Description

The invention relates to an outdoor unit for an air-water heat pump. To use the heat of the ambient air use air-water heat pumps outside of the building to be heated outdoor unit that includes at least a heat exchanger and a fan. Such an air-water heat pump is from the patent application DE 10 2011 012 109 A1 known. The DE 10 2014 008 379 A1 discloses an outdoor unit for an air-to-water heat pump having the features of the preamble of claim 1. The DE 10 2011 102 026 A1 shows a support structure for a fan made of expanded polypropylene. The US 5 085 057 A shows an integrated air conditioner with a divider made of expanded polypropylene.

Basically, in such generic outdoor units, the problem of noise pollution due to the rotating fan and, if available, the integrated compressor, especially at night in residential areas.

The object of the present invention is to make a contribution to further reducing the acoustic emissions. Another object is to reduce the manufacturing costs and to allow easier provision of spare parts. This object is achieved according to the independent claim in that the fan grille is acoustically decoupled from the housing. This is done according to the invention in that the fan grid is held by a framework of foamed plastic, preferably expanded polypropylene (EPP). About this structure, the fan grid is indirectly connected to the bottom plate or to the housing. As a result, vibrations and structure-borne noise, which are generated by air turbulence on the fan grille by the incoming air or due to strong wind, not forwarded to the housing.

In a further development of the invention, the ventilation grille is received by receiving means in the supporting structure, which are formed from vertical grooves and supports. Thus, the fan grille can be inserted from above into the vertical grooves until it flies on the supports that carry the weight of the fan grille.

In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the fan grille consists of a plurality of vertically superposed fan grille elements. This ensures, on the one hand, that the fan grille elements can be used for several sizes of an outdoor unit. For example, for a small size, an outdoor unit with a fan grille consisting of three fan grille elements can be provided, while larger sizes have fan grids with a higher number of fan grille elements. As a result, the same fan grill elements can be used for different sizes, which reduces the number of variants of the individual parts for the series and simplifies the spare parts stocking. On the other hand, in case of damage to the fan grille, for example by a football, this can be easily and inexpensively repaired by replacing a single fan grille element.

Figur 1:
die Außeneinheit mit Gehäuse,
Figur 2:
die Außeneinheit mit teilweise geöffnetem Gehäuse,
Figur 3:
das Tragwerk.
The invention will now be explained in detail with reference to FIGS. They show:
FIG. 1:
the outdoor unit with housing,
FIG. 2:
the outdoor unit with partially opened housing,
FIG. 3:
the structure.

FIG. 1 represents the outdoor unit with housing. A generic outdoor unit for using the ambient air for air-water heat pumps is placed outside the building to be heated. It contains at least one heat exchanger for transferring the heat from the outside air to a heat transfer medium, which is passed via a pipe connection in the housing. Optionally, the compressor can also be provided inside the outdoor unit, otherwise it is provided inside the building. The outdoor unit is surrounded by a housing 3 and rests on a substructure 1. In order to supply the heat of the outside air to the heat exchanger, a blower is provided in the generic outdoor unit, which supplies the outside air through a fan grille 2 to the heat exchanger. Feet 11 allows the installation and attachment of the outdoor unit.

FIG. 2 shows the outdoor unit with partially open housing 3. For reasons of clarity, the heat exchanger, fan and other components of the hydraulic system and the optional refrigerant circuit with compressor are not shown. The substructure 1 in the form of a base plate supports and fixes the individual components of the outdoor unit, which are not shown. At the edge of the substructure is by means of screws a vertical support structure made of foamed plastic connected to the substructure 1. This structure 4 is in detail in FIG. 3 shown.

The fan, not shown, rotates during operation within an opening 44 of the structure 4 and promotes air through the fan grille 2 to a heat exchanger, not shown here on the inside of the structure 4. The attachment of the fan to the structure 4 is in detail in the patent application DE 102016217474.6 described. According to the invention, the supporting structure 4 is made of foamed plastic, preferably of EPP. The advantage of this material is a good vibration damping, so that resulting vibrations are not transmitted to the substructure 1 or the housing 3. The structure may consist of several structural elements, as in the patent application DE 102016217474.6 described. These are plugged together by nubs 43 and connected to each other with brackets.

On the outside, the supporting structure 4 has lateral grooves 41 on the side of the opening 44. In these grooves 41 a plurality of fan grid elements 21 are inserted. For this purpose, the fan grid elements 21 laterally corresponding projections or the grooves 41 are so large that the fan grid 21 engages positively in the grooves 41. In operation, the lowest fan grid element 21 rests on supports 42 of the structure 4, which are formed from the foamed plastic. In the simplest case, the fan grille 2 is formed by only a single large fan grille element 21. It is advantageous, however, that fan grille 2 from several small fan grid elements 21 to form. These are introduced successively from above into the grooves 41 during assembly. So that the individual Fan grid elements 21 resting against each other with low vibration, a plurality of fan grid pads 22 are provided on the top of the fan grid elements 21 at the edge of two or over the width of the fan grid element 21, which are optionally made of a vibration-damping material. The overall vibration-damping reception of the fan grille 2 or the fan grille elements 21 contributes to the noise reduction during operation of the outdoor unit. The individual fan grid elements 21 can be used for different sizes and facilitate cost-effective replacement in case of repair.
