26) de la bande en mouvement (24).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins 75 % des particules abrasives (36) distribuées à partir de l'outil de distribution (50) subissent la séquence d'orientation de particules.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la séquence d'orientation pour au moins certaines des particules abrasives (36) inclut :
    la mise en contact initiale de la face principale (38) avec une première orientation spatiale ; et l'auto-ajustement à une deuxième orientation spatiale alors que la première partie reste en contact avec la face principale (38) et que la deuxième partie est au sein des limites de la fente correspondante (62).
