Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de revêtement (7) comprenant un dispositif de transport qui transporte une pièce (1) et/ou un profil de préférence plat dans une direction de transport (5) le long d'une tête de revêtement (4) qui applique un revêtement sur le bord (3) de la pièce (1) et/ou du profil, la tête de revêtement (4) présentant un moyen avec lequel un flux d'air peut être généré provenant de l'environnement dans la tête de revêtement (4) par une fente entre la pièce (1) et la tête de revêtement (4), le moyen étant notamment un vide, le dispositif de revêtement (7) présentant au moins un moyen de prolongement (2) qui se prolonge de manière réversible dans et/ou contre la direction de transport (5) par rapport au bord (3) ou le profil à revêtir, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de prolongement (2) est fabriqué dans un matériau et/ou est doté d'un revêtement sur lequel le moyen de revêtement adhère de façon réduite comparé à la pièce/au profil, et/ou le moyen de prolongement (2) étant refroidi, de préférence au ou en dessous du point de rosée de l'air ambiant.
  2. Dispositif de revêtement (7) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de prolongement (2) prolonge la forme du bord et/ou du profil.
  3. Dispositif de revêtement (7) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de prolongement (2) affleure le bord (3) et/ou le profil.
  4. Dispositif de revêtement (7) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un nettoyage pour le moyen de prolongement (2).
  5. Procédé de revêtement du bord (3) d'une pièce (1) et/ou d'un profil qui sont transportés dans une direction de transport (5) respectivement devant une tête de revêtement (4) d'un dispositif de revêtement (7) selon l'une des revendications précédentes puis le bord (3) de la pièce et/ou un côté du profil plat sont revêtus par la tête de revêtement caractérisé en ce que le bord (3) et/ou le profil à revêtir se prolongent de manière réversible dans et/ou contre la direction de transport avec le moyen de prolongement (2) avant le revêtement.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de prolongement (2) est accéléré afin de venir en contact avec la pièce/le profil.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de prolongement (2) est déplacé au moins temporairement à la même vitesse que la pièce/le profil, notamment pendant l'opération de revêtement.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de prolongement est introduit dans le cercle.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de revêtement présente deux ou plusieurs moyens de prolongement utilisés en alternance sur chaque côté de la pièce.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de prolongement est exploité et/ou commandé par intermittence.
